After switching to Randy's back in 2024, I elected to invest in a service and maintenance contract with Randy's Heating (and Air Conditioning). John is my service guy. Needless to say, I'll continue to contract with Randy's for service and maintenance. ...it's all about trust, skill, and reliability.

Keisha was knowledgeable and courteous, and she was able to schedule a tech visit the next morning, which was fantastic. Tech Tompall came out, did a diagnostic, found that the heat exchanger was fine but the fan capacitor kaput and thus the fan wasn't running. He replaced the capacitor and furnace works great. However, I am a little bit miffed at the charges. $199 service call, plus an additional $241 to install a $30 capacitor seems like an unreasonable charge. They destroyed drywall and left unsealed exterior holes until I called customer service and had them come back to conduct repairs. When the technician left, he falsified my acceptance signature. My home furnace failed Inspection the first time due to a gas leak. When the tech came to repair, he bitched and said theyre just looking for issues. I dont want to hear that from a tech meeting MINIMUM state standards. TL;DR learn from my mistake and take your money somewhere else.

We've been living in our new home for about 2 years and have worked with multiple general contractors prior to finding Denali. Their professionalism from start to finish was far beyond anyone we've worked with. They showed up as scheduled between 8-10 the first day and got right to work. Tim and another employee covered their path from the doorway all the way upstairs to the bathroom to ensure they didn't track anything in or out and the area was cleaned every day prior to them leaving. Tim showed up as promised at the same time throughout the week until the job was done and stayed to chat with me about the fan and it's operation when I was skeptical over whether it was actually working (it's so quiet!). The new fan has made a significant difference in the bathroom and the ceiling looks fantastic, like Denali was never even here (which is a great thing). We were so pleased with the final product that we asked Tim to take a look at another area we'd be interested in having sheet rocked and painted later on in the year. Another issue in our home was discovered this last week that requires us to remove and then replace drywall. Denali was our first call on Monday and Aja was able to squeeze us in for a consultation within a day. They've already been here to check out the scope of work and plan on starting tomorrow. We are so glad to have found a reliable local company to work with for our various projects, thanks again Denali for all your hard work!
