My realtor, Stephanie Patrick, recommended Bo from WestWorld Air for installing a mini-split in my detached garage/shop. I also called several other HVAC shops for estimates. And their estimates all came in higher than Bo's. I chose to go with Bo for 2 reasons, first I liked him and I got the feeling right away that he was the right guy for the job. Second, he's local to Gig Harbor and I would prefer to support businesses local to me. Then on top of those reasons, he gave me the best estimate. He was able to schedule me the next week. That included him getting the electricians in followed by him arriving to install and connect my new mini-split. Both he and the electricians did a great job. And they cleaned up everything before leaving. Now my garage/shop gets toasty warm and I'm going to be able to spend time in it all winter long. Great job Bo, and thanks! read more

I initially engaged Bo last January for routine maintenance to occur on an annual basis. I paid the amount for a 3-year contract at that time. This year, having not heard from him about setting up an appointment, I have tried reaching out to him multiple times and left voicemails, messaged him and left a request via FB Messenger. No response as of yet. Seeing a previous review on Yelp from October, roughly four months ago, I assumed all is well. Perhaps not? read more

Can't say enough good things about Bo and Westworld Air. We've had a service contract and he's always there when we need him and for regular maintenance. Our old furnace and heat pump finally gave up (during the heat wave of course) and he was out days later with a new unit. He's honest, fair in his pricing, and does excellent work. Highly recommend! read more

As many know, summers are starting to get hot in the Pacific North West. I spent a significant amount of time this winter trying to search for the right contractor who could do an A/C install on my home. As many know, getting this phase on any project complete can sometimes be the hardest part. After looking through reviews for many companies online, I reached out to WestWorld Air. I submitted a request through yelp and got a response from Bo within 30 minutes and we had a free consultation visit scheduled within a few days after. Of all the consultations I got for this job, Bo was by far the most thorough. Our furnace is in our attic and he was the only contractor to go up there to review the job specs so he could get the most accurate quote for the job. When we got the quote back, it was by far the most reasonable and best priced of all the quote we got for this job so it was a no brainer on who we would choose. Bo had the electricians come the day before the install and stopped by to make sure all was well as well as to deliver the unit and all materials so he was ready for the install the next day. His communication was 100% the best. At every point of the job, he would communicate consistently and promptly on all matters and I'm extremely fortunate for that. On the day of the install, Bo was right on time and got right to work. This install was a new install so there was a significant amount of extra work compared to a replacement job, but Bo left no stone unturned and no detail missed. His craftsmanship and work speaks for itself and I'm extremely satisfied with WestWorld Air's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality they gave us in this job. I like many homeowners spend a lot of time trying to find the right contractor for our projects. It can often be a daunting task trying to figure out who is the "best". You're inundated with promos and a sea of contractors who all claim to be the best. The level of quality that WestWorld provides is top notch and I would recommend this company for all your heating & air needs now and into the future. If you've made it this far after reading this review, I give WestWorld a 10/10 and would recommend you absolutely reach out if you need help with your heating and air needs. Bo takes extreme care in his work and doesn't cut corners, something you may see with large contractor companies. WestWorld Air will be the only company I use going forward for all of my heating and air needs. Thank YOU Bo for providing us with A/C for the hot summer months and taking extreme care and pride in your work! read more

My new heat pump failed in less than two months, which was very upsetting. Bo came out quickly and fixed it once the new part came in. The furnace provided heat in the meantime. read more

We recently moved to Kitsap County right before summer of 2020. In a 2-story house, the upstairs definitely gets some heat. We were able to tolerate it during our first summer here. Last summer, as many of you may know, was record-breaking heat across the board. We actually had to shelter at my in-laws' house since they had a heat pump to give them A/C. It was then that we decided that we need to install a heat pump so we can also have A/C. Out of the multiple companies we reviewed, we decided to go with WestWorld Air. Their product is just as good as other brands and it is more affordable. We decided to get a new furnace as well. When we reached out to Bo, he was able to quickly come give a quick consultation at the house. He was very thorough and provided a lot of details that proved his knowledge. Once we signed on with Bo, the install was a good experience. The electrician inspectors and city inspectors came soon after and marked everything with flying colors. For the record, we use Google Nest, and it was super easy to run the different tests once the re-wiring was done. To say that I am impressed with WestWorld Air's quality, charisma, and professionalism would be an understatement. I would most definitely recommend this company for any HVAC needs you need, and would rate them a 10/10. *Note - As of writing this review: due to how intense this past summer was, Bo and his team are extremely busy and they are booking like crazy. With high demand, nationwide supply shortages, and other factors that impact the economy, there is a chance that the jobs might not be immediate; so please expect to have a little patience because working with Bo and his team is definitely worth the wait! You will NOT regret it. read more

Bo did a great job on past work for us installing some new ducting and we just used him again to install a completely new system in our home. His prices are great, he responds quickly, and the quality of work is terrific. We highly recommend him. read more

We have been using Westworld Air for several years now. We have used them for both our home and our rental properties. We have received outstanding service every time. It is nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak directly to the owner of the company as opposed to getting put into a queue in a phone bank with corporate America. We prefer to support local, family owned businesses whenever possible. read more

Bo came out within 24 hours of me requesting a quote and helped adjust the wiring from my furnace to be fully compatible with my Nest thermostat. He was very friendly and explained each step he was taking along the way as well as shared some helpful tips about how my system worked. Would highly recommend! read more

Lie to me it was PSE contractor company. Glad I called PSE to verify. I would not recommend this company. read more

I had an old obsolete fireplace that I wanted to replace. I had quotes from 2 other places. They sold the insert and I would have to hire a technician to install. I called WestWorld and Bo came out, wearing a mask, and looked the job over. He gave me a quote that was not only competitive but also included purchase of the unit and the installation. He and we talked I told him I wanted to convert appliances to natural gas and he offered to run the lines so they would be covered in the initial inspection by the city. This did not affect the initial quote. I was very happy with his work ethic and communication. He solved a lot of present and future problems for me. Now I can easily just phase in whatever appliance, dryer and range, whenever I can and it's good to go. He also added an additional line in case I wanted to hook up my bbq! Highly recommended this company and would surely hire them again. Many thanks Bo Walker! read more

Bo was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He arrived and fixed our leaking AC unit within hours of making the appointment. Thank you so much for your quick response time right before the hottest weekend of the year! read more

We were looking for a new AC install. Bo came out to evaluate. Our current gas heater was 20 years old so we opted for a full replacement with a new heat pump. Also added a smart thermostat and an additional duct to an add-on room. It was a good install with a good price - happy with the work. Bo & the team cleaned up after themselves daily and they were professional. Looking forward to summer with the new AC. read more

I called WestWorld after 8pm on a Thursday. Bo answered the phone, was already in my area, and stopped by after finishing his current project. Not only was he able to identify and resolve the problem (faulty thermostat), but he also double checked the other components of the heating and cooling system to make sure that everything else was in order. For all of this, his price was very reasonable. Overall great customer service, thank you! read more

The AC fan failed, another company strung us along for weeks, telling me they couldn't get the part. Bo came through on short notice and, at the end of his workday, came to us and worked late into the night to complete the job, as a heat wave was coming the next day. Thanks for the save Bo!!! read more

These guys are the real deal. I moved into a rental home last weekend, and the ductless mini-splits were riddled with mold and mildew. Smelled like cut grass whenever we turned it on. I sent out a Yelp message and they gave me a call shortly thereafter. They were out at my house two hours later on the hottest day of the year to service the systems, after having driven an hour *just* to pick up a needed part to do the service. Highly recommended! read more

I have a Nest thermostat and a furnace in the attic in my condo. Suddenly, the Nest gave a E74 error message, which meant that it was not getting power from the furnace. The furnace was off, too. I reached out to multiple businesses on Yelp by using its request feature. They were the first to respond in a matter of minutes and accommodated my schedule and came out the next day. I was worried that there was some water leak or other major issue. Bo came out. He checked both the thermostat and furnace. He explained the issues (poorly done wiring by previous people who installed the thermostat and serviced/checked the furnace). He promptly rewired everything and fixed it. I really liked how friendly and professional Bo was. He was willing to answer all of my questions. He was also wearing a mask (which is important in this new world). I would hire them again anytime. It was fast and professional. Thank you, Bo! read more

Bo was the first to reply to our request for a quote, he came out promptly, he spent all day working on our heat pump install. He wore his mask in our house and was very professional. He had the best price too! I recommend Bo and WestWorld Air!! read more

Bo came out to our house after a frantic phone call to get someone in to inspect our furnace after it starting making a high pitch noise while in use. Turns out - it was not our furnace and it was the gas line that PSE installed recently. Bo was so friendly and super helpful and made sure that we were educated on the importance of maintaining our unit. Little did we know that for the last two years of owning the home, we never had air filters installed! Thank you so much Bo for making sure that our unit was maintained properly and for installing brackets for our incoming air filters. Would definitely recommend these guys for sure! I will be reaching in the future as we consider replacing our 26 year old furnace. read more

Very quick response time with same day service! I was impressed considering some companies don't even call you back or won't do the job until they make an expensive service call & charge you, not even sure they can do the work?! Bo was great showing up in a mask and did a good job fixing our vent and sheeting with fair pricing. I will be sure to tell all our neighbors about the great service from Westworld! read more

Bo installed our mini split at our Washington home. We now have heat, air conditioning & a dehumidifier. He explained all the options to help us get the product that would best suite our needs. Bo of WestWorld air is fantastic! Great and prompt communication. He spent as much time as needed to find the issue with my heat pump. Very down to earth, up front and honest worker. Here's a caring professional small business owner in Gig Harbor. My cooling system was blowing hot air. Bo made the time to come out to my house in a few days when he and every other company are backed up for weeks with the recent heat wave. He came out in the evening after a scheduled job and kept me abreast of his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly and courteous and best of all, gave me a great price for the work he completed. I recommend Bo for all your heating and cooling needs. read more

Bo was fantastic. Where do I start. Number one he is responsive and his bid was reasonable. I had a Ductless system installed in my house in Belfair. He was timely and thorough and communicates well. He had all of the permits done and even filed my rebate for me. He went the extra measure of making sure all exposed areas were caulked and sealed. His electrical sub was spot on too. All in all it was a a great job and I am more than satisfied. Since it was a new system he also went though a walk through of the system features and how to program it. How great is that!! Reward companies like this with your business. Bo and WestWorld Air will not disappoint you. read more

I had an excellent experience with this company! It was a month+ ago and I've forgotten the guy's name, but he scheduled me for an appointment just a few days after I called and was a great communicator. I'd been calling around and he had by far the best prices in my area. When he came to the house, he wore his mask correctly and followed social distancing protocols, very important in our high risk household. The job took only a little longer than expected and he was very thorough, polite, and did a great job explaining what he did and why he did it. I will absolutely be using this company again, I've got the number saved in my phone! read more

Bo and his crew at WestWorld Air were great. I needed my furnace and heat pump replaced and they did a great job. Both are functioning fine. His crew worked the better part of a day to get it in. They were very friendly. It took about a month to order the parts, which wasn't too bad given current circumstances. Their bid was somewhat higher than another local company, but I opted to go with them because of all the good reviews, while the other company did not have such great reviews. read more

WestWorld Air is awesome! Annie responded to my online inquiry right away and answered all my questions thoroughly! When I decided to schedule it was only one business day later that Bo came to our rescue! Our furnace is only 5 years old but has never been serviced. Bo talked me through the process and educated me on the importance of maintaining my furnace. He went above and beyond (literally!) by going into my attic to check things out and make an improvement. He also wore a mask the whole time, took his shoes off each time he came and went (which is so nice because I have new carpet but wouldn't have fussed about it) and he was kind to the kids and the dog! I highly recommend WestWolrd Air! And having your own furnace serviced once per year! Thank you Bo and Annie! read more

Was responsive and able to fit in our heat pump service in a timely manner. Would recommend

Recently my aging heat pump had its compressor fail. I knew it was time for a new heating and cooling system. After soliciting multiple estimates to install a newer more efficient heat pump, WestWorld Air presented me with the best combination of quality, high efficiency, and a very competitive price. Bo also did the best job of explaining what factors I needed to be aware of when comparing new heat pump models, how those were affected by the layout and condition of my home, and how the installation process would go. The installation was thorough, professional, and set me up with a great system. Even better, now I know that the company who will service it every year does very high quality work and puts a premium on excellent customer service. I am literally resting comfortably now. read more

I heard back less than 10 minutes after I put a request in Yelp! Annie was super friendly and gave me a couple options as far as when the repair could take place so I told her I would figure out the best time for the repair and call back. 5 minutes later Bo the owner called me personally and offered to come after hours to help get my furnace running! I decided to schedule the repairs for the next morning. Bo arrived the morning of the repair promptly on time and wearing a mask. He took his time to properly diagnose the problem to ensure my furnace would function for this winter season without interruption. After the parts were replaced and sections were cleaned he started the furnace and it lit right up! He gave me a great deal and was friendly and informative throughout his visit. I told Bo he's my HVAC guy for any servicing I need moving forward. I am going to recommend him to anyone I know in need of HVAC or water heating services. A+ Customer Service, Workmanship, Professionalism, and Transparency. If you like all of the above then Bo and WestWorld Air is your spot! read more

Called yesterday afternoon for furnace/air conditioning repair and they were able to get us scheduled within a day. Bo was here on time, with a mask and identified the problem immediately. My parents had been using a well known large HVAC company that services Gig Harbor, but is based elsewhere, for years. You've probably seen their commercials many times. When they wanted to almost double their annual maintenance fees and provide less service, it was time to help my parents find a new HVAC contractor. I noticed that WestWorld Air had five stars and was located right in Gig Harbor so I called. I immediately understood the five star rating. Bo was responsive, professional and immediately cared about doing the right thing for my parents. He came to their home and provided excellent annual maintenance on the main floor furnace. He was also able to fix a non-functioning furnace upstairs that the prior company told us could not be fixed and needed to be replaced at a cost of $12K plus. Fortunately, we had chosen not to waste our parents' money by replacing the furnace with the prior company as they had advised. Bo will now be handling the annual maintenance needs of BOTH furnaces from here on out. Bo and WestWorld Air are the epitome of what a caring and professional small business should be...responsive, knowledgeable and committed to doing the right thing for their customers. I couldn't be happier that we found Bo to take care of our parents HVAC needs. read more

We purchased a new house in Gig Harbor in early 2018 that included a Goodman furnace. Once we decided to add AC, we wanted to pair the furnace with a Goodman AC unit. Our search on Yelp found WestWorld Air, a company that installed Goodman equipment. We made contact with Bo, the owner of the company, and from then on everything moved quickly. Bo was out to our house in a few days to give us an estimate. He came on time and checked everthing that should be checked prior to installing a new AC system. He was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable, no sales pressure or up sell. He emailed us an estimate that was professional and showed all the line items that made up the estimate and provided the provision to accept the proposal and make payments. I mention this because a couple of large HVAC companies who gave us a quote were still writing their proposals out by hand with a carbon copy. Once we accepted the proposal, Bo scheduled an installation about two weeks out. The install started on time and after a long day, we had our new AC system. Yes, we do recommend WestWorld Air. During the installation, a neighbor asked Bo to schedule an estimate for them for a new AC system. Bo will probably get the work. read more
