My husband has also had one of their pizzas and enjoyed it, but his favorite is their chicken parm, at the moment. He said it is so good! The white slice was equally impressive: creamy, garlicky, and loaded with ricotta. The crust on both slices reminded me of fresh pane bread, with a wonderful crust and just the right amount of chew. The crust is airy, and light; yet has a memorable crunch that keeps you coming back for more. The sauce, I would dare say is house made. It isn't overbearing with too much basil, or overly acidic - it's just right. The cheese is sliced mozzarella, which I'm unsure if it is fresh sliced or not (maybe management can confirm) but it is definitely quality! It gets better with every bite. Now. The salad. Fresh cut lettuce, onions, house made Caesar dressing I would say. Store bought croutons however. The salad was overdressed which created an off taste for me. The dressing had a unique flavor, maybe a tad too peppery - but not unpleasant by any means. As a traveler just coming through, my two cents might not mean much! But I would definitely recommend Dominick's for some authentic eats - with fresh ingredients. One thing I would recommend is to send utensils!
