I came to Visit my Mom who is staying with my sister She said she was going to order a pie with the works with a bottle of soda!! When the pie arrived she said it was 25.00 plus the tip She gave the driver $30.00 And brought the pie in When I opened the box it was a plain pie!!!!! I called the restaurant and spoke to a man! I advised them that they made a mistake on the order it was supposed to be a pie with the works and it was a plain pie !! I asked what a pie costs he replied $16.00 plus the bottle of soda and then the delivery Charge of $4.00 total 25.00 What I'm upset is that the pie was plain and that the delivery fee was $4.00 And the pizza wasn't tasty and they were robbing people without a gun Just unbelievable they lost our business!!!! read more

Food order was wrong. This is the second time that order was wrong in the last three visits. Order was repeated a number of times and still wrong. One was ordered while at the shop and one was ordered over the phone. Of course you don't know that the order is wrong until you get home. Food is good when they get it right. Good pizza all around. Have been in for slices and found them pretty good. Decently crispy crust and good sauce and cheese. Also good experience with whole pies. The grandmas was even better when heated up the next day. The proprietor/workers are super nice as well. It bugs me when people whine about a delivery experience during COVID. Times were challenging. We had the pizza for the first time at a party. It was so good that we decided to order from them for dinner. The cheese pizza is excellent. The crust is perfect, and the sauce and cheese are heavenly. The garlic knots are so good!! Tons of garlic!! The penne vodka is very good. The bacon pieces made the penne so tasty. We stopped by here for a few slices when we were around the area. Not sure what happened but I paid for 5 different slices and were only given 3 slices in the box. By the time I realized this we were already far away from the restaurant. When I called them, they offered us to come back for the two slices or to get the refund on store credit. We were already too far to return. I was surprised that they couldn't just refund the amount back to my credit card. Not sure if this was done intentionally. Pizza, pizza and more pizza! The problem with NJ is that there are too many pizza joints and not enough days in the week to try them all. Pizza Brothers has a few shops and their pizza is decent. Crust is a little thicker than I like, but the sauce is flavorful and the cheese has just the right oil content. Mediocre pizza, made worse by terrible management. As we were waiting for slices, one of their delivery people returned and informed the manager that they had accidentally given someone the wrong pizza. The manager proceeded to berate the employee for the next several minutes. She did not seem to care that two customers were uncomfortably standing by. There is a way to handle crises at work, and swearing/verbally abusing your staff in front of customers is not it. Also- it ended up not being the delivery person's fault and was a mater of a mis-marked pizza box. read more

Poor even by generic pizza place standards. I recently purchased for delivery the penne vodka entrée with a side of meatballs and cluck-u wings figuring it was a safe bet order. My goodness. Vodka sauce was too sweet by a mile. Ugh. Meatballs were disappointingly bland and came in a watery red sauce also far too sugary. Ugh x2. I ordered atomic (medium) sauce on the wings and I could see a sauce and feel it and vaguely smell it, but for the life of me I could not taste it. It wasn't even mild it was just tasteless. Cluck-U sauces have never been this transparent to me I don't know if the Pizza Brothers changed the sauce or put on the wrong thing, but it was like I was eating air. The chicken itself was also tasteless. Three strikes and you're out. This was a rough go of it. It was pasta and meatballs guys. I wasn't asking for anything crazy, yet the only flavor was sweetness. Been in Bedminster for close to two years now and still trying to explore the best pizza and gave this place a try after receiving multiple ads in the mail plus reading some mixed but promising reviews. We ordered a plain pie thin crust well done, wings and a grilled chicken Cesar salad and it was just awful. The pizza was lightly cook and super chewy I could taste the doughy. Second best pizza in the Far Hills/Bedminster area. The cheese is very good and cheesy. The sauce is also not overruled with spices (which is a fault I find in many pizzas- the spices in the sauce should never overpower the cheese and breading, but rather it should compliment it). The breading is also good. Nice and thin crust. I cannot comment on any toppings. I only order my pizzas unadulterated. My personal pizza philosophy (aka P-cubed) is that you cannot adequately judge a pizza with toppings on it. Toppings hide the true goodness of a pizza. It's like putting a spoiler and nice rims on a Kia. At the end of the day it is still going to be a Kia. This place has some of the best pizza around. They have wonderful pizza and the dinners from the back are all delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and I would recommend this place to everyone. The Chicken Saltimbocca is my favorite dish on the menu. They also serve Cluck-U wings, which is awesome as there are no Cluck-U restaurants near. They even put it on the pizza if you want it! This is the only pizza place in town where the food and service are consistently great. Usually order take out and the veggie specialty pie is our absolute favorite. This time we brought a large group in for a party (approved ahead of time) and the staff was truly amazing. All the food came out on time and when we needed more they made it super fast. Shame on me for not writing a review sooner! Since we moved into the neighborhood (5 years ago) we have ordered pizza here AT LEAST once a week! We have had most (if not all) the different types of pizzas and have never been disappointed! We have ordered a variety of hot sandwiches, entrees, strombolis, and chicken wings and have always enjoyed our meals. The other night I ordered the tortellini alfredo with chicken- it was tasty! We've also tried other local pizza places and feel like Pizza Brothers still makes the best pizza! We know that's pizza is a personal taste preference, but we have eaten a LOT of pizza in the tri-state area, and still prefer theirs! We are always greeted with a smile, even even they are super busy! Definitely stop in if you haven't tried their pizza yet! It's like a fast food pizza place. Food is all ok, prices are about on par. I've only ever used them for delivery, and that is a mixed bag. There are times they are very prompt and there are times they are anything but. Once, they completely forgot my order. Said that they put it in as a pick-up when I, obviously, asked specifically for delivery (they even confirmed my address on the phone call). Also, I'm not sure if this is a habit for them, but recently they changed some of the portions on the menu. I usually order the chicken tenders (on the menu it is 6 tenders for $X). Ordered 3 large pies for delivery Saturday night and it took 1hr and 50mins......Called the pizza shop 3 x's and on the 3rd call I was told the delivery guy had a flat tire. So finally the pizza's arrived and no apologies or anything from the delivery guy or even a call from the pizza shop.
