Our first visit brought us in just one week shy of their first anniversary. The Saturday night found the location busy, but not crowded. The venue is clean, well lit and appropriately decorated. Two large TVs featured basketball and the Rays game. Staff seemed pleasant, dressed in company t-shirts. We were greeted immediately, seated ourselves and were given menus. Vinnie helped us select the appropriate beer (10 on tap) and they were brought in a timely fashion. They also had a selection of wine on tap. We settled on a medium Bomber pizza. But ordered some of the onion rings (with horseradish) that were really good. The pizza arrived again in a timely fashion. It is a thin crust style...which means a little more importance that the ingredients are proportioned and fresh. It was a pretty darn good pizza IMHO and we will return again! read more

I stopped in for the first time in a couple years. I only ordered an appetizer and a beer, both were great. The server did a great job and was very attentive since the place wasn't too busy. I noticed every time a customer walked in the door, the servers would greet them so kindly. The owner kept talking over the servers to greet the customers walking in, then would yell and cuss at his staff for "not" greeting customers. The two hours I sat in there, he wore a mean face and glared at his staff and cussed under his breath every time they "didn't" do something. I feel embarrassed for him. Nobody should treat their staff with such disrespect and I feel bad for the servers for having to deal with a boss like that. I won't be spending my money here again. read more

My first time here and as a New Yorker who is always searching for the perfect slice, this place is pretty damn close. We all like it different but I prefer mine thin and a bit crispy. I will be back to try the calzones and meatballs of course. Can't eat too much in one day but I saved room for their lemon cello cake. It was incredible! Not too sweet or too tart. Just right. Hospitality was amazing! The manager is present and making sure everyone has what they need. He is super friendly to staff and guests. They have been open a year and we wish we would have come sooner. Pizza was great and I loved the beer selection. The meatball sub was good too. They deliver 6 mile radius too. I love all the varieties of pizza they have. Last week I couldn't decide between wings or pizza so I had both with the upstate buffalo pizza which has a buffalo sauce base, chicken, bacon, celery and a ranch drizzle. Ordered the 18" Jimmy the Greek. Received a 45 min. to 1 hour delivery window. Price w/ tax $26.02 not counting tip for driver. Pizza was outstanding, edge crust a little hard. Delivered in 50 minutes. Price was reasonable for topping quantity & quality. Pizza was medium warm, far from hot. All & all loved it. Considering I've never received a hot delivered pizza I would not subtract for it being warm. Maybe next time I'll eat in. They're my new go-to pizza. read more

Mixed reviews here. The pizza was very good. I got two large combinations and they were both very good. The only thing lacking was the crust, which was a little limp, even after reheating. The cheese steak sandwich was very disappointing. It was made with chunks of beef tips instead of shaved steak. The chunks just didn't work and the sandwich was bad. The staff is pretty good here and I'm hoping for gradual improvement overall in the food. This place has a lot of potential. Excellent Italian. Contrary to some of the lower star raters, it IS real NY Italian. I grew up in the area, I know the food. I got the Penne pasta with marinara and Italian sausage. It was enough for 2 meals and delicious. My 11 yr old son got Mamas meatball sub. He ate the whole thing so fast without realizing it. He said it was awesome. I didn't try the sub myself, but it sure looked amazing. Lots of melted cheese on a toasted sub roll. I will for sure be back and highly recommend. read more

Tonight my wife and I ordered a personal stromboli, mozzarella sticks, and garlic knots, for delivery. We were quoted 40 minutes, it took over an hour. The box that the stromboli came in was soaked in grease, I held the stromboli vertically over a plate, and grease dripped down, filling a whole plate. All over our food was room temperature. The garlic knots were different than they usually are. They were barely seasoned, and they looked like crescent rolls. I am incredibly dissapointed in what we purchased. We have been customers for about 6 months, but the product and the service has been getting consistently worse. We will not be returning. read more

My wife and I have eaten here several times now since moving to Seminole, this place is legit with great service. We have yet to explore the full menu but the pizza is great! Their Mamas Meatball and their version of a white pizza in particular. Wings are also on point, not game changing but good quality large wings cooked right. We had the hot buffalo and garlic parm versions. Their garlic knots are certainly not your typical freezer-to-plate affair. Our server the recent visit, Tyler, explained the in house process. It's a small restaurant with limited seating. It took over 30 minutes to get our order (wings and a pizza) on a Friday at 6pm. Wings were excellent. Pizza was overdone actually burned on the bottom. I didn't bring a tape measure but there's no way our 18" pizza was over 14" in diameter. It was incredibly thin. Not just the crust but there were barely any toppings! We considered returning the pizza since it was overdone to to the point of being burned on the bottom but we were starving after waiting all that time. Also I think the prices were pretty high considering the price point on pizza is very low. Our total was about $55 for one pizza, 20 wings and two Stella Artois. If it were really good premium pizza I'd be fine with it but this was cracker thin, overdone pizza with honestly 2mm of cheese. I won't be back. read more

Garlic knots were not good though, just Pillsbury crescent rolls dipped in garlic (too doughy for my taste). Much More than Pizza Usually a place with "pizza" in the name is primarily that and a few other minor things. Not so here. There is a good selection of salads, sandwiches and typical Italian entrees. The salads were very fresh with a good variety of ingredients. We got the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza which was recommended by our server. It was really good. We also had their lasagna which was quite nice but not as good as the other items. The place is bright and clean and the servers very pleasant. The kitchen was slow even on a weeknight and in spite of the moderate number of customers and the large staff in the kitchen and out front. We enjoyed our meal and I would happily return. read more

We ordered delivery and got our two pizzas two small orders of chicken wings and one chicken salad. The bill included a delivery so my spouse tipped the driver three dollars. The delivery driver started to get into his car as I started to close the door I saw the driver say something and then he threw the three dollars toward me. i tried to call Brooklyn Pizza and report this rude behavior but was told that the manager was too busy and we should call back.
