Phenomenal experience! The location was on its 3rd day being open when we visited. We were greeted as soon as we entered (before reaching the register). We selected two slices (totaling to $7.76) after being walked through the daily specials/ flavors. The establishment was clean, spacious, and food arrived quickly. Spencer (the manager) was the cherry on top. He introduced himself and immediately gave us local recommendations after knowing we were visiting from California. He even threw in an extra slice for us. Hands down the buffalo ranch slice was the best slice of pizza I've had in years. Especially with the house made ranch on the side. Recommended from family that use to live in the area. We got hot honey pizza, margarita pizza and plain cheese pizza. Extras were garlic knot, cheesy garlic knots and chicken tenders. The plain cheese was good. The margarita pizza was good. The hot honey was very good and not over powering with the hot honey, very balanced. I have to say I did not try the chicken tenders but they did not look that great. The cheesy garlic knots were amazing, highly recommend. We were in the area and saw this pizza place and decided to check it out! The staff are at the front mentioned that they have only been open for five weeks. The restaurant is big and really clean and has a good amount of seating. They had a great pizza deal where you can get two slices and a soda for about seven dollars. We got the pepperoni Sicilian and the white pizza and they were all amazing! For the value and the quality we would definitely come back. read more

Newest Beach Pizza location! Finally a great pizza shop that can survive in this location at Seminole Mall. They made this place look very nice on the inside. We came in here for a few slices before hitting the movies next door. Was extremely good as expected. Beach pizzas on the beach and in Largo mall have always done me right. Love this location I think it is my new favorite. Right next to my gym too which is a good and bad thing lol. Thank you Beach pizza for being at this location. I was so excited to see Beach Pizza open in Seminole City Center, but unfortunately our first visit was disappointing. We were surprised to find that it doesn't seem to be the same Beach Pizza we've enjoyed for years. The biggest issue was the pizza itself. The toppings were very light for the price--we ordered the Beach Pizza and my boyfriend didn't even realize it was on the pizza until he was on his third slice because there was so little of it. Overall, it just didn't have the quality or flavor we were expecting. It's disappointing because this location is only five minutes from my house, but for now I'll still be making the drive to Gulfside Pizza on Hamlin when I'm craving a great pizza. I hope they make some improvements because I'd love to have a local favorite so close to home. read more

Not a full service sit down Restaurant. You order at the counter. Nevertheless, I gave them a generous tip. Service did not reflect my tip. Pizza arrived without utensils. I had to ask, and I got a plastic fork and plastic knife. Bad sign. Pizza dough is not 00 flour, but from general purpose flour, maybe pre-frozen- not sure, but the dough had absolutely no flavor. Sausage had decent flavor. But the pizza was smothered with too much mozzarella- not fresh, but pre frozen shredded, I pesume. Hardly any tomato sauce, also lacking flavor. The other pizza I ordered- spinach/ricotta, had just a few leaves of spinach. Skimpy. No waitress ever came back to check on us, despite my generous tip. I had to stand at the counter and ask for a box for take home leftover. They also charged a credit card fee- never seen this ever from a restaurant. Surprise. This place is not even close to artisan pizza. Electric oven pizza, gen purpose flour, shredded/frozen mozzarella, plastic utensils, lack of service- typical mediocre Florida market pizza. The manager Jerry is unfit to work around children. I simply tried placing a walk-in to-go order at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before they closed and Jerry was extremely snarky and unprofessional as if he was going to contaminate my food if I made a late order. My daughter even sensed the whole scene and felt uncomfortable to eat there so we went somewhere else. there was 30 minutes before they close, there was no reason for him to act that way. Do not waste your money or time. They have the worst service and food. The funny thing is, I live really close to them. We stopped calling them. Yesterday, we decided to give them another shot again. 20 years ago I used to order from their actual "beach" location a couple times per week. I worked on the beach and we'd order them to deliver to work almost every other night.
