For a long time, I've skipped over this place because of the location and the name. I was under the impression it might just be upscale, "chain pizza." I'm very glad I researched this place better! They put out excellent NY-style pizza here. A perfect crust, sauce you can taste, and plenty of quality toppings. Bravo! While I most often only get take-out, the dine-in area ambiance seems like a great place to grab a beer and eat. As for the service? My pizza was hot and ready upon my arrival. I rarely give any pizza 4-stars based on just one visit. Their pizza here is truly fantastic and worthy! They did a great job here and I look forward to trying their "Godfather" pizza next! read more

Wanted to try -can't say I tried the pizza but I did try the chicken parm and mozzarella sticks. The honest review --service was very nice -staff and countertop people were friendly -although they were putting away the tables and chairs as it was empty and I ordered take out. The decorations and store were in a strip mall by a gym so not the nicest location to eat anyway: The food --well the mozzarella sticks was no different than something you could cook at home that you got at Publix and the same I felt for the chicken parm which really tasted like chicken tenders with sauce and cheese. For me I rate places like this based on relative quality and taste and it just wasn't there. I would try the pizza next time but something I am not rushing to go back to. read more

We love eating at Brooklyn pizza as opposed to ordering delivery. This night we did delivery and it was really good. Typically, if we get a specialty pizza delivered. The crust is subpar by the time it gets to the house. The cheese pizzas crust does well and is still crispy with delivery. The mamas meatballs are my favorite item on the menu, but this time they were not really warm and the cheese topping was a little tart. So I ended up throwing them away :(. Because this is not my first time at Brooklyn, I'm not giving a lower rating than 4 because I think this may have just been a one off experience. They do offer a 10% discount for first responders and veterans. They put it on file in your account and apply it with delivery orders as well. read more

Have not been inside. The pizzas are very good. The "mammas meatballs" were excellent. Nice crust, not soggy and plenty of sauce and cheese. Prices are just a tad high IMO, but worth the money. read more

Vacationing in St. Petersburg, FL from Des Moines, IA - our group of 6 included my parents and 3 small grandsons; we were looking for a good local pizza place for dinner. Our hotel shuttle driver recommended this place when we asked for "good pizza with somewhere to sit-down. This place didn't disappoint. It was a 5-10min drive from the hotel. (Holiday Inn Express St Petersburg-Madeira Bch) Restaurant staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our server brought each of the boys a pizza dough and cutters to play with while we waited. We ordered an order of Honey BBQ wings and a Bronx Bomber pizza. Drinks and wings (delicious crispy but not overdone with just enough sauce) came out 1st to get us going and then the hot delicious pie. This place is a family friendly environment with a small bar top area if you come alone to grab a bite. They had music playing and Sunday night football on the tv. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Have recently discovered this spot via a friend and it has been outstanding. The food and prices are consistently great bla bla bla boring typical review language albeit true. The real reason to come besides everything you would expect to find at your local pizza spot(which will be great) are the items that you wouldn't but they will keep you coming back with something for everyone. Real hand cut in house mozzarella sticks Onion rings made from whole onions inhouse Zucchini Fries from whole zucchini inhouse Garlic mushrooms in a white wine savory sauce Unique flavor combinations on pizzas never seen before-the godfather is crazy good Loaded BLT best bacon sandwich ever Turkey Bacon Avacado Sub add siracha mayo Wagyu Cheeseburger(American Cheese & cooked to temp they way you want not the way they tell you) Potato Salad made from whole potatoes Fresh Cut Fries from whole potatoes Yes they have 9 classic pasta dishes , 7 subs, 6 salads, grain bowls, 12 prebuilt pizza combos, chicken wings, calzones, strombolis, chicken wings, meatballs, chicken parm, and garlic knots Yes if you just want dessert there are only 4 but all are home runs in order and better than going to the local ice cream shop for your sweet fix if you just want to come early or late for it. 1.) We ordered delivery last night of one Margherita pizza and 10 wings and it took well over an hour and a half to finally get the delivery even though they are only 2.8 miles from where we are staying and were told it would be there in 45 minutes when we ordered it. We had to call after an hour of waiting to find out where it was and were told it would be there in 10 minutes but it took more than another half hour to finally arrive. While the wings were good, the pizza was not good at all. We are from NY, this is NOT NY pizza by any stretch of the imagination. read more

The pizza didn't taste anything like Brooklyn. I think dominos actually tastes better. Secondly- look at your bill. They add a surcharge onto your bill! So I'm basically paying for a/c and lights when we dine? Absurd we not only have to pay additional charge for using our card but top it off with additional charge? Maybe if the food was better- I would put this on a poor review. My family came back after our last bad experience here and we should have never returned. read more

"Oh my God this is good" was the first words out of my husband's mouth after he took a bite. It's a football Sunday and I'm ok not seeing a single chicken wing today. Had a hankering for cheese pizza. Just cheese. Ordered from Brooklyn Pizza and I love it. From ordering over the phone to pick up... super easy. The gentleman taking the order was very pleasant. Pick up was easy peasy. Pizza has a thin crust and is yummy. The crust has a delicious flavor too. It's not just a vehicle to get sauce and cheese to my mouth. It's really good. So glad I tried it! The restaurant is cute and has a lot of space. Not just a table to eat your take out. Full service with bar, and it smells amazing. Next time I'll eat there and give it a try. I'm coming back here, for sure! read more

I overheard the boss yelling at at employee about the garbage cans and I only went there last night . We have 3 small children and came here looking to eat some good food after a long flight. We were greeted by a friendly staff that were very welcoming of our three kids. We learned quickly that this must be a special spot. They gave our kids fresh dough and cookie cutters to play with at the table. The food itself was amazing. All made from scratch. Nothing comes in a can, per our server, Tim, who was excellent and very attentive. You can definitely taste the difference. My wife and I split the Godfather Pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also loved our Bruschetta appetizer. Highly recommend this place for great pizza, cold beer, and a family friendly atmosphere. read more

Delicious!! So glad I found this pizza spot! Came in on a Friday evening. The restaurant seemed busy but they had a table available for my part of 3. Ambiance was family friendly. Plenty of available seating outside as well. Our waitress was fantastic. We had the garlic knots (yummmm), bruschetta (ok but probably won't get again), and pepperoni pizza (because we're basic). Everything was superb!! Definitely going back to try some other menu items. read more

These past few warm days have me thinking about the beach from this last summer. What food comes to mind when I think of the beach? That's right, pizza and wings. While in St. Pete Beach, we ventured to Seminole, Florida, to visit the Brooklyn Pizza Company. Brooklyn is a locally owned joint whose owner has over 25 years in the pizza business, including time in the UK, and their motto is "They take their pizza seriously." We started with an order of Wings with medium sauce on them. The sauce has a nice light amount of heat. These large wings are meaty, fried perfectly with a nice crunch on the outside, and the meat is juicy on the inside. They are coated well in the sauce, not swimming or drowned. My fiancé and I decided to try the Pepperoni Pizza. As the business name suggests, this is a New York-style thin crust. It has a good cheese melt that offers a decent stretch while not having too much cheese. There was a good deal of toppings offering pepperoni in every bite. The homemade sauce on this pie is a simple marinara in a reasonable amount, and it complements the crust and toppings. The crust has a good flavor and crunch with a nice chew. It offers a good fold without breaking apart. Brooklyn has an extensive menu offering specialty pizzas, wings, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. They also serve beer. The service was amiable, and it was family-friendly. The Fat Man says Brooklyn Pizza Company is Fat Man Approved with 2 chins. read more

First of all - amazing service!! Our server Tyler was hilarious and super informed on the menu options. I would go back just to have the great service to be honest! We had the garlic rolls/knots first - super yummy and definitely good when you dip them in ranch! The chicken tenders were up next. Super fresh and the honey mustard was good. My boyfriend ate most of the the tenders so I'd say they were a win. We decided on the white pizza to try something new and added chicken and pepperoni to it. Yummy overall and again great service! read more

Was looking for some pizza and hadn't been to Brooklyn Pizza in a while so decided to hit it. Went to their website to get latest menu. Ordered the Bronx Bomber pizza which has mushrooms and black olives which my wife doesn't like so asked for it on only half. When person on the phone told me the total price it was a bit higher the website price and I asked why. Apparently they bumped their prices and didn't update their website and were also passing on the credit card fee. Certainly they can charge what they want but I didn't appreciate the negative surprises. Then when I got home neither the mushrooms or black olives were cooked. It looks like they threw them on after it came out of the oven. The staff was very nice and placed was very clean as I've experienced in the past. I'll still go back because the pizza is good - maybe was a bad night. read more

Referred here during our vacation by a local who said everything is delicious, we thought we'd stray from our normal vacation cuisine and give it a try. So glad we did! One in our party raved about her Whiteout pizza, two others loved the Godfather, and we ALL agreed my (1 lb!) lasagna was the best we'd ever had!
