Will start with the cons because they are few and straightfoward: it's pricey for what you get, and it's QUITE loud. Now, the pros: the place is PINK FROM THE WINDOWS TO THE WALLS. It's SUPER cute, and the staff even where pink. They are very nice and so hard working because this place is always BUSTLING. They have a signature drink that comes in a pink cup that you get to take home and is topped with a lollipop; it's their version of a froze. It's like $17 for one glass, but you get a discounted "refill" if you have one while you're there. The seating is limited because of how many groups/bachelorette parties etc. come through here -- my mom and I barely found a high top table in the corner where we parked it because nothing else was available and all the low group tables were reserved (do note that -- you CAN make a res, we didn't know though). They have an outdoor area in the back too, but on a hot summer day in Texas, it's not great. They have booming upbeat music (think Taylor swift, "my milkshake," etc. -- lots of 90s-2000s classics and modern pop). Plenty of street parking around the area too. Of note -- there are only two bathrooms for a room full of mostly women so there is pretty much always a wait, but I don't think I had to wait more than 5-7 minutes, definitely not more than 10. Overall this spot is worth a visit if you have ANY inclination whatsoever toward rose. They have other drinks too but this is their classic. It's fun in here! And one other thing to mention: if you are booking for a bachelorette or just a big weekend, they do pink stretch limo rentals with a driver. I booked reservations at Brooke's for a girl's day and we had no idea what to expect, so we were pleasantly surprised to see just how perfectly girl's day themed it was! You would think that when walking past her she would at least acknowledge her customers with a smile. We visited during a UT game, so their song was played probably every 10 minutes. We had such a great experience last weekend at Brooke's. This place is such a vibe and the energy is so fun. Every seat in the place was taken but the bartenders were still on top of it and kept our glasses full the whole night. Like a lot of people, we were there for a bachelorette weekend, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. If you are visiting Fredericksburg for any type of girl's trip, you HAVE to go to Brooke's. It is the ultimate girly bar. EVERYTHING is pink. The drinks, the decor, the cups, and the bartenders' outfits. It's a very vibrant, loud, and fun atmosphere. I visited with a group of 9 for our friend's 30th birthday celebration. We came in on a Friday afternoon and were able to snag seats at the bar. (There was only 4 of us at the time.) The music was loud and fun. The bartenders were friendly. The pink frose was so tasty and came with a cute little pink rock candy stick. I'm not sure if these are permanent fixtures or if they were just there for the weekend, but there was a little rack of pink clothes, a hat making booth, and a booth for permanent jewelry out back. There's plenty of cute photo ops and lots of fun seating options out back in the courtyard too. On Saturday, we rented out the limo lounge for our group. I can see where it would be a good option if you want to make sure your large group has seating at a peak time. However, it's not something I personally would do again. I'd much rather have a seat at the bar and be more "in the action". Our limo driver, Joe, was awesome. He helped us in and out, was so friendly, and checked on us several times while we were in the lounge. The bartenders were all really fun and cool also. The bartending staff here deserves five stars, they were kind. The place itself is cute, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience overshadowed that. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced for what is essentially appetizer-style fare. More importantly, I had a very disappointing interaction related to the owner. She came across as distant and unfriendly, and while I was walking inside to use the restroom, I overheard her say, "Make sure they pay because Mexicans..." (or "because they're Mexicans"). As a Latina, Mexican, Spanish, and Italian, I was shocked to hear that. It was incredibly disturbing. I don't believe she realized I was standing nearby, but regardless, that kind of language is unacceptable. It's discouraging to witness this kind of casual prejudice in 2025, and it was a painful reminder that racism is still very real. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. I had paid for reservation and upon our arrival we were sent to the back and informed us to find any seating as it is "first come first serve". The seating outdoors is not the comfiest just old bean bags and the space to walk around is limited as it is extremely packed and on top of that there are vendors taking up space.
