The Pizza here is very unreliable. They hire pizza cooks, but don't teach them how to make a NY pizza. It's either a burnt crust, too much cheese, or this time, too much pepperoni. Wow! Last night of vaca and my family wanted pizza. Headed to Bronx. Got there with 30 minutes left before closing (we usually don't even go to places if it's that close to closing) but we were set on pizza so we went anyway. The place had several families inside and 3 more came in after us. Emily informed us it was okay and not to rush. We got one slice of cheese($4)a small buffalo ($15) and a large "create your own"($24)and garlic knots($8) (whatever butter was in the bottom of that bowl was AMAZING) and 5 drinks. Total $70. This place has really good pizza, fresh sauce and great customer service. I've been many times to this location and usually go in around lunchtime as I did today and get 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. Just be aware that the slice are large, but you can see all the their selections on display near the register when walk in and go to the counter to order. Bronx House opened up right around when I moved to this area and I am so glad that it did. It is difficult to find great pizza like I had back up North, but this place is wonderful. My favorites are their house dressing, the 900 to Philly, and their pizza. I like to switch up the toppings and I love that they use the right pepperoni. Their cannolis are fresh and not overly sweet. I have never received an incorrect order and I order from this place at least a couple of times per month. They have all sorts of pasta dinners that come in generous portion sizes so you can make a few meals out of them. Definitely give them a shot if you haven't already! read more

The pizza is fine, nothing to write home about, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I placed an order right when they opened and still hadn't received my pizza over an hour later. It eventually arrived after one and a half hours but it was incorrect. I called to get a refund and they refused to refund the delivery fee "because the driver still brought you a pizza". The wrong pizza. Based on an error that they made. I double checked my order and I ordered correctly. Mind you, I'm not asking for a refund of the driver's tip because I know it wasn't his fault. I'm asking for a refund of the delivery fee which I shouldn't be paying because they didn't deliver what I ordered. The restaurant, not the customer, should be the one to absorb those fees when they don't deliver what was ordered. Buyer beware. Maybe you'll get what you ordered, maybe you won't. So tonight we had a family gathering and had a competition between Bronx House and Lenny's Pizza. First of all the Bronx bruschetta is excellent!! Hard to beat it. Also the pizza at Bronx is one of the best in Florida. So everyone obviously voted Bronx House better than Lenny's and from now on there will be no more competition. We had a lot of leftover pizza from Lenny's. Lenny's had a good chicken parm sub but then so does Bronx. Also you should never order the garlic knots from Lenny's. read more
