All three were shocked (in the best way) by the quality of the gluten free bread service. Unfortunately, the hostess didn't convey to our server we would be on separate checks and charged the entire bill to one of our group (they hold a card in advance). I can understand this would be aggravating to a server especially at the end of their shift. However, it would probably be best to tap into one's showmanship and not allow the annoyance to be seen. Additionally, the hotel charges a service charge if one utilizes their credit card rather than charging it to their room. Unfortunately, we didn't learn this until after the fact and we were annoyed because a few of us were actually holding the room card in our hands along with the credit card trying to decide which to use for payment. This would've been a prime opportunity to school us on the policy. Furthermore, we should've been informed upon arrival or has some visible signage.
