A good place to have your bow fitted. I went in there to have my very first bow set up for me and to get some arrows. Jared is a competent bow tech, and was quite helpful with all my questions. You can really tell these guys spend a lot of time in this shop, the vibe that it's like their second home is quite eminent. I've read some of the other Yelp reviews and the complaints about them not always noticing when a customer needs attention are indeed true. While I was having my bow worked on in their shop today I noticed two instances a customer standing like a wallflower or a deer in the headlights. I have a simple solution for this: Speak up. It's not hard to say "Whenever you have a minute I'd like some assistance" It's really no different then the experience I get from a Home Depot. I'd much rather be in a store where I have to assert my need acknowledgement then the places where I have three employees fighting like dogs over a bone to be the one to pester me endlessly. "No pressure, take your time" every 15 seconds like that scene in Aggretsuko parodying Gap stores. None of that here.

Really cool shop. Huge selection for Compound Bows and archery accessories. Everything from hats to targets. Not so much for Re curve Bows. They even have an indoor range. Having said all that. The customer service sucks! I walked around the store looking very interested in a purchase. There were two guys talking about a past adventure while i walked around. Come to find out, one was an employee (a lazy one at the least). I walked over and watched people on the range twice before even asked by a second employee if i needed any help. At that point, I had already decided to check out some other places. I guess $180.00 sale was less important than talking while on the clock. I would have been an easy sell but noooo.

    Accessorizing.

Awesome spot! Not many places like this in the area, good selection of gear, indoor range, and friendly staff even for newbies :)

Went in to buy new arrows for my daughter's bow because I was pretty sure the ones we had were over-spined.

I inquired online, and immediately received a response about availability and pricing, excellent! But before confirming I decided to stop by to actually check the place out. When I walked in, I was immediately welcomed by Katy whom by coincidence was the person I had been communicating with via email, perfect! I can't say I've had any experience purchasing from this place as other yelpers have. But wow, what a perfect little facility on holding a single event. We had planned for lunch at a restaurant to follow. Its a small hunting store with a range, not a cafe lol. Much love to Katy, who explained the services to me. We had a 90 minute slot reserved prior to lunchtime and needed an instructor. Our group was only eleven people, so our rate was about $13.50 per person for rentals. Which included the 90 minute session of range time, one paper target, and rental gear of a recurve bow and arrows. And we did use a "range host" for an additional $100. I think his name was Jim, but I forgot. He was great, but sorta wish he would've explained a little more about safety as we had a few folks new to archery. Regardless, if you're looking for a fun team-building facility, this might just be a good option. My team had fun, and we likely would do it again. Other highlights: - The monitors above to view the targets. Like a bowling alley score tracker. - And the stars on Lane 13, honoring those (likely friends and family) that have served our military. A salute to them and our country! God bless America!

We also recently had a bday party there and I cannot give enough thanks to Kyle and Chris for personally making it perfect. They went beyond expectations in helping the kids and us with equipment and skillset to enjoy the party. **Firearm Counter Review**…read more These guys are absolutely horrendous. There's two young ladies that work the counter that I never had issues picking up online firearm orders from. I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude. Worst customer service I have had in a VERY long time, probably ever. I bought 4 other firearms here in the last 90 days to add to my collection, and THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I DID ANY BUSINESS HERE! If you have to go here, deal with the young ladies who work the counter. Everyone else is only going to waste your time, make you take 2-3 trips to the store just to say "We can't do anything for you, sorry", blow you off and look relieved about it. ***NOT WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE - GO TO CABELAS/BASS PRO JUST DOWN THE I-5***

Albeit they provide more freshwater fishing gear versus saltwater, but I usually find exactly what i need. Plus, this type of fishing gear is expected for Oregon. Not only do they have fishing gear, but they've got an endless amount of camping equipment, outdoor shoes, firearms, archery gear, kayaks, Carhartt clothing, pellet grills, and much more. If I lived closer to Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's, I'd go there, but I feel they have the same quality type of products here at Sportsmans Warehouse. And the prices are slightly lower price in my opinion. I can go to Big5, but their big sale items usually are considered cheap (some items, not all). I don't mind the text or email ads regarding what's on sale because I'll usually find a really good deal from time to time. Depending on the season. That's just another plus in my book! The main reason for this review is actually for associate, Colby. He helped me from start to finish with a major purchase. Answered many of my questions and offered useful knowledge. I'll be making more purchases here in the future for sure. Thanks Colby!
