This is like a 20 minute process anytime I've had this done just for reference, so several days go by and I call on Thursday to see how it's coming and I was told he hasn't gotten to it, but should be no problem by Friday or Saturday. Still no word so I'm patient, the following week gets started, still no word by Wednesday, so I call again and talk with Jeff, I ask him how it's coming, I was told again he hasn't gotten to it and that paying customers in the store take priority. Whoa wait a minute, I'm not a paying customer, I'm purchasing all hardware, plus additional gear to complete my work on this 20 minute job !!!!!! I stopped by G4 on Friday and was told oh yeah I should be able to get to it today, oh yeah it will be done today. I told him I've waited 10 days with plenty of excuses, I want my rifle and scope and I left the store. Too me I believe I had plenty of patience, but this experience has really soured my tongue for ever wanting to expect service from this facility. Sorry but this really is not good business practices!!!!!!!!!

We enjoy both the Vancouver and Troutdale locations and have since purchased 4 bows and all accessories for the kids and adults. They were beyond amazing helping us to pick out the best purchase options balancing need, cost and quality. You won't find a better and honest place. I had such a terrible experience with the last firearm purchase that I finally said "to hell with it just give me a refund". At this point I would rather spend the money at Cabela's/Bass Pro. The manager back there, Jeff, treats you like an absolute burden. Instead of applying customer service and working to help you, he's dismissive, arrogant and ridiculously rude. Albeit they provide more freshwater fishing gear versus saltwater, but I usually find exactly what i need. Plus, this type of fishing gear is expected for Oregon. Not only do they have fishing gear, but they've got an endless amount of camping equipment, outdoor shoes, firearms, archery gear, kayaks, Carhartt clothing, pellet grills, and much more. If I lived closer to Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's, I'd go there, but I feel they have the same quality type of products here at Sportsmans Warehouse. And the prices are slightly lower price in my opinion. I can go to Big5, but their big sale items usually are considered cheap (some items, not all). I don't mind the text or email ads regarding what's on sale because I'll usually find a really good deal from time to time. Depending on the season. That's just another plus in my book! The main reason for this review is actually for associate, Colby. He helped me from start to finish with a major purchase. Answered many of my questions and offered useful knowledge.
