I have been a customer and a fan since May of 2013 when I had my first YELP check in here. The inventory can be limited at times but anytime I have needed anything that was not in stock, they were always willing to order it for me. The prices may be a little bit higher on some items but there are deep discounts on other items. I appreciate being able to shop locally and supporting small businesses. As far as accessibility and location, with the express way off of I-205 exit 13, it's a quick shot that leads you right to the corner of where they are located. read more

I came here to buy duty boots. I knew they were a little pricy, but my work was buying them so I came here anyway. They greeted me when I came in the door and asked me if I need help. I told them no, due to the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was located. I appreciated the effort to assist me. Once I grabbed the boots I needed, I asked them if they needed to see ID since they were going to charge my work account. They seemed confused. When they asked who is in charge of our departments equipment I told them. They then kind of got defensive as if I were lying. I showed them my ID even though they said they didn't need to see it. I wasn't offended, I can appreciate the need to make sure there's no fraud, but I did feel they were a bit dramatic. I gave them enough info to where they felt comfortable giving me the shoes. Still, for the price and service I'm only giving it a 3. Also, I'm factoring in the location. Not the most convenient. I'll continue to go there to make purchases if I am in the area. never use this store as an ffl to transfer guns!!! this shop has held my gun in their possession for 5 months and refuse to release my gun to me until the background check is cleared. oregon state law states they only have to wait 3 business days, if no reply, the may give the gun to the customer who purchased the gun. they are a nightmare to do business with and i have no idea when i will be able to receive my product. read more

Had to order through these guys for uniforms for paramedic school. I gave three weeks notice for uniforms and was told they would be ready for pick up in time. They missed this deadline. After the fact I was told they would be shipped (as I was out of town) in time for my program. They also missed this deadline. When I finally got a call back the girl (Angela I believe was her name) was incredibly rude, and tried to blame me for the fact that they hadn't processed my credit card yet. Wish I had a different option for uniforms for this program and hope they change vendors for future classes read more

The owners are nice and helpful. They carry a good selection in stock of duty gear and uniforms. A decent selection of holsters if you have a S&W or Glock. Prices are pretty decent. They have good prices on the firearms they carry in stock. read more

I purchased a firearm from another tactical distributor and went to Extreme Products to get an Apex trigger installed. I personally saw the gun come from the UPS man, get handed to the person behind the counter, who I then bought the firearm from. Prior to leaving the store, I did several function checks and determined everything was working properly. I then took the firearm to Extreme Products to get an Apex Trigger installed, as the store I had purchased it from had recently sold out and was waiting for more. After several minutes in the back room installing the trigger, they came to me and told me the store I had bought the gun from had sold it to me without a part. She showed me the part which was missing was a retaining pin from the trigger housing which is held in by a spring. I know for a fact Smith & Wesson would not sell me a gun without first being tested. The clerk from Extreme then insisted they weren't going to deal with the issue, as it was the responsibility of the store I had purchased it from. I asked if they would consider trying to order a part to expedite the process of getting my firearm to function properly and she said they wouldn't do it, once again, and suggested I go back to the store I had purchased it from. After they told me they were unable to get the part, she then got more hung up on the fact that I was able to purchase a Smith and Wesson LE gun from someone other than Extreme Products. Overall, just dissatisfied with the customer service. Left with a bad taste in my mouth and a feeling they were more angry at me for purchasing a firearm from another store other than theirs.
