With styles and sizes for men, women, children and babies, there is something for every Blazer fan. The baby onesies are so darn cute!! I especially like the selection of women's clothing; the cuts and proportions fit so much better and are flattering to a woman's shape. They also carry the largest assortment of Blazer hats I've ever seen! Plus accessories like license plate frames (I need one,) keychains, pendants, scarves, and more. It's ok if you are not a Blazer fan, They have Oregon Duck and Timbers gear too! Plus Portland Tie-dye, for which we have become synonymous, in various colors on sweatshirts and t-shirts. The gentleman that owns the store is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'm always surprised that he remembers me because sometimes it's 6 months between visits, but I have bought a lot of Blazer jackets, t-shirts and sweatshirts from this store over the years. Plus, we always engage in conversation about the recent game, our favorite players and our love for the Blazers. Sometimes I pop in just to say hello if I'm on that end of the mall (2nd floor across from Ulta Beauty.) Highly recommend!

To be honest, a lot of the shoes they recommended at Fleet Feet personally I didn't like. Didn't like the look or the feel of. But it also could have been because the shoes I had wearing, were no longer serving their purpose. At the end of it, I did end up liking one shoe, but it was the color way that threw me off. I left and sat in my car, thought about oh I can get this online by tomorrow for $10 more, but I thought about how much the salesman(Michael) helped me and didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything, which I really loved. Which was the reason I came back inside the store to purchase the shoes . 10/10 would recommend. Prior to coming, i wanted an idea of what to expect, I saw people getting inserts recommended an Michael emphasized just try it, if its not comfortable we will move on from them. He did exactly that!

In addition to clothes, they have books, toys, shoes, and even some movie DVDs. The tiny store is well organized. Recently, the customer experience has shifted in a way that feels noticeably less accommodating and more rigid. On one visit, I arrived just a few minutes past the posted consignment drop-off time--with a large bag of items--and was turned away without any flexibility. As a mom juggling kids and schedules, that kind of all-or-nothing response felt unnecessarily inflexible and not very aligned with the realities of the customers they serve. There was also a separate incident involving an item that was handled in a way that felt lacking in communication and follow-through, which added to the overall frustration. As someone who works in sales and customer service, I fully understand the importance of policies--but also the importance of discretion, tone, and making customers feel valued. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my recent experience. I hope there's a return to the more customer-focused experience this store used to provide.

Suspecting an issue, I removed the tire myself, and what I found was shocking (see attached photo). Instead of properly removing the tire, cleaning out the old, hardened, massive latex ball (a 'sealant monster'), and then adding fresh liquid, they apparently just injected new sealant right over the top of this hardened clump. A basic part of tubeless service is cleaning the tire. By failing to do so, they wasted my money, made my bike unsafe to ride (due to the severe imbalance), and completely missed a standard maintenance step. When you pay a professional shop, you expect professional service, not a lazy shortcut that leaves a huge, hardened glob inside your tire. I would strongly caution others about getting basic maintenance done here if this is the standard of work they allow out of their service bay.
