Came here because it was close to work, and my friends were always mentioning the name. My little…read moreone unfortunately has gotten into Pokémon cards so I came here in search for some, but there was no booster packs available when I got there (like most places). I will say being a 1990s kid all the stuff in the store was so cool. A lot of the toys shows and cards I used to collect and play with when I was little was all over the store and also it was really cool to see a whole section for people who actually played the trading card games to be able to battle and what not with each other. It was also really cool that they had a bunch of cards display that you could buy and also a lot of bolt cards in case you were trying to complete a collection which I may look into if my toddlers interest continues.

Everything is overpriced, but I decided to make a purchase anyway. Unfortunately, the customer…read moreservice was just as disappointing. There were two cashiers behind the counter having a very loud conversation about who had the more expensive Pokémon cards. They didn't even acknowledge me when I approached, and after finally letting me pay, they immediately went back to their conversation. I was left standing there waiting for quite a while and was made to feel like checking me out was an inconvenience. There was no eye contact, no basic courtesy, and no effort to provide decent customer service. The attitude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I won't be shopping here again. If you value friendly and respectful customer service, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

This was a giant Dick's store inside the Washington Square mall. There were 2 floors inside, full…read moreof all sorts of sporting good, just a heaven for any sports fan. They had so many windows around the ceiling, the store was full of sunlight, felt so nice. Like many other Dick's store, they had all the popular sections like baseball, softball, football, tennis, fishing, biking, golf, racket sports, sneakers and huge displays of apparels from different brands. I explored the store for about half an hour. They have lots of World Cup 2026 merchandises. I was looking for sporting shorts and found some I liked in Adidas section. The prices were slightly higher compared to Adidas' website. Some of the staff members I talked to were friendly.

This store is massive, even has a second floor! And that's not always a good thing. The footprint…read moreis a maze, making it difficult to find what you are looking for without asking for help. Yikes. Came here to buy some Oregon Ducks gear and a Blazer hoodie I saw someone wearing at the game. Two specific items, and 10 minutes wondering aimlessly to find the items or an employee to help me. They do have a huge assortment of clothing, and in every color of the rainbow, not just basic black. I appreciate that. But I'm not a fan of bigger is better, and prefer shopping at smaller Dick's locations like the one in Lake Oswego. so much easier to find what you need, and get in and out of the store quickly.
