What is even worse is the material is packed in styrofoam and cardboard and when it does arrive 20 percent or more has hidden damage. Now the waiting continues for the replacements. The so called white glove delivery is by independent operators hired by a broker called Ryder Last Mile. Their customer service is non existent and responses are all automated from Ohio. Ryder Last Mile white glove delivery should get zero stars. Unless you can take the product with you off the floor, buying from Pottery Barn should be avoided, as the pain and suffering caused from delays, damaged pieces, and dealing with a dysfunctional delivery company is unhealthy.
