When I showed up, the repairman looked up long enough to tell me that they don't fix iPods any more. When I responded that it claimed so on the website, he dismissed me saying, "yeah, well, the parts can be hard to get and can also be expensive" -- and I was just flabbergasted at the response. I walked away. Maybe he was not the Expert Technician the website claims they have who can repair ANY repair. For what it's worth, the technician did have at least three or four open iPhones that were being actively worked on out in the open at the cash register ...
