Such a hidden gem ! This has been the best Mediterranean food I have had in a while ! Service was fantastic, the person serving us was so friendly and took her time, the cook even came out and checked on us, we were a party of 4 and came here for an early Mother's Day lunch I ordered bowl with Moroccan chicken and everything was full of flavor. It came with couscous , rice and greens, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, and unlimited toppings as well. 1 bowl was around $14 super affordable and more than filling ! Also a tip, ask for extra tzatziki, garlic sauce and harissa! Casual dining with seating inside and outside

Harris Ranch beef bowl (Top-right) & chicken bowl (Bottom-right) w garlic sauce. The greens/toppings on the side. AMAZING, loved it!

Traveling home to Clovis on Hwy 99 n/b and decided to stop for late lunch in south valley area 1/7/26 for Mediterranean food. Yelp searched a place based on Rating, "Brochettes Grill" in Dinuba came up. Read reviews and saw pictures; had to try it. Upon entering, explained my first time there and ask for recommendations. Owner Reda allowed me to sample the different meats, toppings, and sauces; the food concept French-Moroccan style influence. I decided on the Beef bowl and Moroccan Chicken bowl, so I can have left-overs for the next day. BOWLS: Flavored basmati rice or couscous, beef is from Harris Ranch (prime quality) thinly sliced and well seasoned. There are two chicken flavors; I chose Moroccan. Variety of greens, toppings, and sauces to choose from (other posters have included pix of it). Since Reda knew I was taking leftovers home, he purposely separated the greens and topping in another bowl. The pix shows my (2) bowls and the greens/toppings on the side. While there are plenty of good Mediterranean restaurants in my hometown Fresno/Clovis, I would describe Brochettes Grill as AMAZING!! The flavors are unique and fresh, made from scratch. Literally build your bowl. The owner is the chef, so you can count on consistency and quality. His wife Brenda there as well; either can provide detailed description in the preparation of the foods. Once you try their food, you'll start planning another visit soon. YES, it's DELICIOUS, AMAZING, SCRUMPTIOUS, ...... Loved it!! Will be back!

The food was excellent, and each topping was placed gingerly by the Hispanic lady who informed me of all the choices- the chicken marinated in two different ways, Harris Ranch Kafka sausage, and shrimp. Service was really great, the older gentleman was very nice, and conscientious about my wait. He also brought us a sample of the chicken. It was very moist, filled with herbs, subtle flavor. I loved the bell pepper hummus, jalapeño cilantro, and regular hummus. The Kalamata olives, pickled onions, potatoes marinated were all very meticulously made and served. Ambiance was great, nice interior, good places to eat. Overall, very good quality of food, and would like to return to try the sandwich

All I can say is WOW! This is one of the central valleys little hidden gems. Dinuba is lucky to have a place like this. It's about a 20 minute drive for me, that I will gladly make anytime. The food is flavorful and fresh. I got a chicken bowl and it was one of the best meals I have had in years. The menu is very straight forward with lots of options to choose from. Portions are more than reasonable and their prices are spot on. If the delicious food wasn't reason enough to go, the service is just as great. The owners are so kind hearted and welcoming. You can tell that they have put their heart and soul into preparing the food and the restaurant. Samples are provided if you are unsure about a topping and the hospitality feels like your grandmother is hosting you. To top it all off, the restaurant itself is clean and very well maintained. Hidden gems like this deserve the recognition and the spotlight. I have found my new favorite go to spot that I will share to my friends and families. Do not hesitate to try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Food is amazing..... they will allow you to sample, if you've never ordered. Ordered a Kafka on Pita Baguette w/ garlic chicken Garlic bowl with cuscús and rice. Owner and his wife Brenda are great people. Love to see individuals from other counties with business. It is small location, but it's cool while you wait for your order. Be prepared for about a 10-15 minute wait protein is made to order (I love this)

We ordered the 3 kebab plate, with chicken, lamb, and Turkish beef. The chicken was good, a bit sour for our kid's liking, and my wife felt it was a bit dry. The lamb was tender and not gamey, but was under seasoned, and that's a pretty big deal. The Turkish beef was the highlight of the three. Great flavor. My wife felt it was pretty tough. It came with pilaf, 1 stuffed grape leaf, salad, macaroni salad, a pita, and garlic sauce. I liked the pilaf, stuffed grape leaf, and garlic sauce. But the pita seemed store bought, the Mac salad was underwhelming, and the salad was okay. One big mark down just for this visit is that the restroom wasn't work, so we had to drive down to the local gas station since we expected a working restroom to be here after our hike. At $22 for a large plate, we are left with mixed feelings. Their menu is large but my concern is it's not sustainable in this economy. If they can manage, great. But I'd cut down on 4 menu items to just have fresh pita on the menu.

She does not like lamb, it did tasted like lamb. Found this restaurant by accident, and yes I would eat there again.

They also have 2nd location in North Fresno on Palm. This location is a bit smaller than their Palm location they both have an indoor and outdoor seating. Yesterday I had HR craving and went to their direct website to order for delivery since I have two littles who were taking their nap. Sadly, they didn't deliver to my area but thankfully found them on GrubHub!!! Their prices of course were slightly higher than ordering directly too them but it was all worth it!!!! I ordered my usual bowl with couscous and spring mix. My two proteins: lemon chicken and falafel. I added so much more sides than I normally do and asked for the dressing to be on the side since it was for delivery I didn't want to food to be all mushy. I also added their pita chip and hummus (5 options) on the side. Everything was estimated to arrive 45mins -1hour. Thankfully it came sooner literally 30mins from ordering it was at my door step! Everything was packed neatly, I had asked for utensils in my order however it did not come with it, but that's okay thankfully I was home so that was no issue. My order was correct. Large portions and had so much flavor!!! HR literally has the most delicious and fresh ingredients. Hands down the best pita chips, fried fresh crunchy, and it's just the most delicious tasting pita chip ever. Along with their pita chip they also serve the most amazing sweet potato fries all to die for! They have so many sauces and hummus to choose from the bowls are packed more than enough for 2 serving and you get the fullness filling without feeling icky since the ingredients pretty healthy. The service is always amazing when I do visit. Chloe, the owner is usually there and she's just the nicest person with the most biggest beautiful smile. Highly recommend this business if you've never tried... what are you waiting for!?! Tip: With this location downtown you can park at the parking garage which is continently close to this location and get your parking ticket validated. They also close earlier than the Palm location.
