Everything tasted fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully crafted. You can genuinely tell they take pride in what they serve. The Greek chicken was perfectly seasoned and so fresh. Every dish that we ordered was vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And the desserts? The little pastries were the perfect finish, authentic, delicious, and not overly sweet. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service. The entire team was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Traveling home to Clovis on Hwy 99 n/b and decided to stop for late lunch in south valley area 1/7/26 for Mediterranean food. Yelp searched a place based on Rating, "Brochettes Grill" in Dinuba came up. Read reviews and saw pictures; had to try it. Upon entering, explained my first time there and ask for recommendations. Owner Reda allowed me to sample the different meats, toppings, and sauces; the food concept French-Moroccan style influence. I decided on the Beef bowl and Moroccan Chicken bowl, so I can have left-overs for the next day. BOWLS: Flavored basmati rice or couscous, beef is from Harris Ranch (prime quality) thinly sliced and well seasoned. There are two chicken flavors; I chose Moroccan. Variety of greens, toppings, and sauces to choose from (other posters have included pix of it). Since Reda knew I was taking leftovers home, he purposely separated the greens and topping in another bowl. The pix shows my (2) bowls and the greens/toppings on the side. While there are plenty of good Mediterranean restaurants in my hometown Fresno/Clovis, I would describe Brochettes Grill as AMAZING!! The flavors are unique and fresh, made from scratch. Literally build your bowl. The owner is the chef, so you can count on consistency and quality. His wife Brenda there as well; either can provide detailed description in the preparation of the foods. Service was really great, the older gentleman was very nice, and conscientious about my wait. He also brought us a sample of the chicken. It was very moist, filled with herbs, subtle flavor. Portions are more than reasonable and their prices are spot on. If the delicious food wasn't reason enough to go, the service is just as great. The owners are so kind hearted and welcoming. I rarely, if ever, leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this restaurant. The couple that run the restaurant are charming and very accommodating. The bowls they serve are plentiful, delicious and a reasonable price. My sister and I shared a bowl and had enough left over for two more people. They have so many options and add ons that makes choosing ingredients for your bowl challenging. The grape leaves are very good and we have not yet tried the french pastries that are made locally (love that they sell locally made products). I also tried the Moroccan mint tea - very good. I use to live in Reedley, but I live in Knoxville Tennessee now. When I come down to California to visit family in Reedley. This is the first place I have to eat, because the food is so darn good. We are from Canada (though we lived in Dinuba for 10 years in the 90's) We are on a road trip for 16 days and visiting in the area for several days... and Wow!! Certainly the best flavours I've tasted on the many stops on this trip~ Amazing Very fresh and clean, many options, We both got a bowl and if we lived nearby~ we'd be coming here weekly! Now that we are in our late 60s, we often order a bowl of some sort and share it because our appetites are smaller. The serving size here would be great to share, we would certainly go away quite content.
