We are visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon this weekend. We read about this place on this app. We decided to give a try and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very friendly and explained the different options. He said, it's all homemade. The food was fresh and tasty. We wanted a bowl and he suggested to get one bowl with chicken and another with Kafka (ground beef) and shared the protein (half and half). The bowl had a bed of couscous/rice then the toppings such as hummus, yogurt cucumber, lettuce, pickled onions many to choose from then protein on top, presentation was excellent. Everything was so tasty and delicious. The place is small but with enough seating. We definitely recommend this place for Mediterranean food. This will be one of our stops when we come back to the national park. read more

WOW!! We stopped by this place on the way to King's Landing and I was blown away by the food!!! Truly the best Mediterranean bowl I've had to date. I got the chicken bowl with cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, couscous, basmati rice, and pickled onions and you can tell every ingredient was prepared thoughtfully and with love. The owners are the sweetest. They said the chicken we had was prepared that morning and that they make everything by hand. I wish this place was closer to where I lived. I'd be there every day. Our group of ladies met at Brochettes Grill for lunch today. One of the ladies had been there so knew how good it was. We all were impressed with the fresh food, and the personal service from the couple who own it. One of our ladies is in a wheelchair, and the owner did all he could to accommodate her. If you're a first timer here, they will take their time to go over how the menu and ordering works and will let you try toppings as you go. We ordered a Bowl with half rice and half couscous with Kafta and a Baguette with Greek Chicken. We were able to use cilantro flavored hummus on the baguette as a base instead of the mayo base, and we absolutely love this ability to be able to substitute. Reta, the owner, greeted me with a smile as I walked in. He helped walk me through the menu and how they make everything from scratch, on site, with imported ingredients from Spain. He also helped recommend what to put in the pita and what not to put. I listened to his expertise and honestly could not have been happier. The level of customer service was unmatched (mind you I went in at lunch time so he was very busy but still perfectly catered to my needs. Such a nice man. The pita was quite literally the best pita I have ever had in my entire life. Have I visited the Mediterranean? ? No, I haven't, but I'll go when they get a Brochettes, because it was THAT AMAZING!
