I come here every time I visit! Everything comes out looking good. Service is great too, super friendly and helpful.

I didn't think I was ever gonna have to give kabob city a low star grade, but my last 2 meals from there have been very disappointing. The salads are no longer fresh they are wilted like they were left over from the day before. Meals that were cooked to perfection fresh and tender are now burnt. I think they may have changed the chef or something or maybe he or she was on vacation. I'm so sad that the food prep has gone down in quality. I hope things get corrected and the food goes back to being fresh again. It will be a good minute before I will have a meal from there again. Also the service could be more upbeat and courteous. read more

Everything tasted delicious. Cassandra was a great waitress. I got the lamb chop which I dreamt of. They were very tasty. The hummus was smooth and velvety. Stopped by to check this place out on our way to a show in Reedley. This place is a must try if you love Mediterranean cuisine. We had Sharma fries for an appetizer. Followed up by the honey deep fried cauliflower and spicy hummus with pita bread. One of us had the kabob city bowl with beef and the other had the bowl with chicken. We were staying here after our visit at Kings Canyon. There weren't a lot of reviews so we were kind of iffy about it. Plus there weren't a lot of photos of food. The reason we were iffy about the menu is they had pizza, burrito, and pasta options. And I must say we were proven pleasantly wrong! The portion sizes were amazing due to the higher price. Service: the server was so sweet and patient! Quick and attentive! Here is what we ordered: Baba ghanoush - it's some type of eggplant dish that was sooooo good! (Disclaimer I may say "soooo good" multiple times during this review). It came with 4 pita slices and wished they had given more since you end up with more ghanoush than pita. Falafel wrap with fries - my friend raved about her wrap and we all shared the fries. Can I say the fries were so crispy and crunchy?! The fries were soooo good. To those who like softer fries...move on from this review you weirdo LOL We had wished we were staying longer to come back and try their beef fries. Chicken kabob plate - they give a big bowl of salad that I couldn't eat alone and was able to share. I later regretted sharing my salad when they kept getting more because it was sooo crispy and good. The chicken was so juicy and the rice was flavorful. I regretted not getting the combo so we could try the other skewers. Chicken pasta - we got two plates of these...one with regular chicken and one with spicy chicken. Not sure why spicy chicken charged $3 more so that was a negative...cuz chicken is chicken ‍ But when I say the plates were full they were full! There was more than enough for 3 people to split it. Be warned the pasta has cheese in it and that was a negative for one of my friend. But ignore her...she doesn't like cheese in general (weird right? But what can I do? I have to be a generous friend and allow her in the group anyways despite her weirdness). Back to the pasta...it was sooooo good! (This will be the last time I use this phrase). The spicy chicken pasta had a little kick to it and I preferred it over the regular chicken pasta. But if you come here then it's a must try. If you live here then you're lucky cuz you can try all the dishes! Farewell Reedley....your restaurants may close early just for the heck of it despite the hours being clearly posted...but because of this we were able to try this true gem. We were in town visiting with family and friends, and decided on this spot, and I'm so happy we did! We went in and ordered the food to go, and the place was clean and modern, and the customer service was amazing! We had four adults and we all ordered something slightly different, and everyone loved their food! (Spicy chicken, a wrap, two kabob plates, a a side of fries to share.) The person who ordered the spicy chicken said it was even spicier than they expected, so keep that in mind (for good or bad!) But she still enjoyed it. Kabab City is all about kababs. This is a great place to get your protein. The chunks of meat on the kababs are large. I like the rice pilaf. The mosakka is a delicious baked eggplant dish. The chicken and beef kabob were plentiful. The babaganoosh was delicious - it comes with pocket bread. The hummus is nice and creamy. The french fries are crispy and plentiful. The service is friendly, and they've messed up on my order. Parking is plentiful - its in a strip mall. Today the service was terrible. I have come in many times when the service is just ok. I always come in by myself and eat alone. Today I took a seat, asked for a menu from a server and then was completely ignored for over 12 minutes. It was busy as usual. The food here is great and the crowd lets you know but to be ignored by every member of the wait staff is a huge disappointment. In the end I had to go up to the counter and order for myself. I wanted to eat in but my order was prepared to go. A very bad experience and I don't know why except that I arrived alone. 2 men came in after me, sat and were quickly attended to. This visit ruined my impression of Kebab City. **+ then while I was eating my to go that I had wanted for eat in, a server finally had the audacity to come and inform me that I can't eat in when they make the mistake of not providing service and not listening when I asked for dine in!!! I'm all about that Garlic Sauce add it to any of their items and you'll most likely get hooked too. Game changer to have it on the side. In this small town for business and this was the 2nd most talked about restaurant in the area. So then of course this would be my selected lunch choice. Glad i didn't miss out! I won't wast your time about what we ordered because is was SO FUCKEN BAD!!! The meat was dry and old, the rice was dry and flavorless, pita bread was old and falling apart, the salad did not taste like fatoush salad, AND the chocolate moose was about a month expired and hard as a rock. Picked up some food from Kabab City in Reedley. This is the Greek Salad. No tomatoes and dressing on the side. It was a great salad everything was fresh. The dressing was very good. Food is delicious. I usually order the combo plate, and there is left over. The lentil soup is always delicious especially on a cold day. Was in town for a couple nights and stopped by, the two of us were starving and over ordered for sure. We got the shawarma fries, hummus, cauliflower, and something that the name escapes me which was cheese wrapped in a dough and we got jam with it. Everything was AMAZING!! The hummus was super creamy, the cheese pastry was so so good and our server recommended a jam with it and it was incredible! The portions were bigger than expected for the starters. I use to love eating here but I been noticing that the rice pilaf and that spicy chicken no longer tastes the same as it once did a year or two ago. I don't know if they changed their recipe or if it's a new cook but the food is always so bland and mid tasting now. I haven't gotten to explore the menu as much as I'd like to, but the chicken wrap, fattoush salad, and baklava are delicious! The portions are very generous and filling. The wait staff is friendly, attentive, and keep the restaurant clean. Peak lunch and dinner hours are typically very crowded, so try to arrive a little before noon and a little before 5 during the week to ensure you're able to get seated. This is a great place to eat within walking distance if you're in the vicinity of Reedley College and Reedley High School. I'd recommend this place to anyone curious about trying Mediterranean food! When a familiar place expands and opens a new location in a neighboring city, it's almost always a little worrisome for me. The biggest fear I have is that the food won't be as good or that they'll use different cuts of meat. I walked in and was a little confused at first. I wasn't greeted because the girl working was by herself and was helping someone else, so since there was a counter I walked up to place my order. The girl told me to go ahead and take my seat since I was dining in. I already knew what I wanted so I placed my order and sat down. Food was brought out fast. Good thing too because I was starving. My spicy chicken was perfectly spicy and delicious if I may add. The fattoush salad was as great as I remember, perfect level of sourness. The rice was slightly different than the Fowler location but it was still nice and buttery. Service was great and the place is pretty cute.
