Anytime I can start my day with a full body workout is a good day and today was no exception. This location has plenty of parking and good vibes all around. Additionally, hearing about the inappropriate handling of departing employees, including a close friend of mine who was wrongly portrayed as fired, further soured my experience. Their behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning as a customer. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism and rudeness from an establishment I once respected. The difference between my prior memberships and Lucas is the accountability factor and the added bonus of having a registered dietitian helping from a nutrition standpoint. No one at 24 Hour Fitness is holding you accountable to show up everyday, and no one at Orangetheory is delivering a workout that is tailored to your specific goals. Lucas has been great about adjusting workouts based on my personal objectives, and his dietitian has been equally great with consistent recommendations specifically for me.
