It starts with the 4 week free boot camp. If you want it, your life will change. My name is George Babers, I consider myself atheletic and in okay shape. I have a vison of how I want to look, with Jennifers help I will get there. In high school I was a varsity athlete in Basketball and Track. I also played and little college Basketball (PG). I have always been in decent shape and am aware of what my body is capable of. For the last 10 years I have played in basketball leagues and until recently (3 years ago) I started running 3 half marathons a year. I thought that running half marathon distances 3 times a year, would shed my extraweight. That would be a big fat NO! My weight has fluctuated for the last 10 years. At my smallest I was 165 over the course of 10 years I have put on 40 lbs. When I started Coach Turley's class, I was excited. My wife had been attending the class 2 months prior and I would run 4-8 miles while she was working out. I would see the excercise regimne and it really reminded me alot of my basketball training. My wife asked if I wanted to try the class. I was clearly in need of a change. If change is what you are looking for then be ready to fully commit and jump right in. Jennifer is a great trainer. It is a no pressure workout but she holds you accountable. This is a very positive workout environment. She offers a modified versions for every move. these modified versions are helpful for beginners all the way to her advanced students. I have had lots of fun attending the class and it is an awesome start to my day. I have never been a morning person but, for this class I believe I am converted. 21 days to create a new habit. Once it is habit, you cant help but not attend. It is worth every penny. So, you wonder what are my results? I have attended 25 classes and counting. When I started the class I was 204 as of today I am 197. I have stopped eating anything that would jepordize my workouts, so that would be no ice cream sundaes, at least until I am 175 :) and, even then it would be a every once in a while thing :) Sorry for the long winded review, hope its helpful. :) read more

I have tried gyms, aerobic classes, running and even other indoor bootcamps. Jennifer's bootcamp has by far been the most enjoyable and the most productive. I went from a size 12/14 down to a size 6 in less than 6 months. Lost the first 15 pounds in the first 16 weeks. I've never committed to any workout regimen for this long (2 years as of 1/28/13) and I will continue until she no longer offers it. I'm there nearly everyday because the workouts are amazing and the bootcampers are even more amazing! The comraderie and support you get from the bootcampers and the Trainer(s) is like no other. I am updating my review because MPBN has moved from Power Ranch to Discovery Park. I was excited for the new move from Power Ranch because it felt a little closed in and there were annoying teens bumming around the park after school. Discovery Park offered a great atmosphere and I feel more challenged by the park. It's bigger and gives you a feel of determination with all the sports practicing on the fields. There's more room to run suicides on the basketball court because it's full size. The wide paved trails let you run as far as you want. As for the class itself, it's getting even better, being at a bigger park and a more central location has shown bigger classes. I love going to boot camp with Jennifer as my trainer. She's there for you and gets you to want more for yourself. read more

I was hesitant to join boot camp! I have a lot of extra pounds, I am out of shape and the idea of a group fitness class terrified me! Now I am watching the pounds disappear, feeling better about myself and my fitness level, and the people I do boot camp with are becoming my friends and support through all my ups and downs. Jennifer is amazing! She is knowledgeable, encouraging and always positive. She has helped me from the inside out to feel good about myself, and my strength and ability. Jennifer and My Perfect Body Now Boot Camp has been a wonderful experience! I joined 2 1/2 months ago and I have definitely noticed results. I am not typically someone who absolutely loves working out, but Jennifer always keeps the workouts interesting and motivating. Over the last two months boot camp has not gotten easier, and that is what I love about it! Jennifer challenges me every single day and my body can definitely feel it. I have always wanted to join a fitness boot camp, Honestly I never thought working out would be so much fun! Jennifer is so good at organizing her work outs and helping everyone from the new person like me, to the one's that are more advanced. Hands down the best work out! Jennifer is encouraging, but pushes you to do better and holds you accountable. The workouts are always challenging, yet allow for people of all levels to participate. I love the co-ed, outdoor, group setting. Working out at the park keeps things interesting and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work out with. Whoohoo!!! I am a morning person and this fits my schedule perfectly. I just moved to Chandler from California and needed to jumpstart my fitness routine. Saw this ad for 4 weeks of free bootcamp and couldn't believe it. IT IS TRUE! Jennifer makes the work fun, and it is work. She lets you go at your own pace so you get what you put in. I've gone 4 days so far and I'm feeling the burn in every muscle from top to bottom. The group is huge and everyone is nice and encouraging. What can I say? I am addicted!!! I am in my early 30s and I never enjoyed working out or running. I have stuck with My Perfect Body Now for a year and a half and I love it. This is a great place to workout. I am on my second week of the 4 FREE weeks and it has been amazing. Jennifer remembers your name the first day you join. The workout is never boring and she has you working out all your muscle groups. I love working outside. It can be cold sometimes in the morning but I have learned to dress accordingly.
