And if there's something off, they trainers are willing to make modifications to the workouts. I am moving over 70 minutes away and was reminded by them that I signed a six month contract and 'should have selected monthly." Thank you for the understanding and my tenure with this company is now ending. Hold accountability of your members yes, but not when things like medical and moving is out of their control.

The friendly and teamwork based environment can not be matched by any other bootcamp style gyms (I've tried Cross fit, LifeTime programs, and EOS programs before). Since joining I have utilized all the workout formats that are offered, equipment, supplemental workouts, meal plans, and different class times/sessions. All of which are employed by Team[fit] with fidelity and are geared to benefit the individual member. I get a team based workout with individualized attention that exceeds my standards and expectations. From having to book, change, or cancel class sessions last minute to seeking performance feedback, everything you need is here. I have been coming to TeamFit for about 9 months now and I haven't looked back. Before I started…read morecoming here, I would go to a gym and putter around for an hour and call it a work out. Sometimes I did my own thing and sometimes I took classes. I really thought I was getting decent exercise. Then I had a friend convince me to come to one of these classes on arm day and I realized that I was so much more weak and out of shape than I thought I was. This boot camp is run out of the gym at a church and is designed by the owner/trainer Jeff and his wife Jessie. It alternates between weight training days (arms/legs/full body) with conditioning days. There is always a bit of a cardio element to the weight training days and conditioning usually has lighter weights/higher reps and running/sprints. It is ALWAYS different and never boring. The best thing about it is that all you have to do is drag your butt to the gym and Jeff will do the rest. The workouts are about 45 minutes long, but they are hard. Jeff does a great job of guiding newbies, and will help anyone modify exercises if they are too tough. He will push you, though. So, here I am 9 months later and in WAY better shape than when I started, but I still have a ways to go. There are a ton of men and women that have been members for a lot longer and are in such amazing shape. It's great for me to see them kill workouts because it's inspiring. Also, everyone here is super duper nice and encouraging. It really is like a family in the best way possible. I can't thank Jeff and Jessie enough for everything they do at TeamFit. It has changed my life for the better, and I can't imagine ever stopping. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

I love that someone is always watching for form, giving modifications if anyone needs one and the trainers are MOTIVATING, they make you challenge yourself! This is NOT a gym. Its a training facility. There are personal trainers who will work with you to…read moremeet your goals. We have been working with one trainer, Patrick, for years so when he moved here a few years back, we moved with him. As for the facility itself, it is such a relief to go to a "gym" where the staff is constantly cleaning!!! And disinfectant is readily available after your training session. Plenty of equipment for all your needs. Whether you are a novice or training for a competition, you will find the right tools to help you with your goals. Now, as it is a training gym, you have to sign up with a trainer. I would recommend talking with a few and see which one best fits your needs, budget and your schedule. Also, you may want to sit in and maybe see a few trainers at work. Again, Patrick is our guy. While he previously helped me maintain a healthy body, he has repeatedly helped me rehab from surgery and injuries. Just this year I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. After weeks of professional therapy I finally went back to work with Patrick. His sports background and muscle/bone knowledge helped him create a custom routine for me. By the time I went back to see my physical therapist I was raising by "frozen" hand and amazed my therapist at the amount of progress made in a few weeks. Yeah, pretty amazing!! There are showers for those who need to go to work after their workout and seats for waiting if you arrive early, though your trainer will probably recommend you roll out or warm up to maximize your workout. Oh, and there are a few staff trainers as well as other independent trainers you can work with. Absolutely no reason why you can't find a perfect trainer at the perfect location!

I contacted Chris at Atlas in regards to a personal trainer who I paid for sessions with, who was…read morethen terminated from the gym. I had contacted the trainer and received no reply, and so I finally reached out and left a message for the staff at Atlas. Chris's wife reached out that night and I was very impressed that they were so quick, she gave me Chris's number and said to reach out to him to get everything figured out. I messaged Chris the next day to see how they can help, per the phone conversation the night before. I sent him all of my text messages showing the personal trainer cancelling, schedule that was supposed to happen, and amount that I paid to this trainer. He said that he would talk to his guys to see about working something out since I paid and received a quarter of the training promised. The discussion with Chris happened on January 7th, I reached back out January 22nd to check in and heard nothing. It is now January 28th and it is silent. I have not received a refund or any makeup sessions with a different trainer as discussed. I am very reasonable and willing to work things out with what they can do to help me, but I am disappointed that I received no update and no messages back on this subject. At the very minimum, I expect to receive an answer - my advice, spend your hard earned money at a gym that actually follows up, cares about clients that come to their facility, and doesn't hire people who can't be trusted.

WOW!!! Was I pleasantly surprised when she answered each & EVERY question I had, including the costs to join, BEFORE making a commitment to come try Delta Life Fitness out! Transparency is of utmost importance to me, and Jess more than delivered, and all without my having to push! I don't know about you, but I like to know what something like this costs BEFORE trying a class. I do not care to find out I DO love it, but discover it's not in my budget, after the fact. I took my free class, signed up for the free 6wk challenge, and have been a solid member ever since! UPDATE to an earlier review posted elsewhere: I'm now 56yrs old, and 14mos into LOVING Delta Life Fitness - Gilbert, and I feel even stronger in "new and improved," review! I have NEVER been religious and consistent, at any other gym, or with any other program, in my entire adult life. Even during this pandemic, where I have been working out, at home, to Delta Life Fitness's FB posted classes! Yep, even at home, I'm still getting everything I need to stay motivated. I know if I need anything, Jess and her staff are only a phone call, email, PM, or text away! I have met so many incredible ladies who have now become close, personal friends (including the Coaches!!).This may sound "cheesy," but it's a fact, we are more like family, than just members looking to get their exercise on - to me, that's an incredible, added benefit. This workout flew in time! I was definitely already breaking a sweat halfway through. The instruction videos were very clear and the routines rotate. It's advertise as for beginners through expert, however, I think it's more intermediate to expert. The layout is very tight and there is 2 people to a station. I think this is important to note as one may like their space when working out. A big plus to this is how it's family/veteran operated. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about 9 Rounds style of exercise. Facility was very clean. There is locker/cubby space for belongings and a filtered water fountain. I enjoyed my time at 9Round and would recommend so those that are looking to change up their current routine for a more high-impact, cardio pumping exercise!

A great release from a stressful work week. The Yelp staff were so organized and motivating as were the kickboxing staff. The only thing that made me anxious was how sanitary were the gloves. All I can tell you is if my hands got sweaty, I'm sure other folks did too. Didn't see any hand sanitizer available. Doesn't mean it wasn't there I just didn't see any. But aside from that it was a really great workout. They had an awesome DJ and light snacks afterwards. Thanks Yelp for those very convenient sweat towels because I really needed it. Would consider joining 9round if it was closer to home.
