Now that DRFBBC has been open for a few months, I gotta give my props to the amazing team of Alan, AshleyMae, Avery & Cullen for making this place a community and family in such a short time! There's nothing fake about this place. The people who work here, who work out here, they're are all about genuinely trying to make each others lives better. And I love it. Despite days when I'm tired from work and/or feeling sore from the day before, I get a real good kick out of working out with these folks! It's only 40 minutes of 24 hours to take care of yourself. And if there's something off, they trainers are willing to make modifications to the workouts. Add in nutrition support (and the occasional challenge) and you have one of the best and most unique fitness families out there. read more

I love Fit Body Boot Camp!! Every coach I've had has been fantastic and they really know how to keep you motivated! I love that the classes are only 30 minutes and you leave there feeling like you worked out for 3 hours!! It's an amazing workout and you actually can see and feel the results in your muscles. So 2 weeks ago I started getting my butt kicked at Dobson Ranch Fit Body Boot Camp and it's been the best decision I've made. I was going to the gym but not getting the results like I am here. So far down 13lbs since i started boot camp. Today I'm stronger than the first class and Avery Hart our coach has pushed me passed my insecurities and fears of believing I can't do certain routines like box jumps. It's by far one of the best places to get a great workout in. I love their app you just sign up for class and check in when you get there. I'm a shy person at first so it was a challenge to want to start but everyone is welcoming, motivating and not intimidating. Your coach assist along the workout checks your form and you. If something might be too hard or a issue physically then they modify so that you can still get a workout and build that strength. read more

I bought a Groupon for DR Fit Body to basically get my body moving again after a year off thanks to COVID (I tried working out at home but I just couldn't get motivated enough to be consistent). I knew after the first workout this is what I needed! 5 minute warm up, 30 minute nonstop workout, 5 minute cool down and you are done! The workouts are challenging (and can be made more or less challenging depending on your strengths and needs) and the trainers are kind and motivating. So happy I found this amazing gym! read more

I've only been going to Dobson Ranch Fit Body Boot Camp for 2 1/2 weeks and already love it! I was quite sceptical when I went to the orientation (after receiving 21 days for 21 dollars for the grand opening of this location). My feeling at that time was that I was being pressured into signing a contract before I knew what I was getting into. I am now going to sign a year-long contract and believe it will be money well spent. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is because I am still a new member. Two or three months down the road, I'll update. If you are someone who is stuck and feel you need a kick start to help you get fit again (or for the first time) this is the place for you. I started coming here when I joined a 8 week challenge. I have learned a lot about eating right, water in-take, working out right. I truly love FBBC. The staff is amazing and super friendly! The place is clean. I feel like a family here which makes it fun to get up at the crack of dawn to come work out. I loved this gym so much. Lost 15lbs doing a challenge which jump started an entire lifestyle change (am down 60lbs total). Unfortunately, my work schedule changed and I can no longer go to classes in the morning. What I wouldn't give for FBBC to offer classes around noon! If the class schedule works for you, go! Membership is 12 or 18 month for 200 but they will lower to 150 if you try. Let me say if I could afford it I would have signed up. The trainers are all amazing helpful and friendly the manager is a little rude but his job is sales. He will try to convince you your going to die soon or you can't be fat and happy. The trainers will motivate you when you work out they will not judge you if your struggling and same with some of the members. Some of the veteran members are a little snobby but most are there to encourage you. They will cheer you on when your struggling and no one makes fun of you or judges you. There is people of all shapes and sizes so you wont feel out of place. If you go after 4 you luck out those are the best trainers read more

This gym is like a Thanksgiving Dinner table (when you like your family) because everyone makes you feel like family, the trainers, and the members. It's a judgement free zone ! They do a great job improving your shape. However, push-ups and burpees are the program staple and it gets mundane especially if you have any physical limitations. Don't expect them to cancel your membership automatically or easily. You will get the runaround, have no answers about your money, and be falsely reassured about reimbursement. EXTREMELY disappointing!!! It reflects very poorly on the owner and management to treat customers this way, especially an Army veteran customer that they claim to honor !They promote donating to charities, but rip off their loyal clients. Company/owner/employees definitely need customer service and ethics training. read more

I work in marketing with MANY local companies. When people are Genuine you can feel it. From day one I felt "loved," supported, and not even an ounce of judgment. Many times anyone who NEEDS a gym and the support it can bring them are the EXACT people who are scared to join. They are the moms LIKE ME who feel like people are going to judge why they are even there in the first place and why they couldn't get their life together enough to make sure they didn't need the support in the first place. We are so prone to judge others that we forget that at times with just a little support many people wouldn't be in the situation they are in in the first place!! AshleyMae Fbbc is WHY I signed up and I have posted that before. She is the PERFECT "face" for Dobson because THAT is the first thing people "see" she is REAL! she is caring and so supportive. This place is awesome! If you dont have much time to get a workout this is the place to go. They have workouts scheduled every 40 minutes in morning and afternoon. They have great trainers who show you how to do various workouts. Theee is people on every level and no judgemwnt is given or allowed, just positive re-inforce. It feels like more then a workout class because we get to know each other at the gym, but also connected on social media. Let me begin when you first walk through the doors they make you feel amazing. Dobson is a revolving door of fitbody. They cherish the members they chose and will forget you exist the moment you are injured. They don't care about what happens to you. I injured my shoulder and the owner of fitbody was in one day and stretched my shoulder when I told him to stop he continued to drive my arm and shoulder further to the ground. It injured my shoulder worse so I ended up having to get cortisone shots, my children were brushing my hair. I made the decision to leave Fitbody because I realized they were more a cult and destroying my body than caring about my limits. Once you are not a paying member no one there talks to you anymore it was insane. I also learned the Director showed my contract to another member which I am sure is illegal. I hope Ben reads this and knows it is because of you I left because of the pain you inflicted on me without even an apology when I told you. read more
