Larry had a great professional football career in both US and Canada. He was also the head Strength and Conditioning coach for Grand Canyon University's swim team. I have gone to several gym's over the years but I have never had any results. I have overpaid on personal trainers who spent more time looking at their cell phones than working with me directly to help me with my fitness goals. I met Larry and Tomomi at 1 stop fitness when they first started branching out in their new business venture and I was amazed at how amazingly caring they were and actually assisted anyway they could to help you. I started off with the $5 Kickboxing cardio classes but after a car accident that left me not able to use my left arm for a long period of time it was very hard to start exercising again. 1STOP- Fitness is the place to be! I have chronic back issues that have had me seeing chiropractors for years, and I ran into some horrible shin splints through running. After training with Larry and Tomomi, I have not been back to the chiropractor for over 7 months and recently started running again after they helped heal my shin splints. I attend the Mommy and Child workout class weekly with Tomomi at 1STOP-Fitness. The facilities are clean and the aerobic room is separate of the main gym. The classes are affordable-most classes have a $5 drop in fee! The classes are tailored to the participants; I always leave feeling like the workout was just what I needed that week. Tomomi and Larry are professional and knowledgeable about fitness and overall health. The Mommy and Child class has helped me return to my pre-baby weight just months after having my son. I worked out at the predecessor gym. Tomomi, one of the owners, was another trainer. As I worked with my trainer, the then owner, I watched and admired how Tomomi trained her clients.
