I have had nightmare experiences in the past and also been fooled by yelp reviews - I've become wary of yelp reviews especially for movers because some companies pay off customers in (insufficient) refunds to write them good reviews. But the reviews for Bring It are accurate and I have finally found a moving company that I can return to! I was moving from one 1-bedroom to another closeby, a first floor to a second floor with no elevator, and this crew did the whole thing in under 2 hours, including wrapping and unwrapping all my furniture for safety of transport - end price was $240. Never had such an efficient and cost effective move in my life. I am SO HAPPY! read more

I utilized Bring It! Movers and had a very bad experience. I emailed the company and they have ignored me so far. I have used them once before with no issues and have even recommended them to others, but no more. The movers we had were 30 minutes late. They didn't have a strategy, so the move was going more slowly than planned. And, even as they admitted, I didn't have that many items. They didn't have care in how they moved items and ran into walls several times. They ran into a wall so hard in my new place that they knocked a large piece of drywall and paint off the wall. I paid extra for the movers to disconnect and reconnect my washer and dryer before they even did so, which is unprofessional. Customers shouldn't be asked to pay for services until they are rendered. And, I had to give my credit card info to someone over the phone and still haven't received a receipt yet. A different system is definitely needed. To top it all off, the movers couldn't connect my dryer properly and destroyed the hose of a two-year-old dryer. Now, I have to go to Home Depot to get a new hose for someone else to put on even though I paid extra for this service. So far, I haven't heard anything back from the company. If I do, I'll provide an update. Update: I have now found why there was such a large gash in the drywall... the movers hit the wall with my dryer and dented and scraped my new dryer and didn't tell me. Now my dryer door will not close properly. As far as the dryer hose is concerned, your movers took it so I don't have a photo of it. I just want this rectified as this is a new dryer that had no scratches or dents and the door used to close just fine. read more

Just used this company to move some clutter (boxes and furniture) from my house to a storage unit so I can put my house on the market. Zo and his crew(used the 3-man) are top notch. They were running late to our scheduled time from a previous job, called to tell me they'd be about 30 min late. No problem, very professional to keep me informed. I live on a hill that makes getting the moving truck close to the door impossible, but they didn't even sweat it. Trust me, these guys are fast, hard efficient workers. When my home sells, I will definitely be using them again. You could use one of the bigger name companies in Atlanta for more money, but I know you won't be as satisfied as I am. They were professional, carefully wrapped our furniture (even our flimsy IKEA pieces made the journey unharmed), and moved our very stuffed three bedroom apartment (up two flights of stairs) to our new home (three stories) 30 minutes away in just 5 hours. This included them putting all of the boxes on the correct floors of the house. What a great experience and easy process this was. They came 30mins earlier. 3 guys, super nice and polite. They knew what they were doing. It took them 3.5 hrs just because my bed is a pain to break apart which they did with extreme care. It would have been less. They were awesome bringing the furniture to our new place. We moved from a condo to a townhome and they were EXCELLENT!!! My fiance found them and we gave it a try. he had hired other people for his move and he wished he would have used mine as well. These guys are the best. I requested quotes from 10+ moving companies in Atlanta through Yelp and they were by far the best option to fit my budget. Their customer service rep was very prompt in answering my queries through Yelp messages. On the day of the move they showed up ahead of time after texting me in advance. The crew of three wasted no time in getting my stuff loaded up into their truck. I had a couple of sofas, and some minimal furniture. I did have around 20 boxes of miscellaneous household items. They wrapped everything in shrink-wrap and loaded up the truck in less than 45 minutes. My new place was a 15 minute drive away. Once we got there, the unloading process was even faster despite not having an elevator. Nothing was broken or scruffed up. They put everything in place and finished the job in under 2 hours easily. I had a team of 3 men moving me. They arrived ON TIME and finished the job in 3 hours. I was truly amazed at the speed in which they worked. I was sure the job was going to take at least 4 hours which would have included travel time. There's a reason they have 5 solid stars all the time. They loaded and unloaded plus drive 14.5 miles and completed my move in 2.5hrs!! Best move to date and very affordable. Arturo Alonso and Squirrel were courteous, fast and great. I was very nervous about the move, didn't go without a hitch as all my items didn't fit the truck but with two kids you don't realize how much extra items you accumulate so the quote/inventory was off because I had tons of boxes and totes. The crew arrived late, but once they arrived they went straight to work and they moved my furniture. They were very cordial and friendly. They finished early and since there was a two hour minimum charge I asked if they could move additional items. The movers said that would change the contract, as if I were trying to get something for free, so I paid and they left. Once they left and I checked the master bedroom, I noticed damage to my newly stained wood floors and a hole in my wall. The movers were happy to take my money and leave without telling me about the damage they caused. I have a claim for damages which I hope will be paid. read more

My family and I used the services of Bring It movers on Saturday Mar 17th 2018. We discussed, at length, on whether or not to write this review. We decided to share our experience. Arturo Alonso arrived at our 1st pick up point at 11:15 for a 11:00 scheduled start time. Initially he and his crew came across pleasant and got to work immediately. He and his crew arrived at our second pick up point about 55 minutes later and this is where the attitude of Alonso took a turn for the worst, for reasons we could not tell you. My wife, daughter and I discussed this then and throughout the move, asking each other "Does he have an attitude or what"......His tone was condescending, his handling of certain pieces of our furniture (slamming things down) was unacceptable, and he appeared to just come off as irritated.  The two young men who were the assistants were the exact opposite of that. Courteous, professional and exuberant.  At our off load location Alonso continued with the nasty attitude, and clearly was frustrated by the work, mentioning to me many times that there will be extra charges for all these stairs, and for this heavy furniture. (Mind you, furniture 'is' heavy.......you're a moving company!!!   .,..and the particulars of my move was clearly defined in the paper work). Then there's the issue of my couch. (Which they never consulted with me before taking the front door off it's hinges.) They could not get it in the townhome. This is where the attitude displayed itself tenfold. His exact words to me " YO....THIS COUCH AIN'T GETTING IN.,,, WHERE YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE IT. I'M DONE!!.....and when I didn't respond immediately because I was in another part of the home .......YO!!!! YOU HEAR ME!!!)  How's that for customer service skills.??? By this point I just wanted him to leave my property. At the end of the work he presents me with the bill. 90 dollars upcharge for stairs and heavy furniture. Basically claiming that we deceived him. Just Ridiculous. After consideration my better half determines that the two young men assisting who worked hard and never complained should still be tipped despite Alonso's being a complete jerk and his utter disdainful attitude, so we tipped 60 bucks. The work got done....( I was never consulted about the issue with the couch, and damage to the wall in the foyer will cost me 70 bucks to have repaired.) So, all in all.....our recommendation is a huge thumbs down for Arturo Alonso and Bring It Movers. Made our decision to use these guys based on Yelp and Google reviews......not sure what happened but we did not see the person other reviewers saw. read more

Very disappointed in this company. I reached out at the end of the week last week to plan a move I was told that a particular day was available and to contact them on Monday with my inventory list. I emailed it first thing this morning and then at 4:30 today they finally get back to me saying the slot is no longer available. WTF?? First of all I understand that slots get filled but if you knew it wasn't a freaking option for me how about letting me know before 4:30 in the afternoon so I can get on calling other companies? Just finished a move with these guys and it went great. They had 4 guys show up for less than what most other places charge for 4. Their travel rate was also lower than other places. They take credit card and don't charge 3% for it like other companies. They were also VERY fast and efficient. They moved everything into the truck (including wrapping up furniture), drove 36 miles, and unloaded everything into our storage unit in 3 hours. I was very impressed. Just a few things to make sure you pay attention to. Everything must be boxed up and ready to go. They won't take knick-knacks, lamps, vacuums, etc. unless boxed. If you put things in storage, you'll want moving blankets your nicer furniture. Alonso will sell you blankets for about the going rate. Overall they were great! And if my wife and I end up staying in Atlanta we will definitely be calling them again to move us out of storage! read more

I have hired multiple movers over the last decade around the Atlanta area and I have to say, Bring It! Movers were by far the best. EVER! They were fast, efficient, professional and respectful of our things. My girlfriend and I were moving from an apartment in Stone Mountain to a house in Decatur on a Saturday. The movers gave us a 2 hour window so we would be prepared but, just before the time period ended, Andrea at Bring It! Movers called and explained that the team assigned to move us had trouble with there vehicle and would not meet the deadline and she had no definitive time frame in which they could arrive. She apologized profusely and ask if there would be another day that could possibly work. When I suggested the next day, a Sunday, she didn't hesitate and explained that they would be at the property at 1030am. Alonso and his 3 man team moved a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment in just a few hours from beginning to end, all while remaining friendly and courteous. The day of the move they only had three movers instead of four due to an emergency, but the movers were efficient and took care of our belongings. They were polite and worked hard.
