This haunted house was very good!!! I came here on Friday the 13th (September) on opening night. For $42.99 I had access to 3 different haunted houses. All of them were awesome and very creative with the design. I loved it! The staff was very nice and it was extremely organized. I was just disappointed that there wasn't any parking because the parking lot didn't look full but the kids running the parking lot said we had to park elsewhere.

We had week day general admission tickets and the lines weren't too bad. The houses themselves have a lot of cool animatronics but some of the facades are ready for a refresh. The interior actors were having fun scaring people and did well to keep up with the crowds. The roaming actors were really engaging with the lines and made the wait time fun. There was some fun and spooky music to make the lines move faster. There are plenty of sets to take photos with and a lot of fun looking carnival games. There is parking onsite. There was also somewhat of an alarming amount of security.

There's a haunted house this one was one of the best with lots and lots to see and so many rooms. And lots of places to take selfies outside while you wait. As a haunted house I rate it a five As a valentine haunted house, I was very disappointed. In the first building it was kind of a repeat of the haunted house with not many Valentine themed locations. In the house of light there were more Valentine oriented than the first part of the building. Okay, for the bad. I called ahead of time to make sure this wasn't going to be in any way sexually perverted for my son who is 23 with severe autism. I was warned about the costumes being skimpy which is no big deal. I was told it was all built for the scare so nothing would be sexual. In the house of lights a nurse asked my son is stuffed animal was his sex toy and if you did dirty things to it and started to sexually molest my son's toy. I was livid and I got him out of there as fast as possible when really all I really wanted to do was go back and give that a lesson and stuffed animals and grown men that carry one. One actress ruined it all. I've been pissed for weeks I feel like I didn't do enough to protect my son. My son got very emotional over it and I don't know how deep the damage is.

Bring a change of pants.

Terrifying. Went with the husband, nearly choked him grabbing onto his shirt. Some rooms were absolutely HORRIFYING, it's an internal struggle the entire time deciding to rush to the next room or try and catch your breath in the current room. Also, the fast pass is worth it. We picked the earliest time and there was still 1+ hour wait for general admission.

Went to experience this haunted house so came here with a couple friends. Lines were not long. It's 3 houses Favorite part of the experience was the laser room, diarrhea girl, and the spooky person under the floor. One of the best haunted houses I have been too.

Came here with family. We all had so much fun and got really scared. They're really creative with there tactics. Lines were long but they ran smoothly. I recommend this place and would definitely return.

The phone number of amount times I've called

they were ALL booked so I picked the 11pm. And then to book they made me call them. I called 27 times and no pick up. Waste of my time.

I am writing to formally raise concern regarding a Nightmare Cirque performance I attended with my…read morefamily. The show contained explicit sexual content and adult-themed material that was inappropriate for the audience present and not consistent with what was advertised. During the performance, a scene involving a Beetlejuice character included sexually explicit behavior on stage. This included a male performer introducing a prop male dildo/penis during the act. Audience members were also directly engaged in portions of the performance, with male audience members being specifically targeted for participation. This created an environment that I and others experienced as uncomfortable and inappropriate, with personal boundaries being crossed. This was more about sexual orientation agenda pushing homosexuality. Asking male audience who has a big penis. Humping another man from behind bending him over. Sexual harassment at an all time high. Extremely disturbing and disgusting. There was no clear warning in the advertising or event policies indicating that explicit sexual content or sexualized audience interaction would be part of the show. Families were present, including children(which should not have had entry access), which made the content especially unsuitable for the setting. As a result, my family and I felt misled and left the performance early. We also requested a refund but were not able to reach the appropriate decision maker at the time. Overall, the experience involved content and conduct that we considered inappropriate for a public performance and resulted in emotional distress.Mental nightmare. I am requesting a formal review of this matter and clearer content warnings for future performance. Rated R sex store production is what customers unwilling paid for. ATL GA

Below is my five point review: Staff Service: 5.0 out of 5 Timeliness: 5.0 out of 5 Atmosphere: 4.5 out of 5 Cleanliness: 5.0 out of 5 Affordability: 3.5 out of 5.0 ISSUES====It's a hike from NYC. Over an hour via car for the bridge and tunnel crowd. For a 15 minute hayride, it's a little pricey. SOME HELPFUL TIPS ABOUT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 1--- "Let me ask you a question. Why don't people just leave the house when there's a ghost in the house?" - Eddie Murphy, Delirious (1983) Yes, it's fake. Of course it's fake. People tend to act overly logical when someone is trying to scare them. We all do it. It's a defense mechanism. Whether you read ahead on Wikipedia while watching a scary movie to prevent the shock factor, or criticize an actor's scary makeup on a hayride. My point? Suspend your disbelief for 15 minutes. Listen to the narrator telling the story. Let it scare you. If you look around and see a figure in the distance, chances are it is going to catch up to the hayride and scare you. Duh. Don't be that too-cool-for-school hayrider sitting in the hayride who won't let it scare you. Because if you look around and see everyone else enjoying themselves, and you're trying actively to not have a good time, then you are the asshole here. 2--- The hayride fits 20 people. We got there at 7:30pm and there were already more than 20 people in front of us. Arrive early and stand in line, or have someone stand in line while you get tickets. They don't take your ticket till it's time to get on the ride anyway. Don't need a ticket to stand in line. Each ride is 15 minutes, and although the times advertised are 8pm-11pm, they won't end the hayrides till everyone standing in line gets a chance to go. They start at 8pm sharp. 2--- Go to the website, and you'll get a $3 off coupon emailed to you if you leave your email. $3 is $3. They are giving it to you. Take it. Also, to take some of the edge off of $25 a ticket, livingsocial and groupon have a deal where they offer two tickets for $38. I used a groupon voucher and printed it out, and it was very easy to redeem it at the box office. MY OVERALL FINAL OPINION====Staff Service gets a star. Everyone was very polite, and the actor's all had great outfits and very well done makeup. I won't get into the different scenarios they do, because it will take away from the whole experience. But, all in all, the hayride is done well, and you are kept on your toes. Timeliness gets a star. They started at 8pm, and stuck to their schedule. Atmosphere was great. It was very dark out at 8pm, and that alone freaked me out during the ride. Cleanliness gets a star. For a hayride, it was very clean. Affordability gets zero stars. $25 for 15 minutes is an NYC price, not a northern New Jersey price. Definitely check it out if you're in the area! Happy Halloween!

The tickets are about $28 and it's a 20 minute hay ride. I've never done a haunted halloween hay ride so this was certainly nice to check out ! The line moved quickly and the actors entertained us the whole time we waited, making it fun. Once inside, they come from every direction and it's sometimes impossible to predict it or see it coming. The haunted houses built inside the attraction were pretty spooky, but the doll maker was by far the one that creeped us out the most. Fun night getting into the Halloween spirit. Lines not nearly as long as seasoned haunts like Bane or Brighton Asylum, but location gaining interest from repeat customers. Got there before 5pm to avoid long lines, sat back, relaxed, chilled in the store, got on line at 6pm, and was inside at the expected time of 6:40pm. Could have arrived later than 5pm without issue, but since parking normally sucks a huge dong figured get there early enough just in case. Staff checks you in, gives you a wrist band, then you get on the hay ride over to the orchard. Get there wait in line, finally they cut off the wrist band and you go "inside". Since there are little to no indoor mazes haunts come from every angle. Possible to be caught up in someone else's scare and totally miss a creep running up on you. Vibe is eerie enough but still slightly flat. Creeps keep on coming in wave after wave. Even Dennis the dead security guard lets you know no position in line is safe from scare. Overall nice attempt, a little lame, but nice considering it's almost entirely outdoors. Small things to improve on; every employee should be in costume, don't want to see a well dressed attractive woman guiding guests inside the haunt when Shovelman the Ugly Ghoul is also doing the same. Interested to see what they have in store for next year.

But the quitter counter, which displayed the number of guests who quit in fear, made it seem scarier than it actually was. It was honestly a bit too dark in there to see the costumes/makeup of the actors. The majority of the scares were jump scares.
