For only being one attraction , it's definitely well done and amps up the scare factor in certain parts compared to other haunted houses that just fill the houses with decorations and people that follow you around. We enjoyed it because it was different from anything we've ever been to. The scares in the house are well done and the maze to get out is terrifying especially if you don't have a laser gun as it's pitch black. Also the ability to get a video for $5 is nice but it's only for one part of the house, but it is the best part of it. The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is that we waited almost 3 hours in line even though we got a 9:30pm reservation. I suggest going at their last reservation to avoid waiting for so long.

Very fun! It was a very fun maze. I screamed and laughed the entire time. My only complaint is the wait time. That needs to be worked on.

Super scary fun and different from all the other escape experiences we've been to as it's a whole house with live actors.

We chose the private family tour and booking was quick and easy and the customer service as great as I remembered. On to the tour itself: Luke met us at the Museum of Natural History on time and we got reacquainted. My son is autistic and can have some trouble warming to new people but absolutely no the case with Luke, he immediately put my son at ease and they were chatting like old friends as we made our way into Central Park. The tour covered loads of Central Park, including an exciting off track visit to a secret cave, the plaza hotel, grand central station, some fun subway rides, and concluded at the Brooklyn Bridge. But more than just seeing so many iconic sites, Luke had hundreds of facts and stories (which my son loved) about what we were seeing. It was truly like spending a wonderful day with an old friend. I cannot recommend highly enough Luke and Real New York Tours. Until next time!

You can't get this experience anywhere else on the planet. I am not the "tour type" of person, but am so glad to have experienced this one. We covered a lot of ground and knowledge during the tour. You'll get tons of photo/selfie opportunities if that's your thing. I appreciate the hustle part of this tour - it's not super polished which was cool. The host was full of energy and humor, and the driver was on the grumpy side which made the dynamic even better - a little Eric B and Rakim type of thing... Anyway if you are on the fence about this do it now - we hesitated and were lucky to get the last two seats on the tour. They also sell merch so you can get a hat or t shirt for your friend that lagged it too long and didn't get on the tour. Plus, if you bring grandma they will teach her how to bust out in a b-boy stance.

We were scouting Hush for a future trip with a crew of high school students and they will lose their minds at the stories, videos and RayZa's live rap while on the bus transversing sites like the room where Hip Hop started, August 11, 1973, to the basketball court of the "shot heard round the world." The Street Teacher, Bill Goodhart, was exceptionally well-prepared for presenting current and historical facts about The Village, including significant events, unique architecture, famous residents and side bar items of interest. Bill's love of New York City and his unique "feel for place" made this tour a memorable experience for all of us. I highly recommend The Street Teacher for corporate functions and family outings alike. Bill's articulate, very well-educated style and wry sense of humor really humanized the tour and made everyone comfortable. He was very accessible to our questions and stimulated conversation among us. He ensured that he knew the "audience" in advance by prepping with me and even followed-up post-tour to ensure that we were satisfied, which we were. It actually exceeded our expectations. This is was a five-star experience which I plan on doing again with Bill in another area of NYC!

From the time we signed up, to the time we boarded the plane to return home, TEP took care of every detail. We commented amongst ourselves that we felt like kids on vacation with our parents, as we didn't have to worry about any of the details - just show up and follow Neptali (our guide). From airport pickup in Cusco in luxury Mercedes vans where we were promptly served Coca tea to help with the altitude acclimation, to group dinners at amazing Peruvian restaurants, to historical tours and education on the history of the Inca - everything was covered and taken care of for us. And that was all before the amazing trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu! Of course the trek itself was the highlight of the trip, and although it was extremely challenging for us, TEP's unbelievable attention to detail did not fail us on the trail. With nearly a 2:1 porter to trekker ration, our every need was met on the trail. We dined like kings every meal, and were consistently amazed with the quality (and nutritional appropriateness) of the food our chef and sous chef were able to put out with minimal kitchen conveniences. The thing I felt was most special about TEP's approach to this trip was the focus on gaining a cultural and historical appreciation for what we were experiencing. Every step along the way, we learned about the native people of Peru, the Inca civilization, the many ruins we came across, the vegetation we saw and how it was and is used, and the history of modern Peru. It was the trip of a lifetime, and have the help of The Explorer's Passage made it so much more enjoyable, and so much more memorable. The value of what they provide is amazing for the cost....rather, for the investment. I highly recommend them!

He had a really great time and talk about a 2 to 3 hour nap. He didn't fully understand everything, considering he is 16 months old, but he did have a fun time while he was there. There is an area for children his age so he can play around there, but I was able to have him run around and play everywhere else. He didn't care for the bubbles area, but absolutely loved the sand corner that they have. There is a little sandbox for the kids so that way toddlers can go and play it if they wanted to. He loved going up and down the stairs and playing in the block area as well. When I first went, I didn't use what the library offered. Which if you put in that you have a library card, you and a child can get in for free for the day. My husband did come with us when I made the day through the library, but considering he got the library card and showed them that he had it, he was able to pay half the price. Which was nine dollars for us. Otherwise it would have been $18. It was a great time for my son and we were there for almost 2 hours as he was running around the place. If you do want to go more often, I know they offer a family packages. I also know that you can get a two-year package and a one-year package. The basic one-year package is $200. Which if that is the only thing you can afford is totally worth it. Especially on days where it is too cold to stay outside or it is raining. I know the other packages offer more stuff, but they are a little bit more expensive. This place is great considering that they do have events each week. That is great for all different ages.
