The experience lasted for 45 mins total but I do wish it was longer. Overall it was a fun game, you experience multiple rooms as a Goblin through VR. The staff is there to assist you throughout when you're stuck on parts of the puzzle. Some of the downsides were the headset audio not being loud enough. You can hear everyone else's VR experiences around you which can distract and make it hard for you to hear things clearly in the game.

During the event, we ran into several major issues that completely ruined the experience. To list them: - Objectives were skipped or were not working properly - The interactivity between the rooms was not working - One of the rooms did not initialize properly and it required the entire event to be restarted midway through (This can be seen in one of the uploaded photos, the indicator lights showing where we were in regards to the completion of the room was already lit up to 3 out of the 4 lights when we had first entered) To expand on the last point, a room was stuck in a glitched state that did not register our actions, particularly during the wiring objective (This can be seen in two of the uploaded photos, I included the correct wiring as well as the correct wiring guide). We had attempted to contact staff during this time and the speakers were too quiet to have a conversation and explain that something was wrong. It took several minutes to get a staff member to help us, and several more to reset the room again. The staff member did what he could to assist us and that we appreciate, however the solution to "make-up" the lost time was to get handheld during the remainder of the experience. I hope this is clear enough to say that for a $694.28 experience, two rooms being glitchy with one needing a full reset is unacceptable. The employee had stated that some credit can be given due to the severity of the issues, however I was not looking for credit given the circumstances. He gave us an email to contact the manager of this business for a refund. I had emailed the provided email address as well as the one connected to a feedback link three times now with no answer. It has been about 2 weeks without any response. Extremely disappointing experience, I would not go again and am actively looking to for a refund. I only wish I could find a way to get back the wasted hour of my life.

I look around at the small selection of dolls and ask "There's more to it than this room, right?" "No" she answers "this is it." I left. Maybe there's something more to this museum I don't understand. But my impression was they're asking you to pay $20 to go in a room and see about as many dolls as you'd expect to see at a yard sale... Maybe there's something I don't understand. It was beauitful and haunting and reminded me alot of Sleep No More. Sinister and creepy, but also very artistic and lovely too. This years "Through the Looking Glass" theme was just as wonderful as last year. This time, intead of wandering around freely, you are taken down various paths by different characters. it worked very well and wasstill very creepy and beauitful. I love this house so much and I can't wait to see next years.

Aside from the aesthetic, I found some of the stories wildly outdated in a slightly harmful way. One story that was shown to a group of toddlers had a fight over the ownership of a girl (never explicitly stated but not subtle either). The evil character won the battle and now the girl toy was his against her will. I don't think I have to point out what's wrong with that. The toys were also pretty mean to each other. Hoping all this went over her head but we won't be back to expose her to more stories like this.

Puppetworks make fairy tales come to life through marionette puppetry, offering hour-long performances geared to kids that will charm everyone in the audience. Kids are encouraged to sit on rugs in front of the stage, while adults and other kids can also sit on the sides and back of the event space. Dozens of beautiful, colorful marionettes of all sizes hang from the wall, giving the impression that they are also part of the audience. The performance itself is professionally curated: the story, the voices, the sound effects, the music, the scenery, and the lights. Artistic Director Nicolas Coppola and his crew clearly put a lot of passion in their work, and it shows in the production. I was definitely impressed. Kids loved it, of course, with lots of active participation during the show. Plus, at the end of the show, Mr. Coppola came out of the stage with a marionette for the kids to meet. Since 1980 Puppetworks offer fun entertainment for kids and family in the neighborhood. Tickets are currently $10 for children, and $11 for adult. You reserve your tickets in advance[1] and pay at the door. As a parent, I also appreciate the fact that they offer performances on school closure days.
