Warning for those entering the attraction

This is an excellent haunt with great staff, fair warning/signage, and care put into every detail! From the staff members caution and dedication to the different tableaus within the attraction, this 45 minute walk-through is a treat for all thrill-lovers!

Such an amazing haunt experience. Gotta get your tickets in August because they will sell out. We had a fabulous time.

Although the Halloween season is drawing to a close, I had to review the Trail of Terror. Awesome. The amount of energy the people have put into this attraction shows. We arrived around 9:10 on a Friday night. Cold but not freezing. Cash to park. Kind of a bummer considering how much the tickets are, but it probably works to cut down the number of cars. People will carpool to avoid paying $8 to park. We did. Then into the dark woods to get in line. Screams in the distance. I'm scared already. Then once in line actors are working the line to preload the scare. The trail itself is the longest haunted experience I've ever seen. There is a break in the middle but I was quite fried by the end. We were in a group of 17, which is kind of excessive, but having a group adds to the fun. We were all screaming. I think the best part by far is that the entire operation funds charitable causes. The Trail of Terror is totally worth it. We will be back next year. BOO!!!!!

Every year an incredible experience!!! Never disappoints!! An amazing expression of true Halloween delight! The classic horror icons are intertwined with the new....it's a true work of art!

This year it seemed a little short and a little less thrilling. Too many bare spots and then waiting for the interactive areas. For the price I would prefer to be much longer. It's 20 to 30 minutes depending how fast you walking if you're waiting for the people in front of you.

I love being scared for fun so this place did not disappoint. EVERYONE we encountered was SO nice…read moreand helpful. Thank you to the lovely pair of parking attendants who were not only fun to talk to but also took time to answer some of our questions. Thank you to the two ticket takers who offered to take a picture of me and my friend. Thank you to Kristina, our amazing guide. You have a wonderful and fun personality! Thank you to the scary dude with the loud horn thingy for helping my friend and I in and out of the pillory for photos. Thank you to the amazing actors who made this experience so thrilling. And thank you to all the folks who put in hours upon hours towards putting it all together starting in MARCH! The attraction was beautifully and sinisterly built. The special effects were cool and disorienting. Momma, I sure hope you found your cookbook. Ha! Such a great time! Can't wait for next year! My wish is to have more actors to terrorize us within the attraction. :)

You take the ski lift to the top of the mountain and walk down. I had never been on a ski lift before and in the dark in the woods gave me a little anxiety ha ha. The trail itself is OK. There's a lot of cool items set up and multiple emergency exits with the staff. There didn't seem to be enough actors on the trail. For me, it was too many people. If the people in front of you start walking too slow, you catch up to them. The actors jump out at them, not at you. There is a lot of walking that is downhill so be prepared for that. At the end, there was a party atmosphere with music, drinks, food, fire pits, etc. I liked the concept overall, but not great execution. they definitely need more actors on the trail.

The 10min lift ride to the top is really nice. there are more actors on the hill, about a 20/25min walk. the addition of the MC & Thriller dancers in the zombie lounge after is a great touch! there was plenty of food, smores kits, a DJ & fun vendors - oh & paintball with 'live' zombies it's a fun, full evening!
