Long story short, after TEN WEEKS we still had no loan, and they couldn't even give us an estimate of WHEN or even IF we could get a loan. They told us 'soon' for a month and a half - clearly stalling. We went to Citizens Bank, opened an acct and had our HELOC cash in 3 weeks. Align are bozos. Don't waste your time. As a longtime CU member physically sitting IN the lobby while holding a large check, I was ready to open yet another new account. I was patient for the first 20 mins, but then got more & more annoyed that Freddy was still on the SAME phone call with the same member for over 35 minutes! He could have put the call on hold or called back to show some courtesy to the members like us that actually took the time out of our day to visit the branch in person. We finally just walked out the door without any service, I thought Align had more respect for their members and this was beyond disappointing.
