Shame on them We used the same institution to withdraw from our other bank and were charged $4.99 which our bank refunded using our debit card from their bank, we used GSCU debit card and were charged $37.50 So GSCU does charge I dont see any refund of that amount from GSCU

I expressed disappointment and concern twice (once when I was reporting it and once when I followed up about service for our car) - both times calmly and politely but firmly. Only the 2nd time I got an apology but was told there are no safety concerns with cracked windshields, which is not true. After that we were told we were no longer at the business despite never raising my voice - all I did was express a concern. I'm honestly shocked both that we would be told a cracked windshield is safe and that we would be punished for expressing concern. I emailed the manager and never heard back. I also initially went to Werner to shop for a car. I was handed keys and told to test drive myself and find info online. Absolutely no service. We ended buying our first car from Seacoast Mazda and a second from Tulley. Both dealers were far more helpful and Tulley has been very helpful with service. It's worth the extra drive.

He was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He clearly explained the process, info and numbers. Matt and Service Credit Union deserve the shout out!
