Today I want to pay off my loan in order to do that. I have to transfer money from my personal account into their savings account, but with the interest the payoff today won't be the payoff in three business days when the transfer goes through. If I do it over the phone and pay off the amount it's $10 for a fee. I worked at a credit union and this is horrible customer service. If I ever get another car loan and they say we use service credit union I'm walking out the door. When you call the number it's in 24 seven automated line with no option to talk to a live representative. I had to lie and say that I wasn't a member so they can try to make another member out of me and then finally they transfer me over to the loan department. Never again.
