I had to escalate to a supervisor to have my yes or no question answered. I just read a review on Facebook that they were sad they were contacting Chicago. I would have been ok with an American employed in the states protecting my assets. I am not so happy with job outsourced to a lower paying country by a "Trusted Bank." The branch employees are great. I spoke with customer service excellent but I wondered if he knew he was transferring me out of the USA. We have homeless and job less Vets that these jobs should go to. I told her I wanted her to understand that because of the disrespectful way I've been treated, their refusal to reinstate bill pay for me after almost 3 weeks, their refusal to overnight a debit card without charging me, etc was why I left.
