They send her to another place for the inspection and it fails with a laundry list of issues and deemed unsafe and fire hazard. I couldn't understand a word she was saying. I asked her politely to repeat herself 2 times and she grew increasingly angry. I was trying to make a simple cash deposit into my business account. I had filled out the deposit slip correctly and had my account number listed on it. I provided my debit card and my NH drivers licence and she asked me if I had an account with them ! Perhaps a bit more training or some English classes on customer service would help but I highly doubt it. Do yourself a favor and use the Portsmouth branch to avoid the unpleasantness of dealing with a rude teller.
