Miss Shanine, Miss Nancy, and other therapists, as well as trainees, have also worked with my child. All have been wonderful! They are so helpful, kind, warm, and enthusiastic about their work. I know that whomever my child works with, he is getting quality care. You can tell that the staff truly care about the children and their improvement. The therapists also take the time to talk to each child's parent or caregiver at the end of session to let us know what they worked on that day and how as caregivers we can continue to work on things. I see how all the therapists are so sweet to all the children and families in the waiting room. Even other therapists who don't work with my child on a regular basis are so warm when they see him. The atmosphere here is one of warmth and love, which is so important for our kiddos. Miss Noraly who works the front office has been amazing. She is always so sweet and patient. From scheduling to insurance issues, she has always been so patient and thorough with me. She is always very responsive with messages or phone calls and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She is truly the best! My child has global delays in other areas outside of speech, so he also receives therapies at other child therapy centers. So I have seen the quality of services at other centers. I've been taking my 2 1/2 year old son to Zenith for about 6 months now, and his improvement has…read morebeen amazing. When we first started he probably only had 2-3 words to his vocabulary. Now not only does he know some basic sign language that we utilizes a lot at home, but he is now imitating us a lot and is able to say a few three word sentences. He use to throw a lot of tantrums do to not being able to communicate with us correctly. Those have gone down a lot as well. At the moment we are working with Liz who is amazing with him. She knows exactly what grabs his attention, and every time she sees him he comes out with more and more to show. She is bilingual so it has been great for us since we speak both English and Spanish in our house hold. We also work with Brittany, who also has done really good with him. Leslie was the first one we worked with, and Matthias took to her so well. Unfortunately we no longer work with her do to our schedule, but she is super sweet and knows just how to work with kids. Mala I believe is the owner, she is great. Even though she doesn't work directly with every client she knows who you and your kid are when she comes in. Always very attentive. We found out he had a lip, cheek, and tongue ties that were anchoring his oral cavity too tight. So it was great to have multiple sessions with her to just help my son relax and eat correctly. I think I learned that the correct way to eat doesn't come naturally for all, and some of our babies need guidance which Jamie provides.
