Ms. Iris and Ms. Dorothy, helped my daughter with OT and feeding, she went in eating half of the McDonald cheese burger on the good days and now she is able to finish a sourdough grill cheese sandwich from Jack in the Box at least 5 times a week! Miss Shanine, Miss Nancy, and other therapists, as well as trainees, have also worked with my child. All have been wonderful! They are so helpful, kind, warm, and enthusiastic about their work. I know that whomever my child works with, he is getting quality care. You can tell that the staff truly care about the children and their improvement. The therapists also take the time to talk to each child's parent or caregiver at the end of session to let us know what they worked on that day and how as caregivers we can continue to work on things. I see how all the therapists are so sweet to all the children and families in the waiting room. Even other therapists who don't work with my child on a regular basis are so warm when they see him. The atmosphere here is one of warmth and love, which is so important for our kiddos. Miss Noraly who works the front office has been amazing. She is always so sweet and patient. The assessment process was detailed and all the communication and paperwork was easy to understand. If we ever had any questions regarding progress or payment, they were answered quickly. Progress reports were given often and "homework" was sent home weekly. We saw improvement in our daughter's language skills almost immediately. Our girl never felt overwhelmed by the exercises and she became more confident as her enunciation became clearer. We worked almost exclusively with Katelyn, and found her to be genuine, kind and detailed. At the end of our daughter's Kindergarten year, Katelyn provided us with a progress/discharge report but still met with our daughter the first week of First grade to make sure that nothing had lapsed over summer. The waiting area is not crowded at all and is super spacious. We've been seeing Brandie and absolutely love her! She genuine, really outgoing and fun with my son and always has fun games and activities prepared for him to do as soon as he comes in. I have seen a lot of growth with my child. I think the quality of services is great and I appreciate that we can do everything all at 1 place.

The nurses in the stroke and cardiovascular unit there were exceptional--compassionate, attentive, and truly wonderful in every sense. Through a coworker, I learned that a family member of hers was already receiving acute physical therapy at Encompass, and she spoke so highly of the professionalism and the facility that I shared it with my siblings. Not sure if manifestation did its magic, but the very next day, Gina, the liaison, reached out to me to confirm our interest in moving forward with the referral. She was warm, thorough, and deeply reassuring, guiding us with clarity and kindness. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the environment: calm, organized, and thoughtfully designed, with each patient given the dignity of a private room. Gina had advised my mother to bring comfortable clothing and activewear, preparing her for the intensity of acute rehabilitation. The nursing staff met every expectation with grace and care. A heartfelt thank-you to Nurses Lupe, Daisy--whom my mother called her "my friend," a name they shared for each other--JP, Tiffany, May, and all the others whose names I may not have learned, but whose presence we felt deeply. The food and cleaning service crew were wonderful in maintaining a clean environment everyday and nutritious meals! My mom loved the food & it definitely provided her more insights on the importance of eating a variety of foods! I wasn't able to attend most occupational therapy sessions since they were held early in the morning before visiting hours at 8am, but I did have the chance to meet Peter and Cassidy. They were grounded, kind, and made my mother feel safe and at ease during her first shower in a week--a moment she described with profound gratitude, calling it "the best shower of my life." And finally, to our main case manager, Nhã Vũ and the physical therapy team Matt Lê, Kevin Lê, and the therapist with the earring who was described as "Kevin's student," (sorry I wasn't there to catch your name) ,Tâm & Christine- each of you left an enduring mark on her recovery. Even those I did not meet were spoken of repeatedly with admiration and warmth. My mother often recalls how one of you said you would care for her as you would your own mother and you did exactly that. There is something powerful in how she continues to remember these sessions. During home PT, she will sometimes pause mid-exercise, laugh to herself, and recount a story or moment from Encompass. Those memories have become part of her healing. We are especially grateful for the diversity within Encompass, and for the Vietnamese physical therapists who played such an important role in her comfort and motivation. Being able to communicate fully and be understood, I believe, made a meaningful difference in her recovery trajectory. She is not yet fully recovered, but she is undeniably on a strong path forward--built on a foundation of skilled care, encouragement, and human connection. It is clean, well maintained, and the staff is incredibly patient and kind. I truly could not be happier with the care my mom is receiving. Her nurse, Ayelet, is absolutely amazing. She is caring, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. She treats my mother with genuine compassion, and it shows in everything she does. Absolutely loved Jamie! My newborn son could not stay latched to breastfeed and struggled with…read morebottle feeding. We found out he had a lip, cheek, and tongue ties that were anchoring his oral cavity too tight. I worked with Jamie weekly before and after his tie procedure to strengthen his tongue and mouth and I was able to start breastfeeding again! We no longer had problems with bottle feeding! My son was around 1 so everything was play based using food and other exercises AND she help you learn as a parent how to be your child's guide. Since parents are more familiar with their kids and also so you can practice at home with them. I noticed stuff she pointed out, whether it was him favoring one side or swallowing without chewing. So it was great to have multiple sessions with her to just help my son relax and eat correctly. I think I learned that the correct way to eat doesn't come naturally for all, and some of our babies need guidance which Jamie provides. I know she assists mom having breastfeeding issues as well, so I recommend her 100%.
