For the past 10 months we've worked with Andrea and Kelsey. My daughter says words with sounds she wasn't able to do before. She also has so much fun. The sessions are engaging and the toys are always different so it motivates her to target goals. From what I've seen, all the therapist are super positive and ready to jump in and WORK HARD. The SLP's use every moment as an opportunity to help target my daughter's speech goals. At first I didn't think 30 minutes would be enough time. Nope, I was wrong. Without Andrea and Kelsey's expertise, my daughter wouldn't be saying the words she says now. I've been with other clinics with my other children too. Speech Point really is a top notch clinic. I have to add: The owner is really nice and easy to talk to. She's busy doing assessments all the time but she'll make time to chat when requested. Just ask. Courtney and Temika are on top of the scheduling and behind the scenes tasks. They always respond via text, email or by phone. There's some scheduling issues at the moment due to short staffing but management has been giving updates and the owner is stepping in to help. Her speech is beyond what it was when we brought her in, and now, she can identify and self-correct herself. She's amazed at how she spoke and sounded when watching old videos of herself. The staff has always been caring and professional. Sure, there were scheduling conflicts, both planned and unplanned, on their end as well as ours. All of it handled well in light of ever-changing situations. They've been responsive to our inquiries, and kept us in the loop about our daughter's progress. We arrived on time and have been waited for 20 mins near room - nothing was happening, no one welcomed us or guided us. To our surprise, later we received a message from an administrator claiming we had missed our appointment and offering to reschedule it. But during these 20 mins of waiting no no one attempted to contact us and let us know that we are waiting in a wrong place! In addition to time wasted, it also disrupted my child's mood - we had to take him from playing with friends for nothing. My advice to Valued Voices: be more respectful to the time of your clients. Time=value!

Over the past three months, I made repeated attempts to connect with Learning Tree for an intake appointment. I left multiple voicemails and submitted the online intake form, and received no response at any point. After months of silence, I decided to stop by in person while running errands nearby. When I arrived, the front office was unstaffed. I could hear staff upstairs -- footsteps and conversation -- and called out several times hoping someone would come down to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no response, I called the office phone number. It rang through to voicemail, and still no one came downstairs to answer. When two receptionists eventually came to the front, I explained my three months of unanswered outreach. I was told that my intake form had likely been misrouted to the wrong location and that they had no record of my voicemails. I also noticed that the missed call I had placed while waiting in the lobby was visible on their phone -- yet neither receptionist made any attempt to return that call. I chose not to mention that it was me who had called, as I wanted to observe whether callbacks were part of their standard practice. It appears they are not. While I was being helped, the other receptionist took a phone call. Based on what I overheard, the caller on that line had also been waiting for a callback since November after submitting an interest form. The receptionist acknowledged this and said she would follow up -- though I was unable to confirm whether she did so before I left. I want to be clear: I am not writing this review out of frustration alone. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the right people and leads to meaningful changes. Families and individuals seeking services from Learning Tree deserve timely communication and a welcoming, staffed front office. I encourage the owner to review intake routing, voicemail monitoring, callback procedures, and front desk coverage so that community members are not left waiting months for a response -- or standing unattended in the lobby.
