One of the biggest things she has helped us with is introducing Gab to his AAC "talker" and helping him become more familiar and comfortable using it to communicate. She also guided and supported us through the process of requesting a Tobii Dynavox device for him, which has been such an important step in giving Gab more ways to express himself. What I appreciate most about Ms. Julie Tanner (SLP) is that she genuinely cares about Gab and celebrates his progress, even the little wins. Gab has built such a wonderful rapport with her, and as his mom, that means so much to me. We are incredibly grateful for Ms. Julie and everything she has done to support Gab's communication journey. I highly recommend her and Amayzing Kids!

Every therapist we've worked with has been kind and professional. We've had to make several changes to our schedule, and Yesari is truly one of the best receptionists I've ever met. If you're a parent of a child with special needs, you know how incredibly busy and complicated our kids' schedules can be. She is so smart, organized, and helpful when it comes to coordinating everything! Because of our schedule changes, we've probably had the chance to work with almost every therapist there, and they have all been kind and knowledgeable. I especially want to recommend Ms.Lauren, Ms.Beth, and Ms.Skylar, who have been working with us for a while. We absolutely love them. Another thing I really appreciate is their communication. Since we often have back-to-back appointments and don't always get a chance to speak directly with the therapist afterward, they leave detailed notes explaining what they worked on that day and what we can continue working on at home. Even when we have to switch therapists because of scheduling, the transition is smooth and the therapists communicate well with each other, so there is continuity in my child's care. I also love that they offer more than just individual therapy. They have programs such as social groups, handwriting groups, and other therapeutic activities, which is a huge plus for us. The only small downside is that the restroom is located outside of the therapy center, but honestly, it hasn't been a major issue for us. Overall, we've had a really positive experience with Amayzing Kids and truly appreciate the therapists and staff who work with my kid.

Before we came to Pure Pediatrics, we weren't sure if he would be able to make much more improvement since he had already been doing PT elsewhere for a while. But since coming here, he has improved so much over these past few months. Vandana is a great therapist who has a very holistic approach and is always prepared. I'm often pleasantly surprised by how much she remembers from what we've worked on and talked about in our previous sessions. She's also very observant and in addition to helping us with my son's main condition, she has pointed out and helped with many things that we weren't aware of (some of which are related to his condition and some more indirectly related). We really appreciate all the care, help, and encouragement from Vandana.

Valued Voices' client service is disappointing: no respect to customer's time…read more We have arrived to the 1st practical session. We arrived on time and have been waited for 20 mins near room - nothing was happening, no one welcomed us or guided us. To our surprise, later we received a message from an administrator claiming we had missed our appointment and offering to reschedule it. But during these 20 mins of waiting no no one attempted to contact us and let us know that we are waiting in a wrong place! In addition to time wasted, it also disrupted my child's mood - we had to take him from playing with friends for nothing. My advice to Valued Voices: be more respectful to the time of your clients. Time=value!

For the past 10 months we've worked with Andrea and Kelsey. My daughter says words with sounds she wasn't able to do before. She also has so much fun. The sessions are engaging and the toys are always different so it motivates her to target goals. From what I've seen, all the therapist are super positive and ready to jump in and WORK HARD. The SLP's use every moment as an opportunity to help target my daughter's speech goals. At first I didn't think 30 minutes would be enough time. Nope, I was wrong. Without Andrea and Kelsey's expertise, my daughter wouldn't be saying the words she says now. I've been with other clinics with my other children too. Speech Point really is a top notch clinic. I have to add: The owner is really nice and easy to talk to. She's busy doing assessments all the time but she'll make time to chat when requested. Just ask. Courtney and Temika are on top of the scheduling and behind the scenes tasks. They always respond via text, email or by phone.
