Instead, we were in and out in about an hour, and it cost barely over $25 to wash and dry everything. That alone was a win. There was a slight learning curve at first. The machines use a reloadable card that you purchase from a kiosk, so figuring out how to load money onto it and operate the controls took a few minutes. Once we got the hang of it, everything ran smoothly. The larger capacity washers and dryers handled our massive loads without any issues. The only downside is that the facility is unmanned. There's no attendant on site, and the phone number listed on Google rang to a voicemail unrelated to the laundromat. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you run into a problem. Overall, it was clean, efficient, affordable, and got the job done. I'd definitely come back.

The owner not only refused to take responsibility for damaging my garment but also verbally abused me to the extent that I had to report the incident to the West Linn police. On December 12, 2024, I dropped off two coats, a scarf, and a sweater dress at Perfecto Dry Cleaners, paying $61 in total. When I picked up my items on December 17, I discovered a hole in the mesh portion of my cashmere/mesh sweater dress purchased from Bergdorf Goodman. This damage was not present when I dropped it off, and I believe it was caused by the metal hangers the business uses, which punctured the mesh fabric. I returned to the dry cleaners to seek a resolution, but the owner denied all responsibility. He offered to sew the hole, acknowledging that the repair would be highly visible and permanently alter the dress's appearance. Instead of accepting this subpar offer, I requested a refund for the $16 dry cleaning fee for the damaged dress (not the full cost of the dress), and the owner became hostile. He shouted at me, accused me of lying, labeled me a "difficult person," and ordered me to leave, saying I was no longer welcome. I was appalled by this treatment. As a long-time customer who had always respected this business, I was shocked by the owner's unprofessional and abusive behavior. No customer should ever be subjected to such disrespect--especially when the business is clearly at fault. Following the incident, I reported the verbal abuse and harassment to the West Linn Police Department. The police supported my decision to voice my concerns and advised me to share my experience on platforms like Yelp, Google, and Facebook, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and consider pursuing the matter in small claims court. To be clear, my intention is not to be unreasonable or cheap--I'm not someone who would quibble over $16. My frustration lies in the lack of accountability, the owner's aggressive and disrespectful behavior, and the way I was treated. I feel it is my responsibility to share this experience to protect other customers and ensure no one else endures similar mistreatment. If the business responds with further retaliation or verbal assault, I will have no choice but to report any hostile behaviors (again) to the West Linn Police Department.

Despite its hopelessness, I brought it in, not expecting much. I had a few other work blouses to launder, so I thought it would be worth a shot. The dress came back flawless. It looked brand new! All the of the other shirts I've brought in (ranging from silk to linen, cotton to polyester) have come back looking brand new, without a single crease. The service is always fast - my shirts are often available the next day! The staff, as well, is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I often find myself talking to them for fifteen minutes or so, laughing the whole time. They, and the owner, truly care about doing their best work and making the customers happy. The pricing is slightly above average. Getting my shirts dry cleaned costs about $6.40 per. But it's well worth it. This company is all about customer satisfaction and excellence, and that's why I'll be coming back and telling all my friends!
