Prestige Cleaners in Lake Oswego is fantastic. The team is always friendly, courteous, and professional, and they consistently go above and beyond. They recently helped me with a rush job to get clothes ready in time for a wedding, and everything turned out perfectly. It's clear they have a lot of experience and truly care about their customers. A great neighborhood spot--highly recommend. read more

I took a wool blanket (pendleton) in for a refresh. I've had it a little less than 2 years, and had over the back of the sofa. When I got it home, it had all of this fuzzy stuff all over it, and there was a dried spot of something - just on the surface, probably a smear of yogurt. I called before I left a review, to give them a chance to rectify it. I was very nice about it, and gave them a lot of grace - things happen. The woman was pretty defensive, and said things like that don't come out in dry cleaning. I mean, it's just a surface thing, and would scrape right off. She didn't say anything about the fuzz. It was very expensive to clean - $48, I expected it to look perfect (within reason, of course, but it already was pretty clean). She finally offered to re-clean it, but I decided not to, because when she said that they can't even flick off a little dried yoghurt, then why bother? I attached a couple of pics - there was twice as much of that white fuzz on it, but didn't think to take a photo until I was halfway through, and also found more afterwards. I did also take in a pair of linen pants and a shirt - they seemed fine. read more

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff and they always do an amazing job cleaning and pressing our garments!

Great place, fast, friendly and always a perfect cleaning as well as pressed correctly! The quality of their services as well as their reasonable prices has kept them as my cleaner for many years! Thank you for all you do! read more

I was on the hunt for another dry cleaner place and always drive by this one. The front desk was really nice and didn't recognized me so asked if this was my first time. Since it was, she explained their process and type of product they use. I prob had 10 items and they were able to get it back to me 4 or 5 days. I know this is silly but it's very convenient they have an automatic sliding door. It's the little things but it Very easy to check in and out. read more

Professional and thorough! I found it to be a very high standard of cleaning and reasonable price. Brought me suit over on a Thursday and it was ready Monday for pickup looking far nicer than when I dropped it off . read more

It was late afternoon Thursday that I found out I needed to have a dress blouse dry cleaned ( it had a spot ) and pressed by Saturday afternoon. At the last minute I had been asked to read at a funeral. The blouse was the only suitable for a funeral colored blouse I had. I went to the dry cleaners I had used a few times. After listening to my explanation, he pushed my blouse back to me and said they couldn't do it in that timeframe. I then went to Prestige Cleaners. I'd never been there before. The wonderfully kind person behind the counter said they'd be happy to put a rush on it. She added that it would be ready on Friday afternoon. It was. From now on Prestige Cleaners will get all my cleaning. I strongly urge you to use them, too. You won't be sorry! read more

Great service, done quickly. Work on Saturday- easy location to get too. Definitely would recommend

I always like the people at the front desk -- polite, conversational, efficient, knowledgeable. Been going to Prestige for years and I have nothing but good things to say. Laurie and her team really know what they are doing! No matter what kind of garment (and I take in a wide variety), it always looks fabulous! read more

Where do I start 1) clothes missing from my order. Lost? 2) telling me I still owe $ after I'd picked up my clothes from prior 3) need I say more? read more

Wow, so so pleased to have found Prestige Cleaners... They are incredible... so professional, experienced, and get the job done. While moving I dropped off an enormous mound of pillow covers, sofa cushions covers, and drapery panels... I was able to pick them up just a few days later beautifully cleaned and looking brand new. Thank you, thank you...You really are the best! read more

Prestige Cleaners is a gem. Let's put it this way... I moved to Newberg from Tualatin and I still take my dry cleaning here. I have been their customer for at least 7 years. Their pricing is very affordable. Around $3 for most standard items. Dresses and jackets are more. The only downfall? They do not have a tailor on site, I am petite and need all of my pants and jeans hemmed. They have the option for alterations but I prefer to have an expert do my pinning on site. I have alterations done at another shop. read more

This place is under new ownership since I went there regularly. Hopefully they're still consistent and awesome! One less star for the prices seeming a little high. But this too could've changed. read more

I brought my white comforter here after I noticed some black dye transfer from my pillowcase. They were able to completely get out one of the spots and the other is definitely way less noticeable! It took about a week and the price was more than reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back in the future! read more

I've been a loyal customer for many years and have always been happy with the quality of work and the professionalism consistently shown. I'd never go anywhere else! read more

I took a Wilson Leather jacket in to be cleaned because the inside linner was worn and needed cleaning. When I dropped of the jack I explained clearly that i would the the inside jacket cleaned. Upon picking up my jacket I asked to view it to ensure it was properly cleaned. The cashier said No, and that I would have to pay before seeing my item. I then paid for the jacket ($60) and I found that it was still in the same condition as when I dropped it off. When I asked for a refund they informed me I would have to call my bank to dispute the transaction. I was disappointed that there was not better service and wish I had gone elsewhere. I would not recommend pristige cleaners and would go elsewhere. read more

I took a New, off white wool blanket in that had been stained with pink silly putty. The owner was very honest and told me that she could not guarantee they could get the stains out, but they would try. The stains came out, and the blanket looked like new again, with no chemical smell! Thanks, Prestige!!! read more

This place has been great! I've used it for men's shirts, table clothes, and cashmere sweaters. The service is fast and professional and the process of dropping off my clothes was quick and easy. The place is also easy to access with plenty of parking. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for about three years. They've always done a fantastic job for me. Prestige is fast and fairly priced. Also, they use an environmentally friendly process and recycle hangers. If you live or work near Tualatin or Lake Oswego, I highly recommend taking your clothes here! Note the address carefully -- there is another dry cleaner nearby that (in my opinion) isn't nearly as good. read more

So many cleaners just get business because they are close by, it seems that it's almost impossible to find somewhere like Prestige that takes pride in the quality of their work, and the importance of their customer service. I was frustrated with my local cleaners and went on Yelp to find somewhere with a solid rating to try getting my clothes better care. Prestige was further than I was wanting to go from my house (I live in Bull Mountain), but I decided to give it a try. They provided excellent customer service at both my drop-off and pickup, and they gave my clothes the extra attention that made them turn out great - even with some special care requests! I'll definitely be heading back there, despite the drive, and would highly recommend them to others as well. read more

Efficient, professional and very friendly. $7.90 for two pairs of pants. To drop off and pick up, I was in and out in about a minute. Easy parking and easy to see from the road. read more

Reasonably priced, my clothes were clean and didn't have any strange odors to them after I got them back (if the chemicals are reused, which many places do to save money, it leaves an odor on the clothes). I wish their hours were longer since I barely make it there, but I'm glad they're open on Saturday. The only thing I didn't like was pre-paying. I dislike pre-paying for a service when you have no idea how good of a job they will do. Because if something goes wrong, you've already paid and they could just blow you off. Lastly, don't use the tailoring service. VERY expensive. I went to see how much it'd cost to get my pants hemmed. I was a bit shocked to hear it would cost me $24. read more

The service I received at Prestige was so great, I immediately wanted to write a review. I brought in a stained peacoat that I needed dry cleaned for a last-minute trip to Chicago. I brought it to Prestige knowing that they'd probably need more time to clean it than I had allowed. Instead of turning me down, they promised they'd make my peacoat presentable in just a few hours, by cleaning the stain by hand. True to their word, it was ready just 3 hours later, perfectly clean and trip-ready! In addition, they fixed a couple loose buttons without asking or charging. Did I mention they charged only $15? Enthusiastic, friendly owners & wonderful service! read more

Great service and reasonably priced (best prices I've seen in town for sweater cleaning!).

I have been coming here for little over a year now, and everything has gone as expected. You can expect service with a smile and a "Hello, long time no see" happy exclamation from the owner, who likes to chat with you if there aren't too many customers in line. Richard, the gentleman who is often at the front, is aways a friendly welcome also! They really know their stuff here, and I am always satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Prestige Cleaners to everyone in the area! read more

Lost my shorts and won't do a damn thing about or won't solve problem. The lady was a complete loser and totally useless!!!

I took my favorite coat in to be cleaned and they also removed the "pills" looks like new

Took about 8 shirts and a pair of slacks to Prestige last week...all came back perfectly pressed, on time and at a very reasonable price. I'll be back... read more

Have done jobs for this business several times. The owners are beyond fantastic. Great communication and quick service. Don't go any further, they have you covered with all of your dry cleaning needs. Prices are also very competitive. Thanks again guys, will continue to go here and recommend to all! read more

Fast, reasonably priced, and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Definitely found my go-to neighborhood cleaners!

What a great first impression. After visiting four others in the area over the last month, i will be back here for all my laundry and dry cleaning services! Professional and friendly with 20+ years experience Can't believe it took me this long to find this gem. read more

I've been going to this dry cleaning business for years and was satisfied by their quick turn-around time and satisfactory service. I believe they now have new ownership and I fear the worst. I recently took a brand new shirt in for cleaning after wearing it for the first time and the shirt came back ruined. The fabric was pulled, bunched, and had holes in it as though it had been caught on something. I did not bring it in in this state. They failed to bring the damage to my attention, but I noticed as soon as I pulled it out of the bag at home. I brought the shirt back and it took three in-person visits and two telephone calls to even get a response. They let me have my shirt back and offered a paltry sum in credit. I am very dissatisfied. read more

I spilled a mocha latte on a 100% silk dress on a Saturday evening, then created water spots trying to prevent the stain from setting since no dry cleaners were open until Monday. I did extensive research and Prestige had the best reviews of all the cleaners in the greater Portland area. I took it in and he said he'd get to work on it right away. Two days later the dress looked flawless--I couldn't even find where the stains had been. Then my cat vomited (bright orange) all over my Vera Wang duvet cover and king size duvet cover. Again they got the stain out and the duvet+comforter look as good as new. I have since taken a number of women's shirts and men's dress shirts and pants in and they have all come out great. Their prices are outstanding and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Additional perks IMO: staff all speaks perfect English, they use eco-friendly methods, and have an up-to-date and informative website. Bottom line: take your cleaning here. They are the absolute best for clothing care, cost, and customer service. read more

Suneal and his team are THE BEST. I drive all the way from downtown Portland, so I can have them take care of my clothes. They are amazing at taking off tough stains. I wouldn't trust my designer dresses and clothes with anyone else but Prestige Cleaners! - Thank you!! read more

This is the best dry cleaner in the area (including Tualatin and Wilsonville). Amazingly, they also are the most reasonably priced. We've been using their service for almost 30 years. The quality of work is excellent and the staff gives excellent customer service. Why pay more for less? read more

I am quite picky about my dry cleaners. Overall not great dry cleaners in Lake Oswego, but I think that Prestige cleaners probably do the best job. I would give them 4 stars, but on several occasions they have wrote my surname on my dress shirts with a laundry marker -- without my permission. Not sure why they thought that this would be a good idea ... please ask first! Otherwise clothes have been cleaned and laundered well. read more

They shrank my wool coat. It's now shorter, the arms are shorter and I am MOST UNHAPPY. I used them once and will never return. Could not possibly recommend them to anyone. I can't even imagine how they would ruin one of my St. John knits. read more

Truly amazing customer service that surpasses expectations for such an economical cleaner. Sunnil and his staff exemplify a humbling level of customer attention that is so hard to find in any industry. This was brought to my attention on a jacket that I brought in for alterations. When the jacket was not ready in the time I was originally quoted by an employee (they ended up needing to order a special liner for the jacket througb an outsourced alterator), Sunnil notified me via text and phone so that I would have time to make other arrangements -- and offered to spot clean or press anything I brought in. read more
