The only place I take my dry cleaning! My sweaters are always de-pilled without me even asking, our comforter came back spotless and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Darby (owner) is extremely friendly as well! read more

These guys are fantastic. Prompt and reasonable! And they do a fine job on dry cleaning!

Mens shirts are a great price, women's are quite a bit more. They did a good job overall!.

Darby is amazing ! I'm from out of town was in town for my sisters wedding in may and she steamed my suit and pants ! Go to her !

Neighborhood family friendly cleaners. Darby, the proprietor, did an excellent job on our duvet, duvet cover and blanket.

Fast and friendly, professional and thorough. I am always glad to go in and chat with the owner.

Very pricey at $4.50 to launder a shirt. I said that's about double the other places, lady told me to go to those other places. I left the shirts to be cleaned, first and last time there. read more

Great work. Well priced. Always gets the stains out (and there are many). Plus, Darbie and her staff have hemmed and repaired many pants and shirts. Fast. Efficient. Good work. This Cleaner is my go-to, out of all the places in the area. And a really nice person. read more

Quick friendly and great work at reasonable prices. Darby never charged to sew a pair of slacks my mom wore to the hospital and the hospital had to cut open the leg. read more

I called to ask about a pen leak in a blazer and instead of telling me that they couldn't fix it, the person on the phone had the audacity to say I was simply "stupid". Terrible customer service and probably no skills to match. As a manager of a high end fashion retailer, I would never recommend this cleaner to any of the hundreds of customers who grace my doors. **UPDATE** I called my usual dry cleaner, Westmoreland Cleaners, and they said they could make any promises but that I should definitely bring it by. Absolute professionals! What a standard, easy answer to give when you are in business to do business and seek business by proving a service standard. I couldn't recommend them more highly. As a retail customer service and management professional, I would easily say that the behavior on the phone that I received from Tigard cleaners was so egregious, the principal of how to not speak to clients so obvious, that it is beyond coaching and actually warrants termination. This person should not be customer facing in any way. With that, I'm not their manager. But I wish the best of luck to the business owners and managers there. You're obviously missing out on untold sales due to...well, stupidity and poor service. read more

Great service and always accommodating even when my needs are quicker than turn times! the lady at the front is very nice and a pleasure to talk to. read more

Excellent locally owned cleaners! Friendly and with reasonable prices! Highly recommend

I have been going to Tigard Cleaners for years to get my lab coat cleaned, and they have always been dependable, friendly and great! I recently had an issue where I needed my lab coat cleaned a lot sooner than originally planned/agreed upon, and when I called in the afternoon to get it expedited, I was promised it'd be ready the next morning for me to pick up on my way to work. They really went above and beyond in expedited my order! Great customer service! Highly recommend! read more

Love love love this cleaner! Stumbled upon them as I was driving through downtown Tigard a while back, as one of my colleagues told me I should take my suits to them. So, because it was a referral from someone I know, I stopped in. Let me tell you, the pricing is way better than what I was paying, AND... they got a couple stains out of some dress shirts that 2 previous dry cleaners were unable to get out. I don't know what they use, whether it's harsh chemicals, ancient Chinese secret (if you're a 70's or 80's child you'll get that reference), or if they use magic, but frankly I don't give a damn. It works, whatever they're doing! And because of it, I'll keep coming back!! read more

Great customer service, really tries to know you and is very transparent about anything she finds while cleaning and pressing the clothes. Prices are competitive with other cleaners, and it was timely although if you have a larger amount of items it may take a few days to get it done. Would continue to come back and support this local cleaner! read more

After a long search for the right laundromat (and several drastic failures), I couldn't be more glad that I found this place! Very reliable and the owner is friendly, reasonable and good by her word. Thanks for taking this stress off my plate! read more

Tigard Cleaners is hands down the best in the Portland area. They are sweetest people on the planet. They have gone above and beyond for our family more times than I can even count with the things they have repaired, altered, and done for us. I truly cannot say enough about the level of service you receive here. Thank you for all you do Tigard Cleaners! read more

I'm not one to become attached to a particular business, but I absolutely love this dry cleaner! It is family owned and operated (I think) and everyone is so friendly! They are always willing (and happy) to have your items ready as soon as you need them and they treat customers like family! I love the small town feel of Tigard Cleaners and can't recommend them enough. (They do repairs and alternations as well!) read more

This is my "Go To" cleaners! Always greeted with a smile and a little chit chat. Clothes are cleaned exactly the way a cleaners needs to clean them. Reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. Tigard Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

I haven't spent any money here yet, but they made a good first impression yesterday. I got some tree sap on a wool coat that I love and couldn't get it out at home. I took it in here, they disappeared with it for two minutes, and brought it back good as new. Best of all, no charge! I'll be back next time I need dry cleaning. read more

I don't think the phone number they have up is correct anymore? I have tried calling a couple of times and just keep getting a dial tone?

I like this lady Very Nice, Gave great suggestions. She got a stain out Of my favorite shirt. I thought it was done. But she did it!

Hands down best cleaners. She took time to restore my wedding dress. She even told me the best ways to preserve my dress. And i'm not talking about that box that's so overly expensive, that everyone else tries to sell you. She's very experienced in different textiles and knows how to take care of high-priced suits. She also has amazing prices and does such a great job. Not to mention she is the friendliest person. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for 16 years. I tried other cleaners fjor a couple of years when I first moved here and there was no comparison. The service is topnotch and the work is excellent. My parents owned a cleaners when I was a kid and this is the kind of business they ran, therefore , I feel very comfortable leaving my clothes with Darby in charge. She takes time to know her clients, is dependable, and fixes anything she sees that needs attention. Drapes, dresses, blouses, now my grandsons work shirts all go to Darby. When I was laid up a few months ago my cousin took my dry cleaning to the wrong cleaners. Wow, the shirts did not look pressed, they used no starch. It was awful. That mistake will never happen again. I took a Pendelton wool blanket in and it came out looking brand new. I love this cleaners Darby and her son are awesome. Judy C. read more

I can't tell you how grateful I to this business. I went to another cleaners for one large, medium, and small coat, it costed me $50. This place charged me half the price! The owners are so passionate about what they do she even cleaned up the moth balls and defused it. I could tell the difference when she was ringing me up. So very grateful and in love with them I'll never leave read more

I went into Tigard Cleaners with my brand new bright yellow down coat, I accidentally got some wood stain on the sleeve and was heartbroken. When the owner looked at it she told me "it is stain you know". I went to leave more than a little depressed I had done that to my coat but she told me to wait a minute because she had an idea. She took the coat into the back and sprayed it with something, when she brought it out she had to point out where the stain had been, what a miracle worker!! On top of everything she didn't charge me for it either. She has won my eternal loyalty for ANY future cleaning needs!! read more

The Tigard cleaners is the ONLY place that I will take any dry cleaning or a piece of clothing that has a rip or stain or anything that has a problem! No matter what the problem, it will always get fixed. I love coming here because of how friendly the owner is. She is so sweet and always loves to talk with you, or hear what you have to talk about. I feel so welcomed when I come in and always am leaving with a smile. It is the perfect place to go too, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Probably onr of the sweetest person I've met. Unfortunately my shirts were not clean and one actually came back with a yellow spot on the front. I asked for heavy starch and it came back with medium at the most. Pricing is very expensive and I didn't feel that the value was there. read more

This is such a great business! I brought my mother-in-law's formal dress in to get a stain cleaned a couple of years ago and received it back with wonderful results. The owner is such a helpful and kind woman. I just went in to try to get a Christmas tree skirt cleaned because my dog peed on it. She told me that the dry cleaning process would cause the colors to bleed, and instead gave me lots of guidance on steps that I could take to try to deal with the issue at home. This is such an honest and helpful encounter that I really appreciated it. When asked how often i should bring my husbands wool coat in to be cleaned, she made recommendations to keep it in good condition longer and gave me some storage bags to take. I always really appreciate business owners who will give you honest answer even when it means a little less business for them at the time. This is great business sense, and pays in the long run--because of this I will definitely be back to this dry cleaner, and recommend Tigard Cleaners highly to others!! read more

I brought my fathers WWII navy pea coat here for dry cleaning. It was cleaned perfectly in just a couple of days, for much less than I had thought it would cost. And when I talked with the owner about wanting to restore some of the original buttons on the coat (which had some generic modern buttons), she brought out a box of original navy pea coat buttons, let me select the ones I wanted and then sewed them on the coat. That must have taken her quite a while, but she did not charge for the buttons or the labor. What a nice person! Businesses with big hearts are scarce these days. I certainly plan on returning. read more
