When I got it home, it had all of this fuzzy stuff all over it, and there was a dried spot of something - just on the surface, probably a smear of yogurt. I called before I left a review, to give them a chance to rectify it. I was very nice about it, and gave them a lot of grace - things happen. The woman was pretty defensive, and said things like that don't come out in dry cleaning. I mean, it's just a surface thing, and would scrape right off. She didn't say anything about the fuzz. It was very expensive to clean - $48, I expected it to look perfect (within reason, of course, but it already was pretty clean). She finally offered to re-clean it, but I decided not to, because when she said that they can't even flick off a little dried yoghurt, then why bother? I attached a couple of pics - there was twice as much of that white fuzz on it, but didn't think to take a photo until I was halfway through, and also found more afterwards. I did also take in a pair of linen pants and a shirt - they seemed fine.
