I dropped off three coats for dry cleaning and small repair. I explained to the gentleman the areas that needed mending. He just nodded his head. I figured he understood me? I came back to pick them up and they had been dry cleaned but no repair. I asked him about it and he just shook his head no. That they don't do that. According to other reviews and the businesses own description they absolutely DO do alterations and repair. I was actually really annoyed. I had to wait a week for dry cleaning only. What a lovely shop. We brought our wedding clothes in to be cleaned (wedding dress and a three-piece suit). The owners were friendly and professional. My wedding gown had been covered in salt water and sand and had stains. When I picked it up it looked better than when I bought it. The owners happily congratulated me and chatted while they made sure the dress was carefully wrapped up (I opted not to have it preserved, but I saw some of the preserved ones and they looked great). The price was extremely reasonable and much less than I had been quoted other places. The cherry on top was the owner offering to carry my dress to the car. They clearly take pride in their work and go above and beyond. We will be back! read more

Went in to get my dress hemmed and was told in so many words that they couldn't do it. There was concern that the back was longer than the front? I tried to be as clear as possible saying it didn't have to be perfect... only I didn't want to be tripping all over myself when wearing the dress. I dropped off a heavy rain jacket on Friday, it was ready for pickup by Wednesday. The dry cleaning smell was pretty strong when I picked it up but aired out quickly. They were friendly and pretty standard pricing for a jacket, $14 said and done. read more

Came in with a dress to be tailored for my daughter who is rather petite and small hard to find clothes or anything that will fit her because she is so dainty I need address to have about 9 inches took it off the bottom it was a man there all by yourself seem to be the owner he was very charismatic I love his personality and he was eager to please I need it back within 18 hours he was a Amazing. I returned a little bit early and we agreed-upon dress was finished just needed to be pressed I left again for 1520 minutes came back and low and behold dress was done and ready to go never had to have anything tailored because I am a Giraffe so to speak but definitely will be returning many times over and over and over for the service only problem was the street to get into it I drive a rather large truck and that is no joke overcrowded cars on the street people coming out of Fred Meyer's in the parking lot a little small for my truck but everything else was a +10,000,000 stars if they had it I love this place will return over and over read more

Above and beyond service and always done before my scheduled pick up time. We've had lots of alterations and quick fixes and never have they said they couldn't do something for us but if they had I would trust they were doing their job! The owners also know quality in fabrics and take a great deal of care and all garments come back beautiful. The first time I went to Dr Cleaners was to have a suit cleaned. It only took a few days to be completed and it turned out perfect. I liked the quality of work so much I then had a pair of pants altered to make them shorter and cleaned. The workers are so polite and friendly while the quality of work was above expectations.
