Most laundromats aren't the cleanest places in the world and I have worked in similar invironments so I understand how it is to run a business like this and also understand who runs them. People who just point out the messes and make big deals out of it need to find something better to do these places have a hard enough time making money. Plus the type of crowd that frequentsvlaundromats and the surrounding area trashed the place. I don't think the people complaining would be able to manage a cleaner invironments if it was their business. That being said, this place is clean all things considered, machines are mostly all working, prices are decent I guess. Only thing that I don't like and I think is cheap is them charging a buck to use the bathroom. I dunno, sometimes people have an emergency and if there's no one nearby on staff you're saying that person just has to emergency all over themselves? Come on. How much you making in toilet dollars anyways? Stop it. And update your last wash hours upload a picture at least of when last wash is. You can't get ahold of the laundromat and it's late, who wants to start driving around last minute hoping that they don't miss last wash. It's important. I can't believe that's not common sense. They Charge $1.00 to use their restroom. This is ridiculous. The Billards door is locked so you can't use the restroom.

Although the prices are very affordable and I was able to do two loads of laundry for $8, this location definitely gives you what you pay for. The machines smell like mildew and there's tons of built up in the seals . Looks like these machines are not ever serviced or cleaned. I'm sure that's expected at a public laundromat, but this is a high traffic area so I could only imagine how often these machines are used and how they're never cleaned read more

Generally a good place to go when you need a laundromat. Not thrilled, though, to arrive and find their only bathroom with a "out of service" sign and something that looks like a pay-to-use-the-bathroom box on it. read more

A few years back, I used this laundromat for their drop-off service and was very happy with the results. Our family has a week long camping trip every summer and post trip. I generally run to Aloha laundromat to wash the bedding and towels, so I'm not doing laundry for a week straight. We returned from our most recent trip Sunday, and I loaded up and headed for the laundromat. I had never used the machines at Laura's and decided to give it a try. My first warning should have been the amount of trash on the floor and the sheer amount of out or order machines. I believe they had as many broken dryers as they did working units. But I had dragged all my stuff in and figured I would give it a try. The machines are overpriced compared to their competitors, and there is a uncharge for heavy duty and extra rinse. $1 for each additional option on top of the $6.50 charge for the mega machines. I loaded all the machines and ran to the bank to get cash to have enough change for the dryer. Of the 9 washing machines I used, 8 were ok, but one mega machine was stuck and kept starting a new rinse cycle, but didn't drain or spin. It did run all over and soak all the floors so we were in standing water. There was no staff onsite, so I had to call the main number. Someone picked up and said he would send someone to fix it. An hour later, a gentleman arrives. He pulls the machine apart and claims, "It's not broken." I asked if he could run a spin cycle, so I didn't have a mega load of wet laundry. Apparently, this not broken machine spewing water on the floor could not drain or spin my clothes. So I had to load two laundry baskets with soaking wet clothes. They were so heavy that the baskets nearly broke. And so wet it felt like I lifted them from a soaking tub. They refunded me the $8.50 for the wash cycle but left with me with a mega load of wet laundry. At this point, I wanted to be anywhere, but Laura's laundromat I dragged the clothes to my car and tried to ring them out in the parking lot. They were still so wet it soaked the carpet in my car and left me with an evening of breaking it into smaller loads to drain and spin at home so I could properly wash them. Next camping trip wash day. I'll head to their competitor just a few doors down. It's always clean, and the gentleman who runs it is always onsite and helping people with machines or questions. Avoid the headache of Laura's laundromat unless you are in the market for poorly washed items at an exorbitant rate. read more

Machines ALL smelled disgusting. Most of them looked disgusting too. You'd be better off rinsing your clothes in a sink or bath tub. It breaks my heart to see that this is what's available to the people around here who don't have enough money for a washer and dryer. That's absolutely deplorable. It's probably illegal to run a place like this, at least it should be. By allowing your machines to be this dirty you are spreading disease. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the community like this. Overcharging for a life necessity like clean clothes and then treating everyone who has the misfortune of coming here so poorly. Oh yeah and 3.50 to start the dryer. My washing machine died on me and I was left with soaking wet towels and laundry for 5. I searched Yelp and Found Laura's amazing drop off service. I dropped two huge bags of laundry off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Wednesday morning. Picked up my laundry impeccably washed, dried and folded. My washing machine needed a repair so decided on using a laundromat after doing some research. I had used one close to my house that was horrible so that was out. I was looking for cleanliness, working machines, and a restroom available to customers. "Laura's" stood out for consistently getting great feedback. They weren't overly busy the day I was there so that was a plus. I immediately noticed how clean the place was which immediately set me at ease. Of course we all had to wear masks and there were no chairs in the place as customers had to sit in their cars while waiting. (this was during Covid) I did have to use the restroom in the time I was there and am happy to report they were exceptionally clean!! And if you get hungry, there are several food trucks in the parking lot. If I need a laundromat again, I will certainly come back. read more

Came here after discovering the laundromat in Cedar Mills is garbage and higher priced with a broken change machine. Worth the extra drive, Laura's is clean and has newer washing and drying machines along with a clean bathroom! Came here to wash my cat bedding and bulky stuff. PROS: - Newer efficient and fast machines. They work so much better. - Two size front loading washers: Regular and Jumbo with wash options. $4.50 jumbo 30 minutes, and $3.50 for quick wash. Work really well. - Two size dryers: Jumbo 25 cents per 7 minutes, Large 25 cents per 10 minutes. The jumbo dried my things in about 20 minutes and functioned well getting all that cat fur off. Meow! - Clean establishment with plenty of carts and table space. - Clean unisex bathroom with efficient toilet. - Change machine that WORKS! ($1, $5, $10, $20). - Vending machines for snacks and laundry soap. - Decent parking. - Bunch of food carts/trucks, Chinese restaurant and stores in same lot. - Waiting chairs inside and out front. - Disabled friendly. - Air conditioned. - Custom laundry services and staff on hand most of the time. - TV inside, who knows what they'll be showing. CONS: - Parking lot could get cramped during peak laundry times. - No toilet seat covers. - A little small, I only go while everyone is at work. There is another larger laundromat in the same lot with older machines. HUMOROUS: - Sketchy part of town ... try living in a real BIG city! So mellow here. - Machines are expensive ... I came here to wash my comforter. Don't recommend this place. After washing, my comforter now smells like rotten sewer. Part is my fault. I notice mold/black rims on outside of the washer..but decided to wash anyway. Now I gotta go take my comforter somewhere else and rewash it. read more

I've been here a few times. Fast and decent washer/dryer prices. Stopped by today to wash some comforters because they don't fit in our own washer/dryer. Pretty clean, has all the necessities. Machine for change, soap, food etc. A few seats to sit Rolling carts for your laundry A few tables to fold your clothes. They do have an option - to drop off clothes. I took one star off because about a year ago. I stopped by to drop off a comforter and pick it up. They have a coupon on their yelp page for 10%. Yet when I paid and showed it to them. The employee said it excluded this sort of stuff. I was confused because there's no fine print stating so but I wasn't about to argue over a few dollars. One of my very thoughtful neighbors left a mountain of clothes in the dryer and washer today. I couldn't find many glowing reviews of laundromats on Yelp, especially none I'd want to go to on a Sunday (madness). So, I made the journey to Beaverton. I opted for the full service, where you drop off your laundry, they weigh it, and then wash, dry, and fold it for you. It is 95 cents per pound here, which is about 30-50 cents cheaper than it seems you can get in Portland. The laundry was ready in 2.5 hours, bagged, and folded. Everything came out great. It is a great option if you're busy or tired or just want to treat yourself. The staff are very friendly, and there are some Mexican food trucks in the parking lot, it seems. I hope that my laundry here is ok, but if not, I think I'd make the return schlep out there. CASH ONLY. read more

It's been years since I've had to go to the laundry mat. Since I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I have been dreading it for weeks! I was pleasantly surprised they had moved from the small location they had to a more spacious one since the last time I had to come in. Looking around they have updated all the machines as well. It was a little overwhelming at first, since I didn't know how big of a machine I needed for my blanket. To make sure to wash it thoroughly, but not pay for a machine larger then what I needed. The attendant/owner came up to me within a minute of me walking in the door, took one look at what I needed to wash( in this case it was just my California king comforter) and pointed me to the nearest washer perfect in size for what I was needing to wash! I was pleasantly surprised since I would have honestly gone with the next bigger washer and cosy myself almost $2 more. This is why I give this business a high rating. Updated machines, easy to find location, and staff that is wanting to help not try to get as much $$$ out of you as possible. Since it already costs $3.75 for my wash, they saved me the cost of an hr or so of dryer cost by pointing me to the right size washer and not pay more. Great place and good hours too! read more

I dropped off my clothing and towels this morning to be cleaned since my washing machine broke. I haven't had to go to a laundromat ever and this place was perfect. It's in kind of a sketchy part of town, so I was leery. Even more so, when no one was there when I dropped off my clothes to have them washed. Fortunately, nothing happened and they did a wonderful job. Our clothes were nicely washed and folded. I actually forgot the laundry hampers that we brought our clothes in, but fortunately they saved them for us and I was able to retrieve them a week later. The washers are decent size, but the dryers DO NOT GET HOT. They will dry from tumbling and the lukewarm air. Wasted so much of my money.

This place is amazing! It's so clean and there are 4 sizes of washers and 2 sizes of dryers to choose from. When I arrived I was greeted by the gentleman who works there. He was so nice and helpful. He showed me which washers to use for my loads, how to use the machines, and how to best dry my down comforter. I would highly recommend this place and will be back for my bigger loads that cannot be handled by my home washer and dryer. read more

I come here every time I do laundry. The location is perfect with all the food carts! The machines have a slight scent but it doesn't effect my clothes and the owners are nice. I'm from Lake O but work in Hillsboro and I haul my laundry here because of the location. I'm alright with reading or social media while I wait on my laundry but it's so nice to be able to sit and enjoy some good food instead! read more

My dryer is broken so I have been coming here to dry my clothes after I wash them. It definitely looks a lot better with the new machines and clean. At least every time that I have been here, it is clean and I usually do my drying in the evening. I haven't tried the wash and fold service but what a neat service to offer. I will have to keep that in mind. The only thing I would have to say is that the sign outside has 'wi-fi' on it which, to me, implies free wi-fi service while you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. Well, no such luck. That's OK, I didn't need to check my Facebook anyway. Other than that...thanks for being so close to my house. There are two laundromats on this block. Had issue putting money in and it not registering had to use coin return and ask for help. Small place. Clean inside. Tv inside. Someone is there to help if you need it. Considering I'm a night owl. I love that last load is at 10pm. From my knowledge it's the latest opened one around the Beaverton area. Their washers and dryers are all new with a change machine that actually works. Down side is the cost. It's about 25 or 50¢ more per load when washing than at the one I used to use. I think that is mainly because there is no single wash - only double, triple and "mega". In total I spend about $2.75 for a double wash and dry. And there is a snack machine ;) read more

So it's been... years since I have been to a laundromat but it made sense with the number of comforters I needed to clean. I read reviews of area laundromats and decided on this one because of the perfect rating. Well deserved! The place was tidy, well lit, had front row parking, tons of amenities, and when I forgot my soap I was able to run to big lots and save a bunch of cash. There was moderate traffic but I never felt cramped and it never felt busy or sketchy. Pricing was below what I expected and I'll definitely be back. I used Laura's a few times for wash, dry, fold services. The prices were reasonable and the service always quick. I never encountered a time where my laundry wasn't accepted right away and returned within just a few hours. I worked in Beaverton, so it was perfect to drop my laundry in the morning and then pick it up before I headed home for the evening. This place can be tricky to find because there is another laundromat in the same strip mall that is more visible. If you're facing the strip mall from the street, Laura's is to the left, around the corner (by the food trucks). It's not the free-standing building you'll see first! read more

Clothes smelled fresh and folded very nicely. They were ready when i came to pick them up. I did initially call and they told me they could have it done same day and when i got there 20 minutes later it was next day. She was able to squeeze in one of my important loads same day which was nice. I gave them a 4 only because none of the workers knew how to honor the yelp coupon I had either day I was there and it was a big ordeal.
