The coin operated washing machines are rigged! Once the coins are placed in the coin opening they are not returned! Id placed a big deposit for a load of clothes and despite my efforts the coin return didn't return the money! Fortunately a customer arrived and she used her "laundry card" so I could complete the task. Calls to the "contact number" went to an AI/BOT. ID LEFT OVER 13 calls, and have yet to receive a call back! Absolutely the worst experience ever! And there are bible verses on the wall! read more

Where do I start? First off, there's no restroom. They have a cold water sink, but no paper towels so you just have to deal with freezing cold wet hands. The big washer did not spin all the water out of my clothes. Some of the dryers don't recognize the Bluetooth so make sure you have a coin backup!! I put $20 on the app. Large washer was $13 small washer was $8, totaling $13. When I went to the dryers it said I didn't have enough money to cover a $1.50 for a 30 minute spin. Never got one of my dryers to recognize the Bluetooth so I had to move all my clothes from one dryer to another. Thankfully there were a few empties. Never coming back here again and charging back because they stole money from me. read more

This was our first time using this laundry center. We were on vacation and laundry got away from us, so we thought why not get everything done here vs doing multiple loads at home. Here's how we did. Clean, organized, ease of use: The laundry center is clean, well lit, and no bells or whistles, but it does the job. It's affordable and open late if needed. They accept quarters in all machines, or pay with an app. There's a change machine of you need to convert to quarters. The app can be downloaded, pre loaded, and then you can use a QR code or the app to make purchases. It will also alert you when your laundry is done. Cost wise: 3.00 for a single load washer 4.00 for a double 7 for the mega load. We used two of the mega washers at 7.00 each because I wasn't sure of it's capacity capabilities until after we did two of them. All dryers are 1.50 to dry, and 25 cents per addition of 4 minutes. They are massive and can hold a 6 load washer capacity of clothing for drying. Time wise: Total time from start to finish, including folding was under two hours. Under 20.00, under two hours, and ease of use was great. The management posts their phone number up front, as well as times for each wash, dry, and cost. It is video monitored. There's a folding area, and a wash sink. Note: Door will lock at 10 pm. After this you may enter, but will need to stay with your laundry until done as you will not be able to re-enter. read more

I rarely have a need for laundry mats because I have a washing machine and dryer at home, but my house is under renovations and to make a long story short my washing machine is disconnected from the wall and is not able to be used. I decided to go to the closest one to me and here we are. The place is extremely clean and well looked after. Using the app to pay was genius because I didn't need to drag around a bunch of quarters. My clothes feel clean and the wash and dry cycles were fast! It wasn't very busy and I was out of there within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this laundry mat! read more

Clean facility in a not-terrible neighborhood, no sketchy people hanging around, equipment all appears to be well maintained and properly operating, four sizes of front-load washers, and you can pay via the Speed Queen app instead of hauling in a bazillion quarters... my one gripe would be the lack of a pause or stop button on the dryers, which keep spinning even if you open the door. Aggravating. We were on a lengthy road trip, and there was no laundry service or facility provided in our hotel, so we found ourselves here. I had many loads of laundry to wash and dry when I had a clothes moth infestation in my closets. While I have used other laundromats occasionally, I found this laundromat to be efficiently laid out, very clean, with built in bench seats to use while waiting for loads to complete, which I appreciated. The equipment was high quality and I liked the large capacity washers and dryers that were available. It was helpful to have the option of using the Speed Queen payment app to not have to use only quarters. There were ample folding areas and rolling bins to carry wet laundry to the dryers and to hang dried clothes that I wanted to put immediately onto hangers. I would recommend this to others and will continue to use this facility. read more

The washers worked well +4. Variety of sizes +1 and stink in the first 2 machines I opened -3 (hoping someone stinky had used these before me and it's not a bigger problem) dryers worked great if you found one that wasn't full of bird seed or smelled of curry. 6/10 Price. Better prices than I have seen in most local laundromats but for the sacrifice of cleanliness? 8/10. Amenities. The change machines don't have a lot of change in them, apparently non-customers are coming in and getting quarters. -2 selection of laundry detergent is small, but you're close to a new dollar store and a grocery store. Not much room to sit -1 FAQ posted and helpful +1 7/10. Overall it will get the job done but you'll have to hunt for a dryer that doesn't have a moldy filthy lint trap and doesn't smell like someone was cooking curry in it. It's really the only reasonably priced one near my house- beats the 1.50 for a tiny load in a washer that barely works at our apartment complex. read more

If you use the app to purchase washer/dryer time, it will make it a bit less expensive in the long run. I like this laundromat but it's pretty pricey, in my opinion. I think it was about 2.75 for the smallest washers. they're tumble, but still on the higher side. the dryer's are priced nicely as well. you get 30 minutes for $1.25. I'm giving it five stars because its clean and that's most important for me. read more

Wow what a terrible, terrible place. We came to wash our comforter as it doesn't fit in our current W/D. The quarter machines were broken, even with the extra rinse it came out dirty and soaking wet- what happened to the spin cycle yo? There were creepy dudes asking for money (and this was 6pm not the middle of the night) both times we went. The final straw was when we put in $6 worth of quarters to dry our comforter for 90 minutes, only to come back 2 hours later to find the door open and our comforter soaking wet. I don't know whether someone else opened it or what happened but I shut the door and our credits were gone. Some scraggly dude came up to us and asked "What are your plans for that comforter?" We were so fed up we just left. NEVER GO HERE. read more

It appears this place is owned by the same folks who own Vermont Hills Laundry, which explains a lot. There are fewer machines here than at VH (same models though), and it is kind of unkempt inside, although not filthy. As is true for a lot of laundromats, a lot of strange characters congregate, and it is a little creepy after dark. It is entirely self-serve. I think the biggest advantage is the location in a large strip mall, so there's plenty of parking. All in all, it's a passable laundromat, but will do nothing to lessen the misery of doing large amounts of laundry. read more

Horrible experience. I put quarters in two different machines and both of them up at some point just split the quarters back out at me. I would not let me start the machine to do my laundry. Called the phone number for the manager. Which took me to a call center they were unable to reach the owner. I did hear back from the owner and not only is he reimbursing me he is also giving me free washes. I'm very impressed with the owner. read more

Clean, plenty of machines, and no one messed with my stuff! We moved into a new house with no washer dryer and until ours is delivered, we were stuck going to the laundry. As far as they go, this one wasn't bad. They have super large washers, some even have extra rinse options. Good place for king sized comforters and sleeping bags. That had two of the huge dryers that fit a whole queen sized bed worth of bedding and dryer in in 20 minutes. read more

I like this laundromat a lot! The washers wash real good and the dryers dry my clothes fast. It's always clean and the price is reasonable. The dryers can make the place pretty hot on these hot days, but I'm not going to reduce the rating for that. I used this Laundromat last night and it is disgusting! First off you smell mold and mildew lingering in the soap dispensers and an unpleasant smell like burnt rubber emanating from the dryers. It's not good when unpleasant odors dominate a place that should smell like detergent, fabric softeners and or bleach. Unfortunately, not only are the machines dirty, many are broken as well. Also, the dryers impart a bad smell and even though I was trying to dry at the highest temperature, the clothes remained were cool to the touch. I kept on trying other dryers looking for one that operates properly but they were all crap. The only thing you I liked is that it was almost empty!. read more

No Laundromat is perfect. This one is really good though. The machines work well, clean and dry fast, and are reasonably priced. The owner credited me right away when their change machine ran out on a very busy Saturday. They just remodeled with a new floor, paint, and machine repairs too. In the same strip mall is a good sports bar, grocery store, deli sandwiches, barber, get your printer ink refilled. They clean up very well once a day. On a weekend it will become dusty by the late afternoon though. Good Laundromat and good owner too. read more

I hate to leave a review that will hurt a business but in this case you need to go somewhere else if you want to dry your clothes after you wash them. I take my $300 Macy's comforter here every time I want it washed (6 months or so). I took it here today and was warned by another customer when I put it in the dryer that it had taken her $7 worth of coins to dry her few sheets and clothes. I normally get my comforter dry in about 30 minutes so I put in enough quarters for an hour and went to the mall. When I returned, it was still wet so I put in and enough quarters for another hour and still found it wet at the end of the second hour. By that time, I had to go home. Knowing you should never do this, I stuck it in my home dryer for a few minutes and set a timer to check on it. Within those few moments, most of my comforter was still wet but a few places had completely burned. Moral of the story, if you're looking for a laundromat to wash and dry your clothes, this is no longer the place to come. This morning I had a nice comforter that needed washing; tonight I'm going to sleep under a ruined, burned, and still damp comforter. read more

The only reason I didn't give 5 is because there's no bathroom. Usually if I come here it's because I have too much to wash at home or items are too big so I'm usually here for a while and there's no bathroom. On a non bladder related note, there's always change, it's always clean, they recently changed the layout a bit and Its much better. Doesn't feel as crowded. I've done laundry in MUCH WORSE places! In the 2 years I've been coming here, the machines have always been working and the place is clean. Many of the laundrymats I've been in have broken machines. Before I begin I am going to admit that I haven't been to a laundromat for at least 20 years. I read reviews on this and decided to go here because it was close to home. The management replied to a review that they clean every day. Hmmmm. If that was clean I wonder what it's like when they don't clean. Even giving them a break because people are so hard on their equipment it was still dirty. The $4.25 washing machines run for 18 minutes! The dryers must have metal pieces that catch fabrics. One tablecloth had three big catches and in another dryer a shirt had two catches. They are also doing construction so the floors have no tiles and are filthy. My biggest gripe is that it was a hot day and even hotter in there with no air conditioning! I will be seeking out another laundromat for the next couple of weeks. read more
