Sasha was great on the phone, got my details, answered all my questions, and came to get everything at a time that was convenient for me. My mounds and mounds of laundry - which I thought would take weeks! - came back in a few days, beautifully done, professionally folded and packed up, and again, delivered right to my door at a time that was good for me. They do everything - laundry, bedding, and (though I didn't have any at the time) dry cleaning as well. I look forward to using Westwood again and you should too!!!! No job is too big or too small. They had the best prices and they are the sweetest kindest people I've ever met. I hope they'll be here a long time and if they aren't, I hope their kids or family members will take over because this place is a jewel to find. I love the vintage feel it's old-fashioned, which is really cool. An old parking lot with big shady trees and inside beautiful kind people who will dry clean your clothes perfect. I've never seen my clothes so clean. I can't even believe it because the place I went to before was famous for cleaning clothes in an environmental way And then they closed down. I've gone through two dry cleaners that have closed down. Dry cleaners are extremely important and hard to find. Again, I drive from the coast I hope they're here 10 to 15 years because I'll keep coming back and bringing all my beautiful vintage clothing and coats which they clean so perfectly. They even found my bracelets and put them in a small pouch which I was so happy to find because some people would've stole them so they are very honest And they pack your clothes so carefully. The only thing I wish they didn't do is use as much paper on the hangers, but what can I do? I took all the paper off and recycled it and I'm keeping all the hangers and recycling and returning those as well to another dry cleaner nearby since it's kind of far for me. I don't regret the drive. I really love this place and I will be a good customer here for years and years to come.

I had been a long-time customer of Perfecto Dry Cleaners for years, but I am now compelled to…read morediscontinue my business with them following an extremely distressing experience. The owner not only refused to take responsibility for damaging my garment but also verbally abused me to the extent that I had to report the incident to the West Linn police. On December 12, 2024, I dropped off two coats, a scarf, and a sweater dress at Perfecto Dry Cleaners, paying $61 in total. When I picked up my items on December 17, I discovered a hole in the mesh portion of my cashmere/mesh sweater dress purchased from Bergdorf Goodman. This damage was not present when I dropped it off, and I believe it was caused by the metal hangers the business uses, which punctured the mesh fabric. I returned to the dry cleaners to seek a resolution, but the owner denied all responsibility. He offered to sew the hole, acknowledging that the repair would be highly visible and permanently alter the dress's appearance. Instead of accepting this subpar offer, I requested a refund for the $16 dry cleaning fee for the damaged dress (not the full cost of the dress), and the owner became hostile. He shouted at me, accused me of lying, labeled me a "difficult person," and ordered me to leave, saying I was no longer welcome. I was appalled by this treatment. As a long-time customer who had always respected this business, I was shocked by the owner's unprofessional and abusive behavior. No customer should ever be subjected to such disrespect--especially when the business is clearly at fault. Following the incident, I reported the verbal abuse and harassment to the West Linn Police Department. The police supported my decision to voice my concerns and advised me to share my experience on platforms like Yelp, Google, and Facebook, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and consider pursuing the matter in small claims court. To be clear, my intention is not to be unreasonable or cheap--I'm not someone who would quibble over $16. My frustration lies in the lack of accountability, the owner's aggressive and disrespectful behavior, and the way I was treated. I feel it is my responsibility to share this experience to protect other customers and ensure no one else endures similar mistreatment. If the business responds with further retaliation or verbal assault, I will have no choice but to report any hostile behaviors (again) to the West Linn Police Department.

They displaced a shirt, custom-made and monogrammed, two months ago (my boyfriend is 6'7" and shirts are costly and have to be customized). Somehow the shirt was included in another ticket so I was asked to wait a few weeks to see if a customer will return it. This did not happen. I've been waiting for the "owner" (if this person exists) to call regarding replacing/compensation and every week I'm told I will get a call 'this week'. It's been 8 weeks. I asked for contact information of the owner but they refuse. I'm not sure what my next move will be but I am deeply disappointed. Such a great location, nice service, very sweet lady at counter who looks scared every time I ask about the status of the shirt. I hope no other customers have to experience the loss of a garment.
