I'm not one to leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences my husband and I have had at a restaurant. There doesn't seem to be any order or organization. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and ordered within 10 minutes. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer (thank goodness we did) -- they were fine but the chips were kind of soggy and all the meat was at the bottom of the pile. It took a while for us to receive them. Definitely something I could've made better at home but good enough. We ordered our entrees at the same time we ordered the appetizers. It took over an hour before our waitress came and asked if we'd received our food yet, and she rarely checked on us before then. Tables that had been seated at least half an hour after us received their food before we did. She told us there was a weird glitch in the system which is why we hadn't received our food, but she wasn't apologetic and didn't do anything to try and make it right. Still charged us full price for everything, not even comping a fountain drink which I had to ask her to fill every time she came by rather than her seeing our drinks were low or empty and taking initiative (like a decent server should). When our food finally came out, it didn't come together. My dish (buffalo mac) came out first and we still waited another 5 minutes for my husband to get his wings. The food was okay. Like the nachos, I feel I could've made something better myself. Definitely not worth waiting an hour and a half for and not worth the $50 we spent. Don't get me wrong-- I understand when an establishment is short-staffed or if it's a busy night (I know a Saturday night will look different than a weeknight), but this was honestly ridiculous. Though it may have been busy, the staff didn't act it. It seems they are not well-trained. I'm also disappointed that our waitress made no effort to improve or redeem our experience. Meh. I tried to give this place a shot but I understand the other reviews now. I think the overall problem comes from inexperienced management/staff. They have the interior and location to be a great spot, but need to get it together. Staff seemed stressed over a few tables. Bartender had very poor delivery correcting a simple mistake to a new waitress which made for an awkward situation at the bar. I decide to give the bartender a minute to notice he didn't give me any napkins/silverware with my meal, I ate the whole meal and nothing. Could have had 3 drinks but I only had 1 since he never checked on me once my food was delivered. BUT-not all terrible, I did enjoy my popper burger and sweet potato fries. $30 for a burger and one drink - would be acceptable with better service/employee morale. read more

Another member of my party got a burger and said it was really delicious, so I would go for that if coming here. It seems like they make their own buns! Also, the robot server is very fun. I travel for work and eat at 100s of restaurants a year. This was the worst food I've ever paid for in my life. So bad I am officially making my first yelp review. The fish in chips were soggy and so salty it was hard to put down. Fries were also wayyyyyy too salty. My buddy ordered a salad and they brought out a head of lettuce cut in half with tomato and bacon bits sprinkled on it.... Fried pickles weren't exactly soggy but they were soft and had zero crunch. Gordon Ramsey would have a hay day here. Should be illegal to serve food that terrible and charge money for it. But hey maybe we just preferred the wrong stuff. Typical sports bar-esk feel to it. Lots of tvs and stuff. Should have taken a photo of the salad yall would get a good laugh. read more

The menu has something for everyone. The brewery offerings we had were quite good. I suggest the pineapple cider, if it's available. Kids had mini corn dogs and boneless wings...empty plates by the end. Kid drinks are not included in the price, but $1.50 for lemonades isn't bad. My husband had the burger with hatch green chilies, onion rings on the side. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak macaroni and cheese. Both of these turned out amazing! However, my macaroni did not arrive to the the table until after all the other members of my family had finished their meals. The waitstaff was generous enough to comp the kids' meals/drinks. TVs to watch the latest sports and an attached arcade, too. If you are able to fight through the slow wait, the food is good. read more

Stopped in while traveling. This place is amazing. Wing bites were the perfect appetizer but we did see a nearby table with amazing trash can nachos. They had the most amazing selection of Wagyu beef burgers. Flavor was out of this world. Fries and onion rings were the perfect match. Definitely give them a shot. read more

We got in for an early dinner. Hardly anybody in the place. Waited A WHILE for our food. Then the burger was not what we ordered, and for $2.99 extra for onion rings instead of fries, we got about three of them. Sent the burger back for the correct one, and watched other tables get their food before our burger. Trash can nachos were mediocre- nothing to write home about. But again, we're done with the nachos before we get the correct burger. Atmosphere is alright, and our waiter was decent. But probably wouldn't recommend or come back. We got the bill to pay- $70 for a wrong burger, mediocre nachos, and four pint beers ($7.50 each!) We're at North Platte, not Denver. read more

Brigham's was recommended by our hotel desk clerk. We were in town for the evening and we're looking forward to watching the KC Chiefs game on 1/21. Only NFL game on in that time period. The bartender said that they could not turn on the game until it started. They were showing 6 or 7 other sports channels mostly on college but they still wouldn't change just one of the channels until the game started! They only had about 8 tables full and 6 were obviously Chiefs fans, 1 Jaguar fans and 1 with no outwardly sports affiliate! They finally turned the game on about 20 minutes after kickoff. How's that for customer service!!!! After our food was delivered by a stupid robot, we never saw our waitress again! Food was so, so! The standard made else ware and microwaved stuff. That evening I started feeling ill. We continued the next day to our final destination. On Wednesday 1/25 my wife demanded that we go to the ER to find that I have food poisoning. Hospital test diagnosed me with Salmonella in my system. I felt fine until about 3 hours after eating there! Sure destroyed our vacation!!! DON'T go there!!!! read more

My hamburger was delicious, but very small. I added a salad and was charged $.75 for dressing! The waitress did not tell me there was a charge for dressing. Our first time actually eating there and very disappointed. Service was good and I felt bad for the servers because when they would bring out food it was very cold. My father in law got onion rings with his burger and they were ice cold. He sent them back and they did come back the second time hot. My husband and I got cold fries with our burgers. My husband sent his back and they came out colder then they originally were and had a hair on them. I didn't even bother to send my fries back. The waitress took off the cost of his meal, which was nice, but honestly we shouldn't of paid a dime to eat. The burgers weren't cold but they weren't hot either. I got a western burger which was supposed to have barbeque sauce on it. There was a drop of sauce. The bacon on my burger was like eating plastic. The plates they bring out for appetizers are very dirty. The appetizers we got were really good and we tried a sampler of beer and that was good.
