I got work done here some time ago. Without going into too much detail the two doors they replaced now have water leaking in my car with the rain. There's no leaks anywhere else. Also referred someone else to them and they did a terrible paint job. Told them it would cost $1000 more to do an exact match to the original paint even though it was an insurance job and they said they could. That paint started peeling and fading too. I recently took my Japanese-spec 300ZX bumper to get painted, and my coworker had suggested this place. No Yelp reviews, a mediocre website, and not much else online made me somewhat wary, but my coworker reassured me I would be satisfied. The place was very clean and inviting. Tony, the guy running the show, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He was accommodating and didn't hide anything from me. Because I was painting only a plastic bumper, he warned and thoroughly explained how matching the color with the rest of the car metal panels would be near impossible. He took his time to give me a tour of the place, explain the processes, showed me the products they used, and also some of the work he and his team are currently doing. We agreed on a price, and I dropped off the bumper. The thought of color mismatch haunted me, but when I went back to pick up the bumper, I was pleasantly relieved at the quality of his team's work. He told me to bring the car in after I've installed the bumper so his team and do some clean-up to make the bumper match/shine/fit as best as possible. I have a 2003 Acura that I brought in to have a paint job. I am really particular with my car and Randy said it would look new when he was finished. Actually the paint job came out much better than it was the day I purchased the car new off the sales floor at Acura. Randy does a great job with sending photos of the work as he progressed through the different stages. Where do I start?! Bridges Auto Collision came to my rescue... My son's car which he acquired from family (a 2003 Ford Mustang with only 49K miles on it) was in an accident in Southern CA. After back and forth with insurance companies (mine and the person at fault), both insurance companies deemed the car a total economic loss. I was devastated and could not accept that they would not fix the car when the damages did not seem like a "total loss". After a month of emotional stress, I settled with the salvage title.
